"Oh yeah her. She was nice." Reina looked away while she drank from her lemonade. "You should call or something." She tried to sound as casual as possible. She didn't like being jealous but she couldn't help it.

"Me? I have traveled with a lot of people. There is Naka who I told you, Esther who is really pretty, Vinno who is a video director, there was also a little girl I adopted, a guy with a flying Rapidash, Colored wants to be a coordinator, Hau and his grandpa Hala, Andy recently and many more."

Reina smiled as she herself realized how many friendships she had made in the recent months. "But before that it was mostly just me and my team. That is why Diva is so jealous with all these new people. But I feel a lot better with people around." She gave him a playful lool. "Especially a blonde ghost hunting man."

Reggie knew Reina was at least trying not to get jealous. But Adrianne was a kid, in fact she probably still is. He isn't dating anyone under the age of eighteen, nope. He shrugged at the comment of calling her, showing some disinterest. "Huh, maybe. When I got time, I will." He smiled.

Hearing all the people Reina met and became friends of, his eyes widened. "Whoa, you really are moving up in the world. Awesome!" He grinned wide. "Connections are the best underrated friend for a Pokemon Trainer, don't underestimate it." It took him a moment to realize she had actually met Hau and Hala. Hala was the Kahuna, right? Or was that Hau now?

He didn't care, that was still so dope!

He nodded his head in understanding at Diva's poor predicament, trying to stifle a grin. His cheeks became rosy at the compliment, eyes darting away as he suddenly felt quite shy. He gave a chuckle before looking at Reina with a sweet smile. "Well, I'm glad I make you feel a lot better. I got quite lonely having to go our separate ways." His brow furrowed up just slightly, as if the thought worried him. "I'm glad I got to see my fiery fighter of a beautiful woman though. Was worried you got hurt or something between our texts and me getting here." It wasn't too far from the truth, Reggie did have quite a bit of worry. It's happened to him a few times primarily to his friends, so he wasn't going to calm that particular anxiety until after he can see with his own eyes that Reina was okay.

Reina couldn't really hide the crimson hue forming on her cheeks. Reggie was charming and for some reason she wasn't ready for that. "Me? Hurt?" Reina tried to laugh it off with a wave of her hand. "I am too strong to get hurt."

The young trainer from Metztli poked her food with her fork, trying to calm her thoughts down so she could continue the conversation. "Where are you going after this? My plan is to travel through north Johto until Mahogany Town. There is a city called Ecruteak." She tried to sound as casual as possible. "A lot of history and scary stories. Maybe some hunted places." She shrugged, trying to see if he got her indirect message.

The envelope was already in shreds before Theo had even opened his mouth—three THOUSAND dollars! Fifteen hundred after Theo’s cut but that didn’t diminish Esther’s excitement in the slightest. She’d arrived in Johto with some eight thousand dollars and hadn’t earned much of anything while she’d been here—in fact, she’d lost money between the Whirl Cup, Chinchou Dinner, and Dive trip. But this? This more than made up for her losses; by her calculations she was,
“…$10,240!”

That was just enough!

Esther ignored the offered fist bump because her arms were already busy crushing Theo into a hug. She didn’t linger, pulling away after a few moments and then stuffing his share into his chest.
“Thanks! Good work! But uh, I’ve gotta run!”
And she was gone, feet pounding against the deck as she rushed through the corridors.

What was the fastest way to the department store? Where had she left her bags? What if she jumped the railings? That would be faster, right?

Esther wet her lips, with a slight of hand, two pokéballs flew off her waist.
“Halay! Pari! My bag, please!”
Her Pokémon emerged, already in motion. One whiff and Halay on the scent-trail. Pari floated lazily onto the Houndour’s back and they peeled off.

A quick 180 and Esther was back on the deck. Another Pokéball left her waist and out came Maçiera.
“Cushion my landing, Bubble, Sweet Scent!”

Together with Susu, who hadn’t returned to her pokéball, Çiera filled the waves below with a froth of pollen-filled bubbles. That’d probably cushion her fall enough, right? Yea, it’ll be fine.

