Chestnut ran out of the way of the incoming rocks as Luna pointed to one of the rocks closer to the Onix. "Use your final rollout to get on the top of that rock before creating vines for vine whip!"

Chestnut nodded and used his final rollout to zoom right past the Onix and up to one of the rocks closer to the Onix. Before another pair of vines, not as long as the others before, come out of his back. "Now jump onto its head before striking it with Vine Whip!" Chestnut nodded and jumped off the rock using one of his vines to wrap around Onix's top fin and swinging himself up on top of its head. The Chestpin used one vine to hold onto the fin before using the other to go and begin viscously trying to strike its head several times.

The Onix took the strikes and it took massive damage from both the x4 weakness and the overgrow ability boosting it's power.

"Onix, shake it off!" Brock said as the onix did just that trying to shake off the Chespin, but in the end it was no use as finally, The giant Pokemon fainted before it could get free of the Pokemon's attacks, as it drops down. Brock nods as he recalls Onix to it's pokeball, "Well done old friend," Brock said to his onix before looking up to Luna, "And well done to you too. Those were some good battle stategies you used, I'm impressed."

Brock began to walk over to her before pullout out something from his pocket and held it out for Luna to take. It was the Boulder Badge.

"You've earned it," Brock said with a smile, "That was a good battle."

Chestnut stumbled off the Onix when it hit the ground before quickly hopping up and happily running over to Luna. Luna crouched down and rubbed his head. "You were so great out there Chestnut!" She praised before giving the pokemon a happy hug. She then stood back up and looked up at Brock.

"Ah, thank you!" She chirped with a small sparkle in her eyes. She's never had such an intense battle before yet it was so amazingly fun trying to come up with solutions to such bizarre situations. She watched as Brock walked over to her and held out a badge for her.

Luna smiled back at him and happily took the badge. "Thanks, again haha. And indeed it was!" She cheered with a firm nod. She put the badge in her case before waving goodbye to Brock as she headed out the arena with Chestnut following closely behind her.

Brock nodded as he walked back over to his side and put his two pokeballs into a slot with some others. There, a jingle was made to restore them back to fighting fit.

Back in the reception, Altaira was looked over to see Luna exiting the gym area, "How'd you do?" she asked.

“Of course, and besides I don’t like the idea of a Pokemon who doesn’t have much battle experience going off on its own.” Issac stated as Silas started tugging on his wrist. He then got down on his left knee and ran his hand around the ground where the Feniken had ran off, with his Zoroark sniffing along the the sand area. “Got the scent bud?” The Zoroark nodded at that question and readied itself on on fours. “Alright Shade, track it!” And on the command the illusion fox dashed into the woods, vanishing in the process, and after a few seconds his trainer followed, motioning for his traveling companion to follow suit. “Don’t worry about losing Shade here, whenever he’s tracking a Pokemon he always leaves an illusory trail that only I can see. Prevents me from from losing whatever I’m tracking, or a least keeps me from losing Shade anyway.” Issac called back to the aspiring researcher as he followed the trail until it rounded a corner, slowing when he heard Shade growling nearby.

When the two boys caught up to the illusionary Fox, they'd find him looking at a Pokemon that was called, Golurk. The Golurk in question looked a beat up and in pretty rough shape as it was taking a step back from the fox Pokemon, almost in a defensive state as it held up it's free arm. The other arm seemed to be holding an unconscious girl with long brown hair wearing a casual dress. She didn't seem to have a bag of any sort on her, and she looked to be about 10 years old.

She walked up to Altaira with a bit of a proud grin as she stood in front of her. "It was pretty tough, but I managed to pull through and get my badge!" She exclaimed happily. "I wish you the best of luck Altaira, I'll be cheering for you in the stands!" She said with a smile.

Koranna hearing the fact of the lock down wasn’t making her very happy in fact it was making her a lot more nervous. She held Fluffy close to her as she set down next to a location that held fossils. “Am kinda scared what if something terrible is going to happen? Ace still needs rest! I think it is just me and you Fluffy.”

