Yui stops suddenly. Feeling comes over her."Tsubaki and Katja there a yoma nearby. To the north side of the city. I guess we are calling of training today"says yui to the others.

Arashi peered into the shadow, knowing it must be feeding if it was out in the open world like this. It rose up, revealing its true size after being crouched down for so long. Her head followed its ascent, watching it grow several feet taller than herself. Hands behind her back, and a smile on her face, she proclaimed, "You are my first city yoma. Prepare to die."

She summoned 5 chakram in an arc around her, preparing to strike. The yoma itself looked much like an arachnid, with long, skinny legs protruding from its abdomen, but the bulk of its body still retained a vaguely human form. It hissed and climbed up a wall, shooting a heavy string directly at Arashi.

Without moving an inch, she sent a chakram directly into its line of fire, splitting the string. Two other chakram arced around to hit it on both sides, but it easily avoided them by jumping to the opposite wall. "My, my. You're going to be troublesome, aren't you."

"Well that at least explains the weird feeling in the back of my mind," Tsubaki mused as she sheathed her sword, placing it in her belt. "Guess that means we should get a move on before someone gets hurt."

Katja didn't respond she was teaching the new girl but to her that ended at the point of the Yoma appearing. Katja simply opened up a rift and vanished into the appearing on top of a nearby building closer to where she felt the Yoma coming from. Katja was not exactly one for teamwork, or rather she just never thought about it. In truth there was logic in forming a team and she found the other girls agreeable enough. She may bring it up after she say how Tsubaki did in her first fight assuming she got there in time.

"Tsubaki you need a ride to the yoma. Don't worry about it. I protect you and anyone that needs it."says yui holding up a peace sign next to her right eye.

Crimson eyes glanced at Yui, "Maybe, I want to try something first." With that, the girl was running in the direction that strange feeling was strongest. Tsubaki was surprised at how much faster she seemed to be, not to mention she wasn't breathing hard even with the dead on sprint. Did this come with her being a magical being now? Or perhaps this was part of her powers as well. Tsubaki wasn't sure.

Arashi was sidetracked by the sudden newcomers, glancing their way before her right arm was struck with a hefty thread of silk. It wrapped around hr arm, threatening to pull her directly into the beast's grasp. After realizing she couldn't force her way out of it, she sent her remaining two chakra to slice the thread. Managing to summon three more, she was losing her strength and her patience. "Stop distracting me," she said crossly, not happy that she had already been found out by others in the city. Though it didn't much surprise her since it was only natural that this territory had been claimed.

The yoma darted to another wall, sending several layers of sticky silk all around Arashi, essentially ensnaring her in a web. Arashi knew she couldn't move or else she'd get trapped, but also knew that if she did nothing, it would still trap her. She managed to throw a chakram right into its spinneret as it moved, though it took all three tries to get it. It made a noise that vaguely sounded like pain as it was unable to continue its strategy. Seeing her opening, she analyzed the web to see what she could to to get out of her predicament.

Katja soon found that another unknown girl was battling the Yoma. She suspected it was Kuybey's doing he seemed to like to push magical girls in multiple directions as if he had multiple goals. She knew he had a very big goal but they way he went about it was something she didn't fully get aside from the half truths. Katja could interfere with the fight, but she wanted to see what this girl could do, so far she had weapons so the power was the question , what could she do? Still behind Katja two servants materialized, her archer and the gunslinger now with what looked like a high caliber sniper rifle. If the need was there she would step in to help but right now she wasn't needed to fight the spider Yoma, best to let the rookie cut her teeth on her first Yoma.

" I figured you come here katja. Interesting that girl some skill. " says yui as she arrives on the seen on top a big wave. " this might turn into good practice for Tsubaki and the new girl".

"It is our job Katja said flatly as if not interested in the events despite it being obvious " Should the two of them be over whelmed I am already ready to step in should the need be" She continued ever clinical in her thoughts including the chance of failure and having a back up should that chance happen. " As far as practice it is a good chance of observation about a potential threat more than a test of skill" She said said letting it slide that she considered each new magical girls as a possible enemy until she confirmed their motives, or Kuybey assigned her to help them.

Once she regained herself, she summoned 7 more chakra to use as she needed. Arashi sent out 4 to cut the interlacing silks between her and the alleyway, causing them to snap from their secure placement. The wind was picking up, taking the torn pieces of web to the side and out of her way in case she needed a quick escape. Once they were, the winds created a downdraft, forcing the yoma to fight hard just to stay put. It crawled along the wall, trying to get a better position to pounce on Arashi.