With one leg over the railing, Esther jumped! Only a hint of uncertainty crept onto her face, but this was nothing compared to her jump from the Blastoise. Still…
“Pyrrha!”

Ever-reliable, Esther’s partner emerged and shrouded her with Protect. Girl and Drake plunged into the froth of bubble and emerged unharmed. With her partner in-hand, the Oblivian excitement surged and she set a course for the Olivine Pokémart, her Pokémon following along in short order.

The thugs hadn’t even had time to lay their filthy hands on her and already they were being interrupted by some foreigner. He had all the passion and bravado of a man on a mission, but the words that came out of his mouth were all nonsense. Margaret blink, even she had been caught off-guard by this stranger from a strange land. She couldn’t place his accent, but he sounded confident.

Unfortunately, his confidence did nothing to deter the thugs. Rather than intimidated, they looked annoyed. “Tch, can’t even talk and you want to play hero? Get lost! Ursaring, rough him up!”

Margaret stepped back as the duo of thugs turned their attention to the newcomer. A towering Ursaring emerged from the first thug’s pokéball and the second brandished a steel bat. This could get nasty…

Rick casually made his way back to the upper deck, all the while watching what was happening above. He saw Iris landing on the mast's platform, but as she was about to bite the envelope, the Surskit swept by and snagged the prize. Rick walked up the stairs to meet up with the two trainers, discreetly leaning against the wall with arms crossed. While he said at the start that whoever got the money would keep the whole prize, what he actually hoped for was that whoever got the money would split it. So Esther doing just that put a smile on his face. Before he could say anything though, the girl simply darted off the boat - with quite a style, if he said so - and rushed to the Pokémart. "Ugh... why do I think that money won't last very long..." He muttered. It saved these pokémon from a useless battle anyways, so it would always be money well spent.

"So you two decided to co-op at the end. You could say it paid off. Congratulations!" Rick spoke, before he walked up to Theo, who was simply left on the deck after receiving his share. Iris jumped down from the mast next to Rick's side, who stood in front of the trainer with arms crossed. "And kudos for the acting, you actually made that story very believable. Especially for someone like me, who has a hard time trusting people." He told him, shrugging. He took his notepad and pen out of his belt-pocket, writing his name and number on a paper. "Because Rapidash trainers are a rarity these days - thanks professors for handing over free fire-types to everyone starting their trainer careers -" He muttered under his breath "If you ever need something, or if you ever come to Sinnoh, I don't mind helping you with a thing or two." He told him, ripping the page off and handing it over to the trainer.

------------------------------------------------------

Rick hopped onto Iris and jumped off the boat into the beach. Pearl would descend from the sky soon after, hovering a few inches above their heads. "Zero setbacks this time it seems!" He said to Pearl. The dragon nodded with a chirp. Rick's next destination would be Violet City, where he could finally get started on this flight course. Before they could make their way there, however, Rick decided to make a brief stop at Olivine's Mart to talk to that Surskit trainer. Even though he couldn't prevent her from having another battle with someone else later (or even with the same guy), he though he could probably divert her mind somewhere else. Rick dismounted in front of the building and went in, while his pokémon stayed out, waiting. "So... Esther, isn't it?" He started, leaning on the wall with arms crossed. "Congratulations, your performance on that boat was pretty impressive. Not something you see very often from basic pokémon." He commended. "Do you happen to be a coordinator? 'Cause if not, you should try it at some point, you might have some potential there. Would be a shame if you wasted it on those... Gym Challenges as they call it."

Esther spun away from the cashier, arms outstretched, swing her partner ‘round and ‘round. Pyrrha hissed, a pleasant hiss, brilliant eyes mirroring her trainer’s. They were ten thousand dollars poorer but all the richer for it. A new Everstone sat around the Jangmo-o’s neck, stored in a plain jane pendant. It pained Esther to reject the more stylish accessories—she had fanciful ideas of a custom hairpiece woven from Pyrrha’s own scales—but with less than $500 left in her pocket, she didn’t have much choice.

