While I get you are joking around, I would ask you not to carry it into the rp; I’ve had some bad experiences in the past because I like to rp tau, and orks for that matter. Besides, these guys have are a bit different.

I feel our characters need to have a backstory! Mainly because Kicks works with drones and considering what we are, I think it'd be funny if we came as a group.

GhastlySquash I'm alright with backstory. What did you have in mind?

Mainly that Kicks already uses a few drones and is kind of like the ship engineer and I feel like as drones ourselves, both our characters would consider him a close friend or perhaps we'd bond over the facts that we're not human and not even close to resembling humans like an android would. And perhaps be the A.I. club. I don't know, it also depends because MAISIE will literally non-stop watch the Iron Giant on repeat.

Actually I thought about it and maybe we can say that they know eachother from before, but we don't establish anything concrete, just make up stuff as we go.
With the exception of making stuff up about each others characters, of course.

I think I like the getting to know each other which I think makes more sense since it doesn't look like our characters would have crossed too many paths.

Nothing really. Just establishing characters, interactions, friendships, romances, etc. Everyone's in the strategy room for the safety brief and the ship is about to take off.
