I am also subtly looking forward to Felix going from bubbly full confidence to frustrsted and hopeless once school starts and his struggle with schoolwork and homework becomes visible.

Could lead to fun role reversal maybr of Felix being the less confident and dominent one getting tutored or helped by the other kids without his normal bravado. Cant exactly outrun a math question.
(And afterall Jack and Asher are only a year in the first, two in the second, older) they should know the exact work already.

hey I am working on posts here.

But I just wanted to give a heads up I will post as frequently as I can but we just got results back from Liam's appointment this evening and it seems the cancer has come back for round two tho we caught it super early so hopefully the treatment wont be as severe but some more of my time than usual will be devoted to him and I just wanted to let you guys know.

We've been through this once tho and we will get through it again.

Oh no. Please take whatever time you need.

Also, please for the love of God, don't post if you can't. What you and Liam are dealing with is hard enough, and I'm so sorry for you guys. I'm glad they caught it early. They caught it early with my mom and she was fine, she's still alive and kickin'! Thank goodness they caught it early. Remember, your son comes first. If you can't get a post up I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we totally understand. I wish Liam the best of luck fighting cancer. Cancer's a bitch, but I know he'll kick its ass again if he did it once before.

Oooo possibly. Jack is pretty good in school, so maybe if Felix and him get close enough, Jack could be a tutor figure for Felix.

Thank you guys but don't worry I will still be active just probably a little less so than I have been.
1. I know Liam wont let me give this up to take care of him cause he knows how much I enjoy it.

2. We learned last time that for his mental health through this its actually better if we don't hover over him all the time being super protective and instead try and keep things as normal as we can and just be there when he needs us to be... tho being super over protective is in my nature so we will see how that goes.

But yeah Ill try and keep you guys in the know if I cant post and what not.

Felix will honestly need it. He can really struggle academically, so having someone tutor or help with homework would make a big difference.

The first thing he said when we found out and I asked what he was thinking after a long period of silence he said.

I'm thinkin I'm gonna kick it's butt for a second time and send it running for it's mommy!

Awww. Liam did say he was happy seeing you smile whenever you came on here.

And I dont blame the kid. I'd much prefer people trying to not make that big a deal about it if they didnt have to. Keep evertyhing the same where he can. Even if it means more trips to the doctors.

On our end we're nearly done. We're mostly just in cooldown now, all to do is get Nathan ungeared whenever he's ready and the boys inside to start getting ready for bed.