She vowed to better her choice next time. Held items, she now realized, were a fashion statement. Some Pokémon—MOST Pokémon, couldn’t physically hold an item. Of those that could, still fewer could do so without hindering their battle performance. If a Pokémon wanted to hold an item and obtain all the benefits thereof, whilst not complicating their dexterity, they needed an accessory that easily attached to their body and could store the given item. Thusly, held fashion was born!

Scarves, pendants, clips, rings, piercings…every accessory one could imagine had it’s Pokémon adjacent counterpart, fitted with a hollow space to store whatever item the Pokémon would equip. Given the myriads of Pokémon shapes and sizes, the fashion derived from their accessories was dizzying in its variety.

Sigh, Pyrrha’s pendant would soon sink beneath her feathers and be hidden from sight. That was some consolation, what good was fashion that no one would see? Actually, never mind—even if no one would see it, she’d still know it was there. It was a matter of principle!
Anyway, with her acquisition of the Everstone, a huge weight was off her mind. No longer would she need to tip-toe around Pyrrha’s impending evolution. And what better way to celebrate than,
“How about a battle?”

After far-too long being withheld from battle, Pyrrha’s scales rattled, her tail wagging with mounting excitement! Esther was just as eager. But before she could even leave the mart—
“Huh? Oh! Hello again.”
She hadn’t expected to encounter Rick, but unfortunately he didn’t seem to be offering her more money.
“A coordinator…no, but I’d like to become one. Unfortunately, I’m pretty late to the Johto contest season. I’ll have to head elsewhere if I really want to compete.”

Although her thoughts were in-line with Rick’s suggestions, she scoffed at his final insinuation.

“Hey! The Gym Challenge isn’t a waste, battles are fun and my Pokémon love them—isn’t that right girl?”

Of course, Pyrrha was in full agreement. The wyrm even seemed annoyed that Rick had showed up and was now delaying the battle they were supposed to be looking for.

As his words fell on deaf ears, the veteran frowned and a look of determination filled his face. When they spoke English, he shook his head, realizing it was unlikely they spoke his native language. He was unphased when one of them brought out an Ursaring and a weapon, smirking slightly even. "It seems I going to teach you lesson in manners. I fight rat more fearsome than you." He spoke. His English certainly wasn't the best, but it was at least passable.

He gestured at his Arcanine, who got into position beside him. While the thug may have had a baseball bat, he had... His fists and years of training. He likely would have brought a rifle with him were it allowed on the plane, but he had no plans to kill anyone today. Conflict was preferrable to be avoided, but once he had no choice, he was certainly going to rough them up a bit. "If you can, contact local poliza! I incapacitate until they arrive."

He called out to the regal looking lady. His pokehud turned a transluscent red as he immediately followed with a combat command. "Arcanine. Flare Blitz on bear. Dey will see true strength of Stahlblatt wolf." He called out, trying to take advantage of the likely focus on the pseudo-legendary and rushing at one of the thugs, taking a wide sweep at their legs.

Margaret had been content to watch the conflict play out; she was no fool and she hadn’t gone wondering the seedy alleyways of Goldenrod without reason or insurance. However, what she encountered was beyond disappointing. Third-rate thugs like these couldn’t even rob a girl discreetly, much less handle anything bigger. She could only shake her head and focus on the battle, maybe she would achieve her goals yet.

Unfortunately, what she saw made her eyes pop! That foreign goober had ordered Flare Blitz…down a narrow alleyway… There would have been curses, but Margaret was too busy pressing herself against the walls. Her expression was unsightly, who know what nastiness happened in these alleyways?

As for the foreigner’s suggestion to call the authorities? Margaret waved it off, an unregulated battle had started in the middle of the city…the authorities were probably already on their way.

“Get him, High Horsepower!”

The bear’s waist thick paws swung down to crush the incoming canine whilst the two thugs turned their attention to the foreigner. He had swept one off his legs, but now the metal bat was whistling towards his head!

Haunting giggles bounced off the walls, but the sound was swallowed by the explosive collision between Arcanine and Ursaring!

