Who's semblance is the giant eagle again? Myst's, right? Is she unconsciously using her semblance?

Rare since what she made was so big it took more out of her and this is the first time she had to make something so big so it made her extra pooped

Actually, I have a different take on that. Normally Myst would control it directly, right? Perhaps you could say that she put so much of herself into her creation that her consciousness is transferred to her creation for as long as it remains, and that once it disappears she would become conscious again because the thing that is tied to her and needs so much attention that it requires a transferred consciousness to inhabit it would no longer exist. Or something like that. In that way you could say that Myst is aware of what's going on because she's still there, just in a different way than normal.

Is any of this making sense or am I just saying words at this point? xD

Following that line of thinking, once Myst as trained her semblance enough she could create small creatures to use for scouting and information gathering, and beyond that even use the creatures to communicate with people, and that's just a couple of ways they could be used outside of combat. With a semblance like Myst's the ways it can be used really are only limited by its own workings and the level of a person's imagination.
