Her knife was still strapped to her leg, so she grabbed it and began to back away with no way to tell who or what was near her. "MARIUS?!" She asked loudly, waving the knife.

Ackara nearly lept up at the sound of her pups. She ran towards the sound, smacking into trees before bursting in the door. It took several tries to get the handle, but she ran in. "C-Charlie Annabeth! Marius?!" She cried, frantically feeling around for her pups with blind eyes.

It was now or never, looking to the scythe, I decided it was time, "Its time to use it, take up as much power as you can, and take as much life as you need from me." I spoke while choking up a bit, The Alpha became too strong. Looking to everyone around me, I made my piece, this was my redemption and my revenge. The scythe replied to my wish, "It was nice knowing you champion.". A bright light and shadow soon engulfed me, and winds picked up all around me. The scythe screeched as it began to take all of my life force, and all of the blood from the battlefield, soon enough I was no longer in control. Dashing in as fast as it could, They swung the scythe, "Your soul is mine!" The Brothers yelled, and latched on to the Alphas soul, ripping it from its body, and holding it down trying their best to contain the beast. "Strike now, and end it!" They roared out to throughout the battlefield, directing their attention everyone. I felt my life fading as I watched all of this. Giving a simple smile, I finally felt at piece, "I'm coming home." I spoke softly. Tears began to come down the brothers eyes, Tykus was dead. All this was now was a corpse they held in control for a just a little while longer. A final screech was heard as they were now in rage of their dead champion.

The only way peace can be achieved is by vengeance, by taking a stand," he said rather emphatically, going near his ear, "I know who killed her, the vile Hood walks among them today, and you are trying so hard to fight what is only right and natural. You want revenge, to right her death."

Just then, his girlfriend came back, stumbling like a drunk idiot right through the door. As her sudden entrance disturbed the discussion, Asher backed away from Marius. "Stop fighting yourself, stop dividing yourself, and you can right this situation."

Ragnarok had not expected what he had felt, the feeling of a leech, someone using his power. At first, he was going to grab onto the soul of whoever had tried to use them, and kill them, but instead, he sensed him. His Power. It was the Alpha. He had activated it. He had actually used it.

Ragnarok laughed, covering his face with his hand as he laughed louder, "No way . . ." he muttered, his eyes flashing as he began to feed off the Soul of the Alpha. "He actually decided to pull my power?" Ragnarok sighed, taking in a deep breath. "I am Ragnarok . . . The Demon . . . The Sin of Greed . . . A Devil . . . My power being used . . . He better be careful, the Greed that thing causes . . ." he sighed, and shook his head, grinning.

"Oh. Fuck. Yes."

Ragnarok had the dark energy surround him, walking through the void as he appeared above the battle field, silent as he crouched down and watched. "Let's see, Alpha, how are you going to play this one?"​

With the direct hit, Honus examined his handiwork, only to see how enraged the beast had become. It charged at him, but the Hood would not drown in the same river twice. He got out of the way, luckily, and a bit out of breath, to avoid the rash beast. Then the fellow hood, the one with the scyth as the male recognized him, valiantly and dramatically stepped forth and fought the beast off. The male took the opportunity and sat back to watch. The Hood died bravely, and Honus nearly felt something for his loss. But the fight was not over.

Red watched in terror and glee as the alpha thrashed about, an arrow in his eye, then something caught hers... a human soul, bright, glowing, and pulsing in the air, but a thin wisp of light connected it to the scythe-wielding body below. Something was seriously wrong here... she'd never seen a human use their soul for something like that. But he was dying... Her eyes narrowed hungrily at this little soul. The tether was getting weaker. It could be hers-

Mist. Black, thick, demonic. Red's eyes widened under the hood. This can't be happening! No, no no! Of course, of course the alpha had a contract. Of course with a more powerful demon. And the alpha using it's contract power meant the demon was watching... What if it already found her?

So the Alpha's soul was off the dinner table. Shit. The only powerful alpha she finds in hundreds of years and he already belongs to another. Another more powerful... older...

That was it! Oh, she and Sylvia would have much work to do. Red chuckled and floated over to the human's soul, lingering there so vulnerably. She could get Syl out of there in an instant if her next actions would help the alpha... No, as it was the alpha was tied to a demon. They couldn't win this. Syl needed to get off the battlefield before this beast wiped them all out.

Closing her hands around the human soul, Red chuckled again, then giggled, then broke into echoing laughter that, of course to keep her position hidden, only Syl heard echoes of. With the sound of a blade slicing through nothing, that faint woosh, the demon plucked the soul from its tether, in this case killing the already dying human below. And just like that, like a long sigh after one holding their breath for hours, it vanished into her. For a moment, Red felt the soul pulse, then it was done.