Reggie's worries were not assuaged easily, but it was cute to see her smile. He chuckled at her dismissal, shaking his head.

As the food came by, Reggie was torn between being casual and using his fork to cut apart his sausage in a finesse sort of way, or be proper and use a butter knife to cut it. He didn't want Reina to feel oddly self-conscious about how she ate. So, he decided to forgo proper etiquette to be more casual, as he used his fork to cut his sausage. He ate it, marveling at the spices, swallowing once he was done chewing so as to not talk with his mouth full. "Hm... Ecruteak..." He hummed, clearly in thought.

He was aware that Reina wanted his company. It was a question of whether he could go or not. Ecruteak City is a city of culture, history, and the home of many shrines that Ghost-Types love to hang around, as well as home to Morty's gym. He would like to get some tips from Morty, as well as do some sightseeing. He smiled, giving her a sweet expression. "Sure, I'll join. I'd like to see Morty, if we got time. But I wouldn't mind sightseeing, especially when it's with you." He shot her a wink before continuing to eat his food, this time using his butter knife to cut the pancakes after buttering them. "I can even travel with you to Mahogany Town if you want." He then chuckled as he poured syrup on his pancakes, being frugal with it. "Isn't it considered a city now?" He then took a bite of his pancake.

Reina "Mobile post" Cortez.

Reina stabbed her sausage and was about to take a bit when she heard Regie's words. "Really?"

To be honest, she was not expecting him to accept or be able to travel with her. This meant they were going to be together almosy 24/7. Was it too fast? Did this mean more intimacy?! She didn't have much practice besides kissing! Did they have to share sleeping bags? Oh no... Hotel rooms?!

Reina's cheeks blushed with red as she quickyl reached for her drink to try and hide her face behind it. Once she stopped she set down the empty glass and aired her face with her hand.

"It got hot here. This weather is so unpredictable sometimes." Reina looked down and stabbed her food randomly, trying to keep herself busy by eating.

She needed to talk to someone. Someone that wasn't... Her boyfriend? Oh no, where they an official couple now? She had to tell her mom and dad. She had to tell Esther! She would know what to do.

Was she really that worried he wouldn't come with her? Or was it the implications that came with it? In fact, when he saw how flustered she seemed to get, he realized it might've been the latter.

He snickered, shaking his head as she seemed to get really warm and tried to play it off as the weather. He watched her with some amusement before reaching his hand out for her to hold. "Hey, it's okay. I don't know what's going on in that frazzled mind of yours. While I can lift up tissues with my mind, I can't read your mind. But, if it's what I think you're going through, we'll take the pace as slow as you want it. If you're concerned about anything or how the logistics work with us traveling, let me know. We can work something out. A second opinion or a third may be nice, especially if you're too frazzled to tell me, which I completely get." He chuckled.

Whether or not Reina held his hand (if she did, he'd squeeze it to help ground her), he'll retract his hand as he went about eating the rest of his food.

As the two creatures collided, their attacks struck with a great force, knocking both beings back with moderate damage. Fortunately, the Arcanine, as if experienced with close quarters combat in a situation where space was limited, managed to completely avoid any risk of collateral damage, focusing the flare blitz entirely on the Ursaring attacking it. Normally, Valko would have shouted out an order, but he was distracted by the thugs, and so the Arcanine decided to move on her own, rushing at the Ursaring with extreme speed, hoping the clash between the two moves staggered it.

Meanwhile, while Valko couldn't dodge the bat whizzing towards him, he moved just enough so that the bat collided with his spine instead of his head. He twitched as his spine sparked, causing electricity to course through the bat. He was certainly hurt, but the odd electrical discharge seemed to be proof that he wasn't fully organic, likely having some sort of cybernetic spine replacement. He stood completely still for a bit, the strike certainly causing him enough shock(both literally and physically) to flinch, giving them another opening for attack.

