Ah, you've got a point, but I still feel like I have to write them. I've got everything planned out already and it'll be a shame if I don't give them a chance to shine. Perhaps Walter won't be my main character after all. He's going to spend most of the time during the roleplay running away from everybody and keeping his head low.

But then again, every one of my characters is going to be fighting each other for one reason or another...

You do you man, though I will warn you that if your plot is gonna go how I'm imagining it right now you may wanna tone it down a bit. If you ramp up your audiences excitement and keep it up all the way through it'll become the norm and they won't be as interested. You've gotta have moments where excitement is high and moments where it's low, peaks and troughs, waves in an ocean, ya get me?

Hmm, there are two places where I can put all my focus on. I can put my focus on the "high" places, keep my eyes set on the lords, the generals, and the politicians, they'll influence the world significantly with their actions. This is the realm where Walter, Wolfram, Ives, and William are. Or I can set my sights at the "low" places where I can examine the lives of the peasantry, the barbers, the lawyers, and the ordinary soldiers. This is where Sir Silvester, Grahn the Skullkicker, Nanna Dan the Dream Sorceress and many other NPCs are...

Alright, and when I say highs and lows I'm not talking on an economical scale, I'm talking in terms of excitement. For every high octane action sequence and NPC death you should have a slice of lifey moment where Walter tries to hook Sylvester up with a girl or haze a new recruit for kicks.

You know, I've been planning things for the plot so much when I could have just posted in the IC section. Maybe I should have added my bits of Elysian history, religion and other such trivia in my posts instead of just thinking about it.

Sure, I don't see why not, you could always add it as off the cuff exposition a la "Emilia prays every day at sunrise and sunset because Elysians believe that's when Lumin is closest and has the strongest connection to the world.

Well, its good that you approve of this. I was always afraid that you'd shoot some of my ideas down because I've already interfered enough when it came to kingdom building. I'll try to keep the changes reasonable and I'll edit my posts on your request.

As long as you run things by me you'll find I'm pretty lenient on a lot of stuff, all I ask is that you take the time to include me in things regarding how the kingdom operates.

Oh, and yeah... we still haven't given the 12 duchies of Elysium names yet...

I'm supposed to name the Duchies of the South, you name the Duchies of the Capital, and Eleph gets to name the Duchies of the North. And we have to tell Faceless King about this so he can include it in the map. Plus, I was thinking of giving names of the landmarks, the rivers, and the seas and the ocean.

Hahahaha well yeah. I meant in looks alone they'd be cute. xD that actually happening though? Pia has a general dislike ot Elysians after her excursion there out of curiosity. I think she's going to like Emilia though because she's mute. She'll probably think Silverster is insane.

Yeah, that love actually happening isn't really likely. Silvester doesn't just "dislike" demons, he hates and fears them and thinks they are monsters from hell. So in his case its worse than Pia's dislike of Elysians. Silvester will also like Emilia because they share some similarities and they're both chivalrous people. And Silvester will probably think Pia's gonna eat his soul and send him to hell.

xD yeah... Pia isn't quite that close-minded, like she knows there are exceptions to the rule that Elysians are uptight, strict, jerks. Her mom was one of the nice ones so she isn't going to look at them all the same. Sounds like Silvester is in a greater need of a visit to DK than Emilia. LOL I think it would be hilarious if Pia wooed Emilia when all those Light people are after her. lmao
