Oh no, of course, there are limitations of the scanner, although they can by connecting to the AI in the main computer to the scanner so it can give suggestions on what the weaknesses are but it won't be abused, just as a trump card since the power gap between him and other superhumans are about.....

Sorry I was asleep XD I think if GLASS were to find the red devil, they would start looking at the last crime scene which i presume is still there because of the collateral damage. Search hard enough and you'll find a red card, The Red Devil's calling card. There is a QR code in which if scanned will override the gadget that is scanning the code and put into a secure chatroom where that person and the red devil can converse for 5 minutes.