"Y-y-you'll pay for dat! N-N-Nanocorp Cybernetics are ex-ex-expensive!" He stuttered, his voice glitching from the damage taken to his nervous system. However, he was still in the fight, as once he recovered, he went for a jab to the gut on the being who took a swing at him, hoping the little discharge was enough to disorient his attacker, at least for enough to get a cheap shot off.

He said he couldn't remind minds but Reina felt as he had read her entirely. Like if he somehow had access to reading her feelings and thoughts. It was a bit odd but that allowed Reina to compose herself. She shook her head and smiled. "No no, it's okay. I'm okay."

"I'm just excited that's all." She laughed a bit as she placed her hands between her lap. "I had a really bad losing streak and today I feel like everything is back in place." Her joyful look disappeared though as she looked towards the ocean. "But I can't lose my focus, not now." She looked up at Regie with determiantion now, a smile cracking on her lips. "I have to train everyday. So we can't always be having fun. That includes morning excersises, team training, battle simulations and now Z-Move training with Blue Demon." She looked at her fingers as she counted each one individually.

"It might be a lot but I hope you don't mind waiting for me in the mornings and sometimes at nights. But, during the day we do travel or head to wherever we need to. Actually..." She sounded a bit concerned. "With the Zubat swarm, it will probably be better we move as much as possible during the day."

Louie took a deep breath; the smell of fresh cut grass, ocean breeze, and new bark filled his senses. The air was cool despite the heat from the late summer sun, a welcome change from Paldea, and the Pokemon League in Johto… ‘well, it’s underway, whatever, young Louie isn’t here to be champion or impress anyone!’ he thought as he approached a ledge.
Louie’s eyes narrowed; ‘there could be a den below this ledge.’ His hand hovered over his Premier Balls and he selected one, pressed the button and summoned his trusted partner: Princess, a female Maschiff of particular girth. She also sniffed the air, and gave an immediate set of whimpers to her trainer. We found them.
Louie is not an ace trainer or a type specialist, but he does have a particular affinity for dog-like Pokemon, thinking himself as a little bit of a dog whisperer, and ever since finding out that he’d be taking a trip out to Johto, he’s been planning for two encounters in particular: Houndour, and this one, Snubbull. Louie dug in his bag and procured a yellow PokeBlock, crumbled it up and created a trail with it towards the treeline off the path of the ledge, making sure to keep Princess from eating any of it.
For a while, it was only a matter of time, and eventually, a wild Snubbull appeared!
Now wild Pokemon are generally skittish and apprehensive, unlikely to approach humans at all. However, with the bait, this one was now far from its den and any help, and its retreat… had been blocked by Princess!
Secondly, Louie went ahead and circled around towards Princess to appear that much more menacing in number. This left one direction open for the wild Snubbull: away from its den. Apprehensive, the Snubbull attempted to either outspeed or double back and break through its pursuers, however, it didn’t count on a third aggressor: Fido!
Cutting off its last direction of retreat, Luie and his Pokemon completely surrounded, intimidated, and subdued the wild Snubbull. “It is only nature, after all, for the weak to seek the mercy of the strong,” Louie reasoned. “But fret not; I’ll make you strong!”
And with a click of a Poke Ball, the shaken, wild Snubbull gets turned into white energy and is stored into the Ball, which shakes, once, twice, and…

Once he made sure that Reina was indeed okay, he let off a little, finishing up his breakfast as she spoke. She really did seem in better spirits.

In hearing that she wanted to focus still on her training, Reggie gave her a smirk. "Oh, and you think I'm going to be slacking off?" He teased, a playful grin on his face. "I'll be training with you, and given I have the proper ingredients, I can make nutritious food for you and your Pokemon to get the most out of your training. I think it would be a good idea to vary your training methods to keep things fresh and exciting. I need to get my Pokemon trained, get my Drakloak to evolve, and we need to understand how to handle different types of Pokemon so we can become a great Mono-Type team. Then, maybe, we'll think about being a Gym Leader somewhere."

He took a massive sip of his orange juice. "The Zubat line generally don't like bright light, heat, or massive amounts of psychic waves. I have my Musharna with me, so keeping them at bay is a peace of cake." He gave her a gentle smile. "So, let's not worry about it too much and see how it plays first, alright? Let's enjoy ourselves while we can."

