It looks like we are going to lose electricity. We are on a Level 2 Snow Emergency. The porch and the road are just a solid sheet of ice and there's cars on the road despite the fact you aren't supposed to be out unless necessary on a Level 2. Even the snow plow can't get up the hill and when they managed to somehow turn around, they came down the road at a high rate of speed with cars behind them.

Yeah this past month has been really hard on this area of my state. We're part of the Appalachia region so we're really poor down here with a lot of rural areas and few cities. My county only has 1 city though compared to other cities in the state, it's more a town. My county for example is mainly villages and townships, census-designated places and unincorporated communities.
