They made the announcement a while back and like, almost no one uses it. However, because I usually ask for longer post requirements even in group roleplays, I keep it around in case someone wants a slightly more fluid conversation.

Collaborations are, quite often, a really good way forward. I've had some absolutely stellar RP by collaborating, since it often results in more natural, prose-like conversation rather than a part of the post where a character 'listens' to the other character then figures out a response. I've done posts like that a lot and, while they're good for deep Woolf-esque introspection, they can be a bit of a slog sometimes when you just want a fluid conversation. I'd certainly be up for collaboration posts, if anyone would like to.

That'd certainly be good for a briefing! I can't imagine how much more streamlined it will be than everyone writing a post. Of course, it does require those who want to participate to be around, but since the writing time will be cut down, hopefully that wouldn't be a problem?
It also might give the illusion of characters all sat in the same room, too.
I'm up for giving it a try.

Yeah, for me the only issue with it the same issue I have with small length posts- I just find it incredibly boring very quickly, and the pace it demands far too time-consuming.
It can do it now and then but certainly not all the time.

No worries it definitely didn't sound my way. To be honest I usually avoid this problem by simply not joining RPs that don't have larger requirements to begin with, but I tend to be more lenient if a friend is asking me to join.

Slavery is in general considered illegal. Fast way to get yourselves on a list, especially if you sell them on a slave market.
And I will clarify again: no photon torpedos and MAC guns. You don't have them. Not now, at least.
