I was thinking of Copy where whoever she touches she gets their semblance and can use it as she pleases but she can only use it for 5 minutes and then she loses it and she can only use one semblance at a time

Well, if you do, you have to edit, and I would say 10 ninutes, and depends on your own aura strength.

I would say she does know everything about the semblance I don't mind the future sight but it just seemed underwhelming and seemed like it got over looked a lot

That's because you haven't put enough thought into how to use it. Think Nighteye from MHA. That guy's power was seeing the future, and he seriously maxed out the use of that power.
