Yung Huo Jen is basically Xianghua's Chinese gymnastic single-sword system from the Soul Calibur series. In my head, Chan-Chan thinks Xianghua is cute too! Perhaps some of our characters play pre-Rifts videos games together? =)
SOULCALIBUR VI XIANGHUA REVEAL TRAILER"
Well, if we are going Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, then I would be remiss if I did not put this performance forward. I would like for Chan-Chan to eventually cast her spells and perform her swordplay with this level of grace, control, and flow. =)
My bedtime is in about an hour. If you've ever seen me post later, that's me behaving badly and probably hating life in the morning.I have noticed that this is when you guys are on the most, now and for the next few hours. this is normally when I sleep, but i get to start shifting my schedual in a week, so I'll hopefuly be more in sync with yall. anyway, goodnight
Eonivar Cool idea! Enki! Marduk's dad! I don't think you could have gone with a nicer guy among the Babylonians.Ok, I think I am going to go with a Demi-God Ley Line Walker. The character will be a child of the Babylonian God of Magic, Enki. Of whom in his entry in the Pantheons of the Megaverse book (p. 42) had actually visited Tolkeen in disguise. My character was conceived when he had a relationship with a woman there. Enki of course had since left as Gods do. My character is going to be born and raised in Tolkeen and have an obvious leaning towards magic.
I am still working on details to their backstory and who they will be but that is my concept going forward.
I have played it that they do not, but everyone has their own system.Epiphany if you have your dice handy? Could I get rolls for:
8D6
8D4
2d6
1d6 and
4d4, please?
(2nd-5th experience level P.P.E. and I.S.P., Gymnastics's S.D.C., and Running's S.D.C. and Speed.)
Also, I may have missed this (it's been a day in Real Life) - do Mega-damage creatures add S.D.C. from Skills to their M.D.C.?
Eh, you're all super-powered monsters anyway. What's one more?I do have one question to Pips - what does this mean for our party? A demigod is (and I feel definitely should be) a potential game-changer in any campaign involving Earth and humankind. Does this mean we might go up against evil beings who have it out for Marduk's dad (like, say, Tiamat's people)? I imagine any such situation would be whole new ballgame when compared to the Coalition States. I don't mean to "derail" the campaign by asking - but... the guy's dad is Enki! Wow! =)
Sherwood Ah, Bud? I mean this in the friendliest way, I swearz! =) =) =)I have played it that they do not, but everyone has their own system.
Don't give Psychie any ammunition! Our favorite Muppet doesn't need any - and she's been getting better at the puns! Eon! Alex! Esby! Never underestimate Psychie! You don't know what you're in for if you do!Lol you got me there. I had forgotten about that, being the old man I am.
Hah! You can't fool us! You'reEh, you're all super-powered monsters anyway. What's one more?
Meanwhile, there's squishy little me who has a goodly number of state secrets and will die if any of you stratch me without armor, but on the other hand...
Don't make me shake my cane at you, missy!I would razz you guys for being old, but I bet you'd just forget way I said. Because of the old men that you are.
Lol
Ehh? Whut's dat u say, missy?I would razz you guys for being old, but I bet you'd just forget way I said. Because of the old men that you are.

that’s why I made my dumbass immune to their own dumbassititus, which is the number one cause of death for adventurers in any setting or game.Eh, you're all super-powered monsters anyway. What's one more?

You just need a Mega Damage Surgeon. Or magic if you're not determined that the surgery is the old fashioned mechanical kind.Hahah! Gramps,

They uhhhh… aren’t immune to the psychic stuff though. You could kill them with your brain. Heck, their own brain is probably going to explode at some point anyway.
Wait- how the heck are they supposed to get top surgery if they can’t be cut? Shit, I didn’t think this through, did I.
From my point of view, the intrinsic antagonism within/between pantheons is a multiverse spanning affair but Rifts Earth is still only one planet among many...and the amount of attention Eonivar's character will receive probably depends on their backstory. There's the potential for Tiamat's people turning up, sure. But remember, from Eonivar's character's perspective, they've already shown up. They lived through those encounters (and Eonivar's welcome to season a few such in the last eight years of the Future That Was if that's fun or interesting for them).Eonivar Cool idea! Enki! Marduk's dad! I don't think you could have gone with a nicer guy among the Babylonians.