Fluffy himself was shaking up to the Pokemon was only so big he couldn’t fight! Fluffy smelled around the area to see if he could find any familiar scents. Koranna got up and walked around to see if she could find anything, “Hello? Is anyone in here? Am kinda lost! I gotta find my friends.” Koranna continued to look around the museum hoping she could maybe find an emergency exit or something however she wasn’t having much luck. Altaira gives a nod, "Alright," she said before looking to the receptionist.

"You're clear to enter," She said as the doors to the arena area opened and Altaira made her way inside.

"Another challenger, huh?" Brock said looking over to Altaira before glancing at a screen, "Seems you're a new trainer as well, So how about I only use two Pokemon?"

Altaira noded, she knew that if he used a full team, she'd not stand a chance at this point.

"Very well then," Brock said as he took the same two pokeballs from the rest and clipped them to his belt before walking over to his spot on the battle field, "Now, let's get started," He said as he called out his first Pokemon, which was the same Geodude from before, but restored to full health thanks to the machine Brock used.

Altaira nodded as she took out her Pokeball and gave it a toss, "Go, Spawn!" She said as a shroomish came out in a burst of light. Seemed she caught a new Pokemon while she was waiting on the others.

Luna watched Altaira walk through the doors before heading into the spectating section and sitting with JC, Drew (If he entered), and Bear. Chestnut sat beside Luna as she called Manny out of his Pokeball. He was still asleep from the battling but Luna sat him in her lap anyways. She gave a few beans to Chestnut and kept a few beans out for manny before putting her lunchbox away and watching the battle that's about to happen.

As Korana looked around, she'd see that she couldn't get out of the area with the fossils in it as the lock down prevented it with it's gates. Ofcourse, she'd also notice that all of the fossils were now gone. Yet as she looked, she'd see suddenly see two adults, one male one female, as they were wearing black, but their backs were turned to her. Yet, one seemed to have an ekans out as it was using acid on the bars. They also had a large black bag with an R logo on it.

So the battle between Altaira and Brock got underway. Altaira using an effective combination using Spawn's Spore, leech seed, and Giga Drain attacks. After Geodude went down, Altaira used the same stategy but it had to change a bit when Onix got affected by Effect Spore which poisoned it. So, Altaira worked off that as she still used leech seed and giga drain to keep Spawn healthy while more and more of Onix's HP was going down.

Though, one thing that they'd notice was that her battle, was a thing of beauty. On the movements Spawn made with both it's attacks and such, you could of sworn this was a Contest battle. At least on Altaira's side that is. Eventually, the battle ended as Brock recalled his pokemon and placed them back into the machine to heal them.

"Well done," Brock said as he began to walk over to Altaira who was thrilled she won, "I take it you're entering Contests too? I'm sure those moves of yours will come in quiet handy."

But Altaira shook her head, "I'm not interested in Contests actually," she said.

"That's a shame, you could do really well with them," Brock said holding out to her the boulder badge, "You still earned this, so good job."

"Thanks," Altaira said accepting her badge before heading outside, before regrouping with the others in the stands.

"Well, seems your next Drew," She said before having a seat.

Luna happily cheered for Altaira as she seemed to take down the two pokemon with ease and with a bit of grace. Luna couldn't help but chuckle a bit. When Altaira came back to them Luna was quick to congratulate her. "You were awesome! And also very graceful looking. Who knew battles could look so pretty? Haha." She grinned a little before turning to Drew. "You'll do great Drew!"

Drew stood up and walked to the field. He looked at Brock as he swallowed what nerves he had left. "game on." He muttered as he looked at Brock. "It's nice to meet you sir." He said

"... Thanks," Altaira said appreciating the compliment. But now it was time for Drew to earn his badge.

Brock nods as he looks to Drew.

"And you," He said, "I seen you up in the stands, so you know what you're getting into." He glanced to the screen, "No badges yet either, huh? So the same two Pokemon, then?" He walked over to pick up the same two Pokeballs from before.

