Remember: Mana not only means... mana, but also stamina in a Servant's case! You throw too many punches? You'll regret it the next day when you have fatigue, since only the top-notch Masters allowing themselves to be sucked totally dry will even get close to resupplying you in a time under a few hours. A good-quality servant takes a few days to get to full mana from his bare-ass minimum. Unless you eat souls.