Once he had sipped the rest of his orange juice, he set his empty dishes aside and placed his cross arms on the table. "So, you ready to go?" If it wasn't obvious by his posture, his voice sounded excited.

The thug seized with the snap, crackle, and pop of electricity; a subsequent jab laid him flat, and it didn’t look like he’d be getting up anytime soon…if ever. Wide-eyed Margaret blinked twice—had she just witnessed a murder? Her eyes moved from the corpse(?) to the killer. Were his bones made of metal? How had he done that?

The second goon, freaked by the untimely demise of his compatriot, was already fleeing down the back alleys of Goldenrod. “Y-you’ll pay for this! Ursaring, Thrash!”

The brown-bear Pokémon’s eyes went scarlet as it began to rampage; it seemed to ignore all pain, getting right back up after Extreme Speed and tearing through the air with wicked claws. Its attacks were indiscriminate; if it wasn’t dealt with quickly, the damage would be severe…

In the distance, the sound of sirens whirled.

Of course, Valko never meant to potentially kill a man. The shock caused by damage to his cybernetic spine was entirely beyond his control, and he only hoped that the police would understand such things. His eyes briefly flashed orange as his movements glitched again, slightly slowing as the damage to his spine began to slowly sap his energy. Fortunately, as the goon retreated, he had less to worry about.

As the Ursaring began to rampage, Valko made the quick decision to press the button on the Arcanine's Pokeball, returning it. "Kristalli! You i-in charge! Use stone e-e-edge!" He called, sending out a rather strange looking Froslass. Instead of having the appearance of an icey ghost, she seemed to be covered in beautiful crystals, and seemed more rocklike rather than ice. Thrash barely seemed to effect it. It took on a look of determination and focused entirely on stopping the Ursaring before it could do more damage.

It put it's hands together as it did as instructed, causing jagged rocks to erupt from the ground around the Ursaring, in the attempts to incapacitate it before it could put anyone else in danger. Someone has already died today from their assault, the last thing they needed was an innocent life to be taken by an Ursaring. The Stahlblatt Gemlass gave out a haunting cry, which sounded almost like a crystal chandelier being shaken during an earthquake. "D-de-defeat it! N-no harm come t-to bystander!" Valko cried, glitching once more.

Wednesday August 11th Route 33 (heading to Violet city)

Team: Azurill (Aquamarine), Flaaffy(Tesla), Cleffa (Ruby), Igglybuff (Parfait), Ledyba (Iris)

After about 10 minutes of the kids roaming around and Tesla napping, it would be time to move on along the route. There are a few trainers around the route , most of them are young beginners like him. Though thanks to the fact that they aren't exactly trained and Iris' aversion to battling , these battles aren't exactly easy. While he does win these battles it takes quite awhile with many breaks as these trainers have 3 pokemon each.

The 3 battles take until about sunset to finish allowing him to head to Violet city. "Whew, nice job everyone, "Andy praises them though Iris is very disheartened by this as she didn't do anything which Andy only nods and offers more headpats.

Now in Violet City, Andy looks tohave another chill out session with his pokemon. He would head to the Mart and bought some potions and such which he would try to apply himself to care for their wounds himself. As a result of this, it takes pretty much the rest of the night to slowly and methodically patch up the wounds. They aren't anything serious but given how the machines heal all the pokemon in mere seconds, it takes a long time.

The babies and Flaaffy would be very grateful for this however, this whole thing happens off in a little park in the City to avoid causing problems for the other residents. The pokemon healed, Andy would get a burger to eat for himself while getting berries for his pokemon. Its off to a hotel to have a nap and prepare for the day tomorrow and the Mareep Festival.

Reina let out a love stricken sigh. "Yes." She looked like she was going to melt but quickly regained her posture and straightened up. "I mean, um, yes I am. Food was delicious!" She smiled hoping the crimson on her cheeks would disappear soon. "I will transfer you my share. I have to go outside." She got up quickly and walked out as soon as she could.