When she saw it treading cautiously, a rain cloud somewhat close to the buildings started to drizzle and cause the walls to become slippery. The yoma eventually lost traction before reaching its optimal position, causing it to fall with the downwind. Before it could recover, she sent the remaining three chakra into its neck, forcing it to writhe in the equivalent of pain. Without moving, Arashi watched it burst into a flower from the middle of the alley, taking nothing but its misery with it. She casually walked up to where it departed existence and took its two grief seeds, using one's capacity to clean her soul gem.

"I am sensing four more yoma in the city in four different parts. One in the market distract east, one in a residential area west, one business area south, a different last one in a park area near the mountains." Says yui closing her eyes to think a bit. " guess training over for today."

Tsubaki quietly watched the stranger finish off the Yoma she had taken on. Looked like there was no reason for her to try and intervene anymore. Which was good considering she still wasn't all that sure about what she was doing. Then Yui had to go and announce that four more Yoma had appeared. Four of them . . . That meant they had to go after each of them alone. Well . . . shit. Sighing and shaking her head, she looked over at Yui. "So where are you headed then?"

Arashi looked up at the spectators now that she had the time. She was already not fond of them, but felt no need to be hostile. Instead, she opted to listen to them, mainly because it sounded like they had information she wanted. City folk and their arrogance. I hope I can bring a little small town charm and show them we're formidable, too.

Katja didn't say anything she had work to do now and she didn't need to train the new magical girl now. The one that had just shown up she felt wasn't a threat yet. To Katja this meant everything was wrapped up and she didn't need to really work with the others anymore. It was her strange logic that guided her any person with any social skills would know they should at least say goodbye and try to work with them, but Katja lacked any real skills. So from her the only answer the others got was her heading to the south before opening a rift for herself so she could move rapidly to the Yoma.

Giving a small sigh at Katja's abrupt exit, crimson eyes shifted towards Arashi. "You up for another round?" Her tone was somewhat hesitant. Her first fight with a yoma and she'd have to face the thing alone. It was hard not to be nervous about it. "I'll admit I'm pretty new to this whole song and dance so I'm not sure who else to even ask to help track these things down." Tsubaki shifted, "Granted one or two others will probably show up out of nowhere," the girl muttered under her breath.

Arashi glanced lazily over to the one that addressed her. "I suppose while I'm here, there's not reason not to go again," she explained, a soft smile on her face. "It must be so hard to train in the city. Perhaps your remaining 'friend' will help you out, if you really can't figure it out for yourself," she added. The way she spoke was soft and gentle, though her message was clearly passive aggressive. She hadn't heard nice things about city magical girls, and she wasn't about to become associated with them now. Instead, she walked smoothly and gracefully back out of the alley, poised with her head held high. "I should think I can handle the east. Might be nice to get one more before I end my visit."

" Tsubaki the feeling you got concentrate on it. Figure it like Rader the closet you get to it the stronger the feeling. I am heading north their a river there it give me an advantage I think. I head towards you when I finish. You are strong just believe in yourself. " says yui as she takes off.

Tsubaki rubbed her eyes as Arashi strode past her. I'm like a day into this nonsense, no need to play the bitch card... Shaking her head, she started west towards the last Yoma. Wasn't like she really had a choice in the matter anymore.

Yui quickly leaves towards the north. She senses a powerful yoma near the forest base of the mountains. Suddenly yui is attack. Yui flys towards a tree almost hitting it before she catches herself with a wave." What the hell was that?"says yui.

Katja moved south and soon found her prey, the Yoma had apparently just finished meal judging by the blood on its teeth The yoma was around 30 feet tall and very human in shape though it was covered in a thick coat of hair, and instead of two arms it had four both equal in size with large 6 fingered hands. The most striking feature of the Yoma was in truth it's mouth, which was vertically splitting its head in two one eye on each side of its maw.

Once Katja was on the scene the Yoma took a second to notice her, it seemed this one was not one of the smarter Yoma but the stupid ones often made up with their lack of brains with brawn. Katja shifted out Beowulf with Oberon and brought out Chung who now held a massive cannon over his shoulders. She would meet force with force and speed. This would be a simple battle as Katja noted that the body of the yoma was simple no tendrils no extra mouths so she could expect it to fall easily.

