I'm trying to decide that. When I last did it, I didn't separate out stats for staff. That said, go with 26 for now. That's what the regular spirits are at. If you'd like to up him to a poltergeist, then they have a total of 32.

Poltergeists are spirits who have been driven to madness before right? Can I play it as him regaining his sanity thanks to someone making him feel like he still belonged hence why he is more driven to help those as a guidance counselor because he knows what it feels like?