Outside the shop, Reina fanned her face with her hands. "Tranquila, tranquila. Just breath, one, two, three... hay Arceus why is he so charming!" She shook her hands and then pressed them against her belly. "Okay, okay. I can do this."

After a few seconds, she was good to go. The Metztlian trainer waited for her new traveling companion to join her. Once he did, she recieved him with a smile. "Okay, ready? I think I should maybe go change at the Pokemon Center? I don't think this dress is good for traveling." She then leaned closer to him. "Plus some swimmers keep looking at me." She whispered.

‘…and thrice. Gotcha!’
Louie gripped his hand tightly as he exhaled a huff of relief, looking towards his Pokemon, beaming with approval. “Very well then, let’s see what this Snubbull is all about, why don’t we?”
Louie summoned forth his newest party member, Snubbull, and took a few hours out of his day to train and correct him; Snubbull needed to understand that Louie was the new boss in case it came down to a battle, after all.
- - -
The trip back to Goldenrod City was uneventful. The party had a picnic just north of Ilex Forest and the weather was pleasant through noon. However, Louie did note that the smell and the direction of the wing had changed and it carried with it, a certain acrid musk…
As the trees beside him gave way to concrete structures, and the hard-packed dirt road gave way to the asphalt carpet of the city, Louie began to feel a certain unease, or discomfort, as if being watched or observed…
Louie nodded as he noticed a police officer walking his Growlithe K-9 unit; the officer beckoned, wishing Louie a good evening and a safe trip home, Louie muttered under his breath in response.
However, the two men were still near each other when they each noticed a shadow blocking out the setting sun…
“What the…” Louie muttered as he pulled his Poke Dex out to scan the flock of Flying-types beginning to pass overhead: “Zubat. The Bat Pokemon. Even though it has no eyes…” Louie would’ve stuck around to hear what the Dex had to say if it wasn’t obvious that these Zubat were a threat.
Louie and the officer turned around and attempted to flee from being out in the open; the Pokemon Center wasn’t too far from them. All the while, they were being assaulted by individual Zubat who’d gnash their teeth at them, as well as having to withstand the Supersonic chittering sounds coming from the flock!
The two men reached the Pokemon Center, to be greeted by quiet, shocked faces, unaware of the situation at hand. The officer quickly turned to disable the automatic mechanism of the doors while Louie struggled to catch his breath.
“Zub… Zubats.” He struggled to inform the congregation of trainers.

Didn't take much to get her so excited, huh? He chuckled, shaking his head as he took the bill and paid for it while Reina was outside.

Once he got up and thanked the staff, he walked right outside and swooped Reina with an arm around her waist, smiling. "Yes, I am ready." But upon hearing that the swimmers were looking at her, he smirked. A finger lifted up her chin as he looked in her eyes. "Well, then they must know you're taken." His voice held a silky lilt. "And I definitely don't mind showing off who you belong to." He purred. They kissed a few times before, so he gave her a brief press of his lips against hers.

He then pulled away, rubbing her back. "Let's get you changed for travel before your face turns into a Tamato Berry." He chuckled, teasing her as he walked with her to the Pokemon Center.

Reina just couldn't seem to keep it together whenever Regie was turning on his charm. She was once again swept by him and his kisses that she just pressed her lips together after and nodded. The love struck trainer went along with Regie to the Pokémon Center. After a quick change of clothes and check up with her team, she was set to go. The next stop, Mareep Festival.

It was the perfect time to have Regie with her and she had just remembered Andy mentioning the event. So, using her pretty green eyes she pitched her idea to her traveling companion, who had no problem with it. Diva wasn't too happy though. Reina was different around Regie.

Usually Reina would talk and play with Diva on their travels, but now the Metztlian was focused on the handsome blonde walking with her. First, Reina got distracted with that child she adopted for a bit. Then with Esther and now this? Parasites the bunch of them.

Reina was having a great time. Even battling the Zubat away every now and then was barely a bother to the traveling duo.