Chung was the first to make move firing off his huge cannon which hit the Yoma square in the chest, damaging it very little, yeah this was going to take a bit longer than Katja had guessed. Oberon was next jumping down to the ground running to the Yoma and running up one of the arms that reached down to crush it. The Yoma seeming to only focus on what was moving as when Oberon ran on it, the Yoma focused on him and when Chung hit it with cannon fire it shifted to him.

The rather freshly minted magical girl in the city continued working west towards the residential district. She wasn't exactly thrilled by the notion of her first battle with a Yoma having to be handled solo. But there was a part of her that wasn't all that surprised by the situation. All Tsubaki could hope was this wasn't some fifty foot tall monstrosity.

She stopped, having finally come across her mark. Of course a giant wolf that looks like it crawled right out of a Lovecraft book is always an option. Taking a breath she drew her sword, the black blade seemingly absorbing the light around it.

"Guess it's do or die now."

Easily making it to the east part of the city, Arashi followed the trail until she came across a quaint park, though there didn't appear to be anything too terribly suspicious around. She wandered throughout the park until she made it to the gardens. The flora here looked absolutely beautiful in the sunlight. The river that split the park itself split and reconvened later to create an island. On that island grew flowers of all colors, petals, and denominations. Across the river from her she spotted reeds lining the banks and grass covering the hill beyond. All seemed well, and there didn't appear to be a trace of yoma anywhere around here.

Turning away from the island, she walked along the treeline, hoping that its dense canopy blocked out enough light for a yoma to be comfortable coming out of its rift there as opposed to the flower beds and the open fields. Fortunately for her, she was right. Somewhat inside the forests depths, she came across a giant rafflesia. She would say she knew because of the horrid smell, but that was just what the flower smelled like. Instead, she knew because it was so out of place in a well kept natural habitat. No human would just leave that in an area of the park children could play in.

As she approached it, she stepped on a stick, alerting it to her presence. As it grew to prepare for its 'meal', she watched it with a neutral expression, not much caring about its threatening stance. It let out a horrifying noise and started walking over to her, slowly but surely. Without a word or any change in her expression, she transformed into her blue dress, holding her gaze. As it reached the point of actually being a potential danger, she summoned 7 chakra, ready for whatever it had in store for her.

Yui finally sees what attacked her. It look like a small mountain at first. Yui wonders how she could of missed it. "So your the big bad yoma that has attack me" say as she begins her. Large amount of water feels the area around yui and the yoma. The yoma snarls at yui. Unleashing a large cry through the air. Yui attacks first by hitting the yoma with a giantic wave about 30ft high. It doesn't do much to the creature.

The large yoma didn't seem to take much damage, it didn't heal but every part of it was hard as rock from its skin to its flesh meaning progress was slow. Well at least it didn't have many attacks aside from swatting at her servants or tossing something at them, the latter was easy enough to redirect, another might be able to attack directly or use their power to end this fight, in fact Katja could think of a way Yuki could finish this Yoma off, but she couldn't use water so she had to rely on her servant.

She had faced tougher though this Yoma was of simple mind and Katja did not have any time constraints, and would not feel shame if she took longer than the others to slay her foe. Still it would reflect badly on her if she was slower than the trainee on slaying her Yoma. This meant she really shouldn't be overly cautious, not that she ever felt she was. This would not take much longer as with a thought Katja had her servants focus their attacks, Oberon ran and opened wounds on the Yoma's body, while Chung fired at said wounds to open them and deal damage.

The scene was something spectacular , right out of an anime in truth as Oberon ran up and down the Yoma jumping and flipping all over it to slash it while as soon as he was gone Chung unleashed a volley of rounds that would normally require turrets to fire and could be considered anti vehicle rounds. Katja meanwhile opened rifts when it struck at her servants cutting off digits each time slowly cutting the Yoma apart. Still this was only dealing minimal damage.

" Tank rounds explosive" She Katja commanded.

Chung nodded and his gun became light and grew to massive for any human to wield but he did making it look like he had torn the top off a modern tank and was now using it, though this was far less destroyed than if he had really done such. Without needing confirmation he fired and the round hit the yoma square in the chest making the giant stagger an huge portion of flesh blow away. Chung didn't even take a second to fire again,, and again, and again each shot hitting close together but never exactly on the same place. Explosion after explosion rocked the yoma till it fell turning to dust as it did till there was nothing left but the blooming flower and the seeds.
