There would me multiple kinds of contents there so one format won't really cut it, so it would be better to keep it open discussion style i thinkDo ya'll think we need a template for edeavors/recaps, or just a place to discuss lore?

Suggestion that Lyse should have an attack sort of like Atomic Samurai's Atomic Slash. She's fast enough to do that, right?fair enough

That's what I meant. Thanks. It could be an skill

We'll see this group's chemistry before we branch out like that. Not to say your idea is bad, but I don't think we're ready for a spinoff just yet.I'm up for a prequel rp.
I vote on taking over the world by becoming a hub for advanced tech and a culinary hotspotWill do.
Also let's put it go a vote if we we try to take over the new world or protect it.
I feel like that kind of eliminates the point of roleplaying right? Isn't the point of our characters being dropped into the new world that they don't have any prior knowledge and so making such a hasty decision on an immutable path of "Good" or "evil" is foolish and shortsighted. Will do.

It is but we aren't decide on exactly what to do but a general direction, but yeah we shouldn't play it as our characters immediately Know what to doI feel like that kind of eliminates the point of roleplaying right? And isn't one of the main themes of Overlord the Grayness of morality?
I believe that there's a sense of dramatic irony here. We as readers/viewers/Overlord Fans, are greatly knowledgeable in the New World, but logically, our characters should only be as knowledgeable as ainz was when he first appeared in the new world. It is but we aren't decide on exactly what to do but a general direction, but yeah we shouldn't play it as our characters immediately Know what to do
Fair point, that will take the fun out of itIt's important to avoid unintentionally Metagaming.
I think that’s the kind of hard hitting commentary and development we need. We never got to see much of Ainz getting used to his body, but it's very possible that our characters would be unable to handle such changes so easily.Currently we are rping like the final moments before the server shutdown,so.. in did make my skill flavour text say that my character has incridible eyesight and memory as he can see everything in extreme detail and remember it, but that's just flavour text in Yggdrasil after we get transported to the new world you guys mind if I have my character freak out due to the information overload he gets when flavour text becomes reality
If it goes far enough, I can also see the NPCs collectively being terrified and freaking the fuck out because "the monster god has become inconsolable" which is probably tantamount to a prophecy of the end-times in the NPC culture.I can see RD having some serious cognitive dissonance about her sudden in-character megalomaniacal and sado-hedonistic urges and lack of qualms with killing people, clashing with the fact that she's not that screwed up in the head in real life.
