Realistic or Modern OOC: Santa Monica Home for Boys and Girls [Reboot!]

Yeah pops said that as long as im feeling okay i can help but he said he would keep a close eye on me and if i start to not feel good i need to tell him. He told me that my health is more important and if im not up to it they will make do cause he doesn’t want me to over do it.

Well last year when my cancer was gone papa taught me how to drive a really old tractor he still has but they dont really use it for much except pulling a trailer sometimes and i srove that one a bunch

Yeah your health is super important - not only because obviously you don't want to overdo it and get more sick. But that last thing you want is to start puking while driving, crash and hurt yourself, and break the tractor. Or hit something.
I do know it's frustrating though. I know your gonna be able to kick the cancer's butt again! But I know its frustrating.

Honestly I'd be terrified of driving something that expensive - I feel like id break it too. >.< I kinda still want to one day, one of my friends in school used to do the same as you - growing up on the farm and helping drive the tractors on weekends and after school. I always wanted to try it. They told me about how much they'd been changing too.

Yeah i know my health is important but yeah like you said it’s really frustrating sometimes but ill get better i just know it. Sometimes i get sad and feel like i wont ever get better but i try not to think about that.

Yeah it can be pretty scary but they are soo cool and soo big its really fun. I just miss being able to like feed and water the animals and stuff and help move hay bales around. But they wont let me help with that stuff well now because of my ribs to but also they just dont want me lifting the heavy feed buckets and water buckets. Plus they dont want me too close to the animals in case they are randomly sick since i can get sick super easy from germs and stuff

Yeah the Chemo which is super good at fighting the cancer also makes you get sick easier. The medicines do a lot of damage but aren't very good at aiming - hence you feeling sicker and weaker after taking it. (I know quite a lot about medicine ) So don't want to make things worse by you picking up a cold from somewhere.

Did you have any favourite sorta animals you liked working with?

Ooo my favorite animals to work with are the Cows or maybe the horses the sheep are pretty cool too! I dont know I guess haha

You just like ALLL the animals don't you? I'm not a big fan of a lot of animals, I get really jumpy around most big animals. I kinda like Horses though, my cousin and some of my friends used to ride them a lot. I think I'd like the sheep a lot too. Like how could you be scared of a walking baaaaaaahing cloud?

Oh yeah that'd do it if a Hockey game started. We won't be seeing him for a few hours.

I was scared of big animals at first too but once you learn how to understand them and know what they are trying to tell you by how they are acting its not that scary and most of the time if you stay calm they will too. Unless its a bull staying calm doesn’t really work with them but you can still be safe around them once you figure things out. But yeah sheep are just soooo cute they are also super mischievous tho so ya gotta watch em they usually wont hurt you or anything but they can get into trouble. Pigs are pretty cool too. Yeah i think i just like all the animals. Ooooo one time when i was at the farm one of the cows was calving but the calf was stuck and pops and papa couldn’t get their hands inside so i had to stick my hand in and pull the calfs leg out. That was pretty gross but cool too. I got to name the calf. I named her sally!!

I know its just that you have to understand them, but yeah I just freeze up and get nervous cus I don't understand them. ...At least if im ever in trouble it sounds like i got an expert virtual little bro who can show me the ropes. Unless its a bull. *gulp*

I've watched my friends play the game a few times. I couldn't stop laughing. It seems very fun.

Also sheep well they like to steal food like you cant leave anything they like anywhere near them or it will be gone. One time i left a bale of hay near their fence that i was gonna give to the cows but i had to clean out the water trauft first and so like i left the hay just barley in their reach and they dragged it over and pulled it inside their pin and were chowing away plus we have these special fiber treats for them and like if you have any on you the moment you stop paying full attention they will start biting at your pocket trying to get to the treats. Also they are pretty good escape artist. Gotta keep a close eye on them or they will find a way out. Which isn’t good cause they are pretty helpless without rest of their herd. They also just do lots of funny stuff. Some of the really goofy ones will try and knock you over too.

Isles are playing in the mid-west tonight lol, that's why the game started at 8:00 pm for us, and 7:00pm for you. Usually the games start at 7pm when we are playing on the east coast.
