The wiki essentially says its maybe time travel but not time travel because time travel is the second magic so who knows

Okay. Just my opinion there shouldn't be someone with a True Magic, as you literally have to reach Akasha to gain a True Magic.
Maybe he could have something scary, or related to guns- which are generally a poor magical conduit- or something.

Well. Just keep in mind that guns are generally poor magical conduits unless made specifically to conduct magical energy. Just the sort of deal that it works with. I think its something to do with how many moving parts something has, and the more complex it is.
