Marcus sighed "This man...Camathien...Is my brother....Long ago...When elements were first formed.....Monsters were created alongside them...My brother saught to protect those that we had created.......He wanted to be their king.....And upon his arrival and kingship.....He proceeded to make them believe us Humans were the monsters....That if we weren't killed....They'd never be safe..." He said with a serious face. "And I suppose he's right...Us Humans are scared of them...They slaughter...Rape...Burn.....They want us gone for good..."

Kayin guessed that Marcus didn't hear her knock and she prepared to knock again but stopped when he started talking. No way, I can't believe this but I can see how it is true at the same time. She stayed by the door and listened in on whoever Marcus was talking to since her questions could wait until after he was done talking to whoever he was talking to.

Vallen stepped of the small boat onto the dock. Sea air filled his nostrils and he took a deep breath letting the cool air steady his nerves. He hated sea travel and was glad to be on solid ground after several hours on the small boat. Overlooking the small dock Vallen wondered where the hell everyone else was.

"Marcus!" Kiara said, moving beside the person at the door and entering the office. "Marcus can I talk with-oh." she stopped, seeing the people in the room. "Am I . . . interrupting something?" She took two quick glances at them, looking back at the Head Master.
