Oh. His specialty would just be psychic.Sorry. I mean, you say that psychic classes teach a variety of psychic abilities (Telekinesis, Telepathy, Cyrokinesis, etc.) and I was not sure if they are capable of using all these psychic abilities or only one.

No real max... Stats, most of the time, shouldn't go over like 6 for the students, but it's to get a good idea of where everyone sits, not to bog anyone down.

Hi! I really like your character, and they'd definitely have an interesting role to play. I'd need to talk to you about that and whatnot. Also! As for the stats. There are stats specifically for the vamp hunters as shown below. The RP is modern day, and they don't really have the technology to create a superhuman as mentioned. He'd have a lot of training from probably a pretty young age though!

They can move through objects at will and interact with objects at will if their psychic stat is high enough. (Yours is ) Walls wouldn't be enchanted for the most part unless I note specifically that one is.
