Thanks! I'd say that Reiko's thoughts are in Japanese, but she spoke in English, after noticing Elizabeth spoke in English (or at least I thought she did; wasn't clear. If she didn't I can just change it back lol). She's full-blood Japanese, but her family is quite rich, so she was probably taught young enough to be completely fluent.