Enough. Savor it later, there are more pressing matters, she scolded herself. Looking around almost frantically, Red caught sight of Syl and whisked over to her, materializing to the woman's left, fully visible to even Honus. Her hood was still up and her form flickered, but without a doubt the guise of a cat was thrown off for now. Shifting would take too much time.

"We need to go. This is not a battle mortals can win."

Lucius was forced to back off as the Alpha grew stronger. He was out of the way when the Aloha began its charge and he ran after it. Only to see the brave hood woth a scythe sacrifice himself. He stopped in his tracks and watched. The hood may have been foolish in throwing his life away but he had to give him some credit. He died doing his duty and thats what mattered. Lucius smiled. His helmet was no where in sight and he was already occupied with the Alpha. After the hood fell stiff and his life drained away Lucius put a hand to his chest. Balled into a fist as he said something quietly to himself. He put his hand back to his side kicking up his spear catching it and beginning to spin it around himself. He knew who had shot the arrow. The old bastard Homus had to of, he only knew honus from nine years prior. But he was transferred by Honus to a new division of the organization. He figured Honus would recognize his spear skills from the years before and Lucius yelled loudly to the Alpha "If you can still move, although I doubt you can. A weakling such as you probably cant move a muscle after what the boy did. But if you can, come here, face your next opponent!" He said as he stopped the soear in a redied stance.

Another cry of pain came from the Alpha, this one more out of surprise as his soul was torn from him. He tried to roar but the wind was knocked out of him as the scythe quickly drug him to the ground. "Un...hand...me!" He wheezed. Struggling as much as he possibly could. Black mist swirling around him as he attempted to use more of the demon's power to increase his own strength. "I am going to...destroy you!" He signaled for some of his wolves to help free him and fend off the Hoods still on attack.

"But she? No no...that can't be right? Can it?" He held his head as it ached. Gods how he wished he could get all of his memories back already. That would sure as Hell help in this situation. "Wait?" His head snapped around at Asher's next words. "Which one of them did it? Which one of them ripped her away from me so mercilessly and near took me as well?" He stared wide eyed and curious at him. It may have been years ago but the wounds felt fresh and the anger lingered strong. They hadn't done anything yet the monster who attacked held no remorse...

He wanted to press more but Ackara burst through the door looking rather confused. "Ackara?! You're back!" He rushed to her. "Sit down! And don't you dare move one bit! You need to rest....you've only just given birth last night and will catch your death of sickness if you don't relax!"

Ackara shuddered slightly. "Mar, where are the pups?! A-Are they okay?!" She asked, frantically touching his arms and face to try and see him. "I heard them! They were upset!" She cried, pushing past him towards the wailing children. "Babies, shh... Momma's here..." Her voice was a calm whisper, and she picked up one in each arm to rock them.

Asher noticed the new female in the discussion, perhaps Marius' most recent amour. Now this could be of some usage to convincing Marius to take up the good fight. "Your children," Asher began, "do you love them? For the Hoods do not, you both know that. They are monsters, we all are. And look what they did to them. How can you be so blind to this at all? Think of them, your kids, Marius. Come to the alpha, leave this place behind and stop pretending to trust the Hoods." He was rather angry at the draggingon of the situation. For Asher, it was a simple decision. They must go to the alpha, they must go to the true and only cause.

"Another Demon huh?" Ragnarok spoke as he glanced at the soul eater type one. Ragnarok himself disliked the taste of a soul, it was slippery, and if you tried to chew it, it would feel chewy and strange, like soup mixed with old eggs, and rotten Mac and Cheese.

He watched her take the soul, as a vision like set of images played through his mind. Him, her, the contract, it all played together. He smiled, an idea popping into his head, but just like that, it dissolved as the Demon female changed her mind, going in a different direction.

"That's fine." he smiled, standing up and walking in mid air, a large black slit in the air opening more, "I know what I'm going to do . . . " He muttered, and stepped inside, disappearing.

A battle mortals could not win. Seemed rather hopeless then... the Hoods, the cause, the death, the tears shed, this fight...everything. Honus' arrow hit its mark and the rage the Alpha flew into made Syl's shrink in fear – yes, fear. For the first time in a long time she was afraid. Her brown eyes were locked on the Alpha was this beast even killable? The mud was torn into and flung about, the bodies that laid around the field were displaced and ripped apart. Bits of meat, blood, and mud strewn throughout the surrounding area. Yet Syl stood there motionless with fear. Had she processed what Red said? Yes...and she agreed. Her stomach would knot as she stood there. Run. She had to run. But Honus. She was here for Honus and yet she didn't have the guts to fight against the empowered Alpha. After everything she had been through...everything the Hoods had worked towards when they needed her most she couldn't fucking do it. "Honus...Honus, we can't do this..." she spoke, sounding like the meek frightened girl from so many years ago.

