Well she's not really rich either, she's definitely more comfortable than most from mantle but not anywhere near as wealthy as someone from atlas would be, she's just lucky she has a good supply of dust.Lilith may be making some assumptions with the little information she has to work with, but in the end a rich bitch is still a rich bitch no matter where they come from.

Also having wealth isn't her reason for acting the way she does

Alright, I am really curious: Would everybody like skip something? I just wonder how we should decide what to skip and what not to; we can hardly skip everything and just jump to the part where all Grimm are defeated and Remnant finds peace...or what parts precisely did you want do skip? o:

Yeahhh, personally I agree with everyone else, since Ozpin's speech will be the same as in the show. Thus, we wont really need to show it.

Finally, a man clad in dark clothes with green elements took the stage. That must be Ozpin, Random-color-related-person thought. Everyone became silent.
The man welcomed the students to his school, then went on and held a speech about their responsibilities and about what would expect them in their next years at Beacon. It was a surprisingly short speech, though; not even five minutes must have passed before a colleague of his told the students they would be sleeping in the ball room for the night and have initiation the next day. Then, the auditorium emptied quickly.
This was not even 5 lines, as you can see (at least while writing the paragraph), and the speech is done. As I already mentioned, no word-for-word recital is necessary! But not skipping would have given those chars who might be in a conversation to go ahead and finish it, then somehow post themselves to the rest (:
As several people want to skip, though, you can of course do that.
Btw, you certainly don't have to wait for me right now; my char is not around either way ^^