"yes." He said as he started to think things over. He slowly started to take Poli's pokeball out of his bag as he waited for the match to begin.

CHARACTER: Silas | LOCATION: Viridian Forest | INTERACTIONS: Issac ( Rapror Augustine ) && Unidentified Girl ( JCKane )​

If there was ever a moment to be more grateful for not only being on his own but his companion's willingness to work with him, it had to have been then. Although slow to start running, Silas caught up with Issac quickly enough, all the while his mind whirling with the various things that could possibly have gone wrong. Fennekin was still young, impulsive. It hadn't been long since he had been hatched from his egg. The idea of anything happening to him made his chest ache and his stomach convulse. He followed behind the other trainer, all but bumping into him when he slowed down. "Ah, sorry- Isn't that a Golurk?"

There, beyond Zoroark and the Fennekin who opted to stand beside the familiar Pokemon, was the strangest sight he could admit to having seen thus far. The large automaton Pokemon that he'd only read about holding an unconscious child. He looked from the Pokemon to the girl, his brows furrowing as he tried to make sense of what he was seeing. "Joker, stand down." He commanded, the Fennekin relaxing its stance rather than returning to its trainer's side. It would have to be good enough for now. Silas looked from Issac to the Golurk, heaving out a sigh before taking a cautious step forward.

"Easy. We're not going to hurt you or her. You're just trying to keep her safe, right?" He asked. Or, so he hoped, at least. This was more than a bit beyond him and he was quick to look to the other trainer to wordlessly ask for help. Honestly, where was an officer when you needed one?

Brock nods as he puts the two back to his belt before walking back to his area.

"Now, Geodude, our next challenger awaits!" Brock called out as he tossed his Pokeball and Geodude came out in a burst of light. The Geodude ready for another round.

Luna smiled and cheered a bit for Drew, even if nothing has happened yet. Thanks to the noise, Manny did actually wake up and quickly looked at the beans that were waiting for him. Luna rubbed his head as Manny began to eat with Luna along with Manny and Chestnut watching and cheering.

"Poli." He said. "Let's give it all we got." He said. He looked at the Geodude. "Jump in the air and use bubble." He said.

Poli nodded as he jumped and blew bubbles at Geodude. Drew couldn't help but notice that the bubbles where a little closer together.

The Golurk doesn't fully stand down as it was keeping at the ready. The girl was looking a little roughed up but not super terrible. The Golurk sure was doing what he could to protect the girl as he gradled her mostly on the other side of his massive body with his to keep her away from the group. It's eyes were going from the Pokemon to the human.

"Rollout!" Brock said as the Geodude curled into a ball and used it to avoid the bubble, "Now weave betwen the rocks to close the distance!"

The Geodude responded as it began to weave between the rocks jutting out in the field in order to help it avoid any additional bubble attacks from the poliwag. Soon enough he gets close enough as it strikes out with it's rollout attack.

Poli barely doged the attack as he fired an ice ball fallowed by bubbles at Geodude's back. Drew had to think of a strategy. "Poli jump into the rocks and stay up there." He said as he started to formulate a plan.

The Geodude managed to avoid the bulk of the counter attack of icebeam and bubble but still got a decent hit, but Geodude's roll out was shifting to it's 2nd gear as it turned around.

"Geodude, take to the air!" Brock said as Geodude suddenly used a different rock to roll up as it was now flying in the air straight towards the poliwag.

Drew smiled as he saw the geodude flying towards poli"Alright Poli now." Poli jumped to a rock near him before launching himself at geodude. Like back in the forest he collided with geodude before using bubble on him at close range. Of course do to the damage he took Poli was injured and couldn't land properly falling to the ground.

The Geodude took alot of damage from the x4 weakness to the water move, but it's spinning and the fact bubble was a lower powered move in itself, it managed to withstand the attack. When it landed, it was still spinning around.

"It's wobbly, hit it again!" Brock said seeing how the Poliwag didn't land very well so the Geodude came at it with it's 3rd gear Roll Out attack.
