I decided year before RWBY takes place. So..... yes, CFVY is an npc team initiating along with the rest of us. This was not intended to be in my own short sightedness lol

Carmine would have the most issues with the guy for what I have in mind though. Heck, he might actually have trouble keeping himself from killing the guy, and given his semblance he could totally pull it off too. Just a quick mid-blink decapitation with dust boosting the aura infused in his blade, maybe add some fire so his head explodes into the air for that dramatic flair...you know, the essentials.
