"I am not cute! I'm handsome..."
Try not to dwell on that too much Mike, sometimes life deals us a bad hand. I think your writing ability is pretty good. That could be a viable skill. Cheer up for me or I'll start to cry .

Oops, I got depressing again. Time for me to go to bed. Sorry about that.Try not to dwell on that too much Mike, sometimes life deals us a bad hand. I think your writing ability is pretty good. That could be a viable skill. Cheer up for me or I'll start to cry .
Wake up smiling .Oops, I got depressing again. Time for me to go to bed. Sorry about that.
I would say that I would... but I generally don't smile unless I'm laughing. I usually just wake up calm. ... that or I wake up tired. One of the two.Wake up smiling .
Ah... sorry for bothering you then. I'll just be in the corner sipping some Chaga tea.Nope, I'm at work.
Well, I'm not very knowledgeable on teas either. But it's a Russian mushroom tea that helps fight cancer.Never heard of it, not that I'm very knowledgeable on teas.
It doesn't really taste like much. Basically it makes the water taste like it has more substance and that's about it. It's better than the straight up green teas I've had. Just plain green tea is disgusting in my opinion. However, it is probably worth noting that I don't add anything to my teas. No sugar or milk or anything. A good tea should have the capacity to be enjoyed without additives, in my humble opinion. How's it taste though? I think I'll stick to my earl grey over mushrooms personally.

Yeah, chaga is different than black tea. I agree green is better than black. If you actually look at how black tea used to be made, it's actually pretty disgusting. As for coffee, I can't drink coffee. One because it can help create an environment where cancer can grow (and I can't have that right now), and two because I have ADHD and it just puts me to sleep. So I stick with tea. Peppermint tea is really good.I actually prefer green tea to plain old black, straight is absolutely the right way to drink it though. I can't drink black coffee though, I need milk and a bit of sugar if it's cheap stuff, enough to take the edge off the bitterness but not enough that it tastes like sugar. I'm usually the one that makes the hot drinks in our house so I've gotten real fussy about mine.
I mean, you shouldn't have to worry about it, because by itself it doesn't really do much, and if you're living a healthy lifestyle, it doesn't cause any trouble. Especially since you don't use much sugar with it. I just have to worry about that because I am fighting cancer right now.Coffee's such a part of my routine now, I think I'd rather take my chances with the cancer then give it up. This is why I try not too drink alcohol too often, so that it doesn't stop being a little bit weird to me.

Insensitive? BAH! Like I give a shit. You had no way of knowing. I would be a pretty daft person to be offended by you just sharing your honest opinion on something.Oh I'm sorry too hear that... Um that was a little insensitive of me in retrospect. I can be a bit dense sometimes/
Probably. Usually when people start preaching about somebody being offended, it's not the people that are supposedly 'being offended'. It's usually people with no relation to such an issue that are just looking for something to fight for because they feel like their life has no meaning. In the end, they usually end up making a mockery of the issues. My motto in life is "It is what it is." What happens, happens. No use getting bent out of shape over things. Just take the cards you're dealt and make the best of it.Ah well if you're not bothered then I'm not bothered about it. I try to be careful about stuff like that but maybe I just end up overthinking things.
As long as we've settled the obviously far more important issue of how to serve hot drinks. Now that's something worth getting offended over.
Then there's another one, "Big, happy fun time for you and family."
...yeah... that one came from a fortune cookie...
Rather than thinking about how to tailor things for people, I think it would be more effective to spend the time to make sure you say exactly what YOU mean. If you don't want to offend someone, then just communicate clearly. If that makes sense.I guess I feel like if I can take a little bit of my time to think about how I phrase things or pick the right time to bring something up and that little bit of effort lowers the likelihood that my words will bother someone else I try and do it. I think of it as polite and something that I do for my own satisfaction. Some people are always gonna be offended and some topics can't really be made palatable no matter what, but sometimes it might do something for someone and I don't really mind having an excuse to over-analyse words, I'm a lit major, I don't even need an excuse.
... I guess the original poetry doesn't really come across in the translation.
