Realistic or Modern Rise of the New Nations

The Assilian Township Committee have decided that in order for the country to progress more population is needed, henceforth they have decided to begin planning for a new town. Halfway through the meeting they discovered that they did not have enough wood to construct a new town. With his Majesty's permission they attempt to start a logging industry.


Cost= 100 food + 100 wood


1-10 - It is a failure.


11-15 - Create basic wood industry (Level 1)


16-18 - Create advanced wood industry (Level 2)

Well, I left a suggestion in the OOC thread. You might want to consider it, @Fishman Lord - no one will be left out, I promise - if you accept both my suggestions, that is. ( :) )
 
Arachnidinia sends a diplomat to negotiate a possible Alliance with the nation of Cerul. (1-8 the diplomat Arrives safely, 9-17 he gets lost and fails to travel to Cerul, 18-20 he dies))


They also try to improve their farming industry by trying to figure out a way to keep rats and other creatures from eating the crops ((1-5 no improvement, 6-11 Farm industry goes up by one, 12-17 there's a shortage of food.))


They also try to improve their gold mines by adding more miners ((1-10 no improvement, 11-15 gold industry goes up by one, 16-20 the new miners die.))
 
Seacovia begins sending their ships to salvage operational technology from the old world. (1-8 Nothing found) (9-17 Average goods found) (18-20 Very valuable technology)


In addition, they begin to attempt to attract traders to Seacovia with tales of exotic riches so as to plunder them (1-5 No-one believes the tales) (6-11 some traders decide to investigate) (Many believe and flock to Seacovia 12-17) (18-20 Traders are angered by the lie)
