Yeah like you just gotta think we have been playing for months and we are on day 2 so we really dont know how long its gonna be until school gets here could be a lot quicker then we think if we rush through things but it could take a lot longer.

A thought i had cause you mentioned the school shopping trip Edric.

I dont think the idea Dawn had with that was ever really about Jack just suddenly being talkative or anything my understanding and this is probably more appealing to you for Jacks development. My understanding was the idea was just a situation where Jack was forced to be around everyone so even tho yeah he would still be quiet and not really want to talk to anyone he would still be around them see how much fun they are having and sorta start to see that maybe they aren’t so bad. So he can kinda be like maybe i dont have to be so terrified of even being in the same room as them.

More so making it something for jack to think about and give him a little push to maybe even if he doesn’t talk much idk sit at the table when everyone is eating rather than run away to his room ya know?

The idea I had wasn't about suddenly changing Jack. It was trying to put Jack in a situation where running away to his room wasn't an option, where he'd atleast be around the other kids even if he was just watching and listening.

Yeah we get a big party for graduating from elementary school! The school does a bunch of fundraisers during the year and some of that money goes to us fifth graders for graduation.

Im supposed to bring a hot dish if ya know im well enough to go. The school pays for all of the food so that everyone can bring something even if ya know their family can’t afford it. And like they decorate the fifth grade hallway with streamers and balloons. And we get to just go hang out with whoever we want. One of the classrooms plays movies all day one of them is where all the food is and where we can eat. The last one and the hallway they do a bunch of different games and stuff and yeah it seems super fun.

The closest thing we had was a after school disco but we had to pay to all pay up front to go to it. We didn't do any fundraiser and there wasn't any options for those who couldn't really afford it. We did still watch a few movies in class the day before I guess but like no big thing in school.

Yeah our school is really awesome they do lots of awesome stuff. Its a private school so i guess they have a lot more freedom with stuff. But its not like a lot of private schools its super cheap and they do lots of things like fundraising and stuff so any family that wants to send there kids there can afford to like they even pay for people tuition sometimes!

That does sounds like a really cool school. My parents never had money growing up, so I basically relied on grants for stuff like that.

I think one of my favorite school fundraisers at your age though it was just for charity not like a party we had at one point tho was like, we were allowed to come n in our PJs and told to bring a plush, stuffed animal or similar along with a really tiny bit of money. It was a really fun day, and adding up for all the kids in the school doing it we still raised a decent bit.
