yeah he is kinda like Zuko in terms of anger management and having a knack for being confrontational. Also is hard on himself. All we need is the "HONOR!"

wow now that I'm talking about the show... I realize that I haven't watched it in YEARS. Oh man D:
Now I am bigger sad

I just hope the little fireball will be able to get his act together later on xD

ahhhh I need more of this squad. I hunger. I SOUND LIKE DERPPPP xD

O sweet kasigi kasigi wherefore art thou?
seasonedcat seasonedcat you better get your post up soon or I'm stealing all your v bucks and then your baby.

A fascinating post! Honestly, being with the demon weapons is almost better, because these memories are fun to write. Yours seems fascinating, like what could have happened to Brielle and her sister!

Kietlav learned some shit too, like that he hates the Kaboryus ; )

Glad you like it Kietlav.

Okay so now that the demon pupper is dead and its heart nommed, I have a fun question for you guys!

What do you think your character would look like if they were one of the bosses? A failed offering version of themselves, I guess. Bonus points if you give them a darksouls boss title xD

It's just Kietlav.

Now hear me out here. Kietlav, but warped with pulsing, dark mass, and the daemon weapons have enveloped most of his body. His armor is warped and broken, as he's clearly fought a thousand battles, but there's too little left of him to even bother mending his armor at this point. As the player comes in, he looks up from where he's sitting, a sort of neutral look on his face while the daemon weapons snarl at the player. He doesn't get up, but he tells the player "I can bare this weight no longer. Kill me, warrior. So I may die as myself still."

If the player kills him, his daemon weapons break free of his corpse as two, gross humanoid entities made fully of the weird black flesh and those big angry demon eyes. They're fast and vicious, but not very tanky. Their names are "Burdens of the Soldier".

If the player doesn't kill him, Kietlav gives his last breaths anyways, and the weapons possess his body. The mass of vile demon flesh overwhelms his body and armor, and he becomes a big ole gross mass that swings its big, oversized daemon axe at you while blockin with its shield. This version of the boss is way harder, as it is extremely tanky and does a ton of damage, although it is slower.
This boss is called "Forlorn Soldier"

Omgosh. "So I may die as myself still" That got me.
😖👌

Oof I kept getting distracted and I can't really find a good picture for Nia.🤔Her frailness is more exaggerated and she looks like bone and skin.

[Wow how did this get so long...]
...
Its been crying for so long that moss has grown in and around its eyes, curving around its face and into its unkempt hair. A thick, black ichor oozes from its blind eyes, staining the body and what is left of its tattered dress. Moss/mould clings to its lower legs+arms and lichen drapes from its broken horns. There is a strong scent of rotting leaves.

It clutches a jagged bone, like some sort of dagger. This is encrusted with blood, and the cause being the creature's chest. Made by clumsy cuts, there is a gruesome hollow filled with more of the strange black substance and moss. It looks distinctively self-inflicted. Small, faintly glowing insects seem to be drawn to this festered wound, feasting off of the clotted blood and making a home in the cavity. They trail after the creature, giving the illusion that it is almost glowing.

It'll wander around aimlessly, whimpering and muttering to itself until it spots the Souls. It follows after them, not too close and not too far. It seems to like moving when they look away and will try to hide if they look too long, though it is unknown how it judges this since it has no eyes. This will continue until they either take a rest at some point, one of them is separated from the rest, or someone tries to approach it.

Regardless, will start shivering uncontrollably and start talking to the Souls by names that don't belong to them like "Vystari, Irosane, or Kietlav". You can try to pretend to be them, which will draw the conversation out long enough to perhaps get more details, or you can tell the truth. Regardless, it ends the same.

The more it talks the more violent it shakes. It will eventually start sobbing uncontrollably and the ichor begins to pool beneath it. "I'll save you." it will begin to sputter, among other gibberish. It will attack so suddenly that the souls must be quick, lest they have a dagger in their throat. When it gets hurt it will start laughing, assuring the Souls that they will be okay. It seems to think it is saving them and asks why they are resisting. As the fight draws on, it seems to look more and more like a twisted beast, much like a wendigo. Its not tanky, but its really fast and always targets the weakest. However, you can lure it into its own ichor to trip/slow it, or distract it by talking about the 'lost names' it mentioned.

Name... Heartless Grief? 🤷‍♀️

Did Shura send you a Mordred dream?

I'm so sorry. I don't know why I forgot about posting here. I guess I got so busy it sort of just slipped my mind completely.

I was out on a trip away from my city for a week, and I've just gotten back. I'm still a little groggy from all the activity, but I think I'm back to normal now. I will get to reading posts and deciding whether to move things along from this point or not. Anyone who hasn't posted will only have until my next post before I move things along without them.

I went to San Francisco. It was very fun!~ I got to see Sea Lions near one of the big piers (they were so cute) and we went to all sorts of vintage shops all around the city. I bought a few nice clothes and that's about it for souvenirs. Overall, I had a good time. But I was exhausted the days afterwards. I still feel the effects of it all, but I'm feeling much more energetic now. :^D