The Alpha raged on, seeming to be an unstoppable thing fueled by the unholy contract held by the demon. Something inside her begged - no screamed to fight on. Honus would see her as a coward...and how different would she be from Marius, Honus' traitorous cowardly bastard of a son. Her fear-paralyzed legs found their courage and soon she would move to strike the Alpha, only to be intercepted by a group of wolves. These she could no doubt handle. Stay confident. If it bleeds, it can die. If it bleeds, it can die. She kept repeating to herself over and over again in her mind.
"No Red...We can't leave, not now. This must end!"

For Red, her time seemed to slow. Blood quivered through the air at a snail's pace and screams echoed strangely in her ears, drawing out and moaning. She blinked. She prayed- to herself- that anything about this situation were different. The rift. That ancient flickering presence that settled in her stomach like a bowl of cold rocks... She felt at a loss. And down below, her warrior, her contractee, Sylvia Aldrich showed humanity's only unifying trait: relentlessness.

They could never give up. Sylvia could never give up. And Red could never bear to see this human tearing at the seams to turn the tide. By all means, bring him! It will only end when you and every other Hood and human here is DEAD! Her dead, old heart pounded with actual fear for the first time in forever. A stronger demon making an already otherworldly Alpha even stronger. Could no one else feel the energy? How deep in over their heads they all were? Relentlessness was stubbornness. I will not sit here and watch you die!

That resonated. That was truth. That, in all this chaos, was a truth. And it shredded her. She couldn't sit and watch Syl die if it came to that but she couldn't fight with her all, not with a demon so close. Truly revealing herself would give away what surprise she had on her side. Even that was fading. But damnit, Sylvia Aldrich, fear had invaded the demon as well. It wasn't just the human there. She heard Syl's thoughts. If it can bleed, it can die. She interrupted- You bleed too, Syl...

Soul torn from his body the Alpha lay exhausted and panting. His body sore and so strangely hollow feeling. "G....get back!" He roared with what strength he had left. Batting at the Hoods nearby as he hauled his mass out of the mud. They could only pin him down for so long. "You....I will kill all of you." He snarled. Taking in a sharp breath as he yanked the arrow out of his eye. Blood poured from the wound, matting down his shining silver fur. "We will be back. J-just you wait. My wolves will feast upon you and your families. Every last one you love will be destroyed!" Draven snapped. Motioning his wolves to follow and fall back into the trees. Back to safety to lick their wounds.

"Stop calling them my children! They aren't mine! I'm...I'm going to care and take care of them but they are not mine!" He responded rather aggressively. Slamming a fist down on the table as he turned from them all. "We need to take all of the supplies from here that we can for the rest. Particularly the stuff that will rot. Wouldn't want this place to stink whenever we return or if the witch ever does....We will visit this Alpha and then decide on things. Okay Asher? and Ackara, is that alright? It couldn't hurt to attempt to find a pack to join."

Lucius was immediately swarmed by wolves as they were commanded to defend their Alpha. They were no match for him but they kept him busy while the Alpha gave his next orders to retreat and he gritted his teeth as the wolves fled "COWARDS!" He yelled as he cut down a retreating wolf and he would have run after them it he didnt have any sense. He turned away and began to head back to the city he was defending. He was wounded. His forehead had a fash in it from a careless mistake, thats all he had but it sent a message to him. And that was 'Lose the heavy armor.' He chuckled as he thought of it. He would have the armor reforged into other sets of armor at a lter point.

Ackara cradled the two infants, blinking several times. "I-I suppose we can... But Marr, I can't really see right now. I know it will come back, but we're walking blind here, literally for me. How do we know this Alpha will keep us safe?" She asked, trying to sooth Annabeth.

The male smiled politely to himself as he found the other two taking up the cause. yet they had missed their chance to kill the Hoods that awaited outside. But there would come a time and date where they would be there, and he could end his sister, rid of the last remnant of his humanity, his false self. Soon, but not today. The other girl, dramatically blind, seemed to be slowing the group down with her poor eyesight and kids. "Marius, I fear we must be quick," Asher said, "for if we are not, then our opportunity to meet with him has missed, and we will have to venture very far, to his homeland."
