Azani is very similar in that respect having preferred to play the monster than be weak

I think I have figured out Amatsuhikone's struggle for the rp as it will relate to madness. It will be mostly on identity as he is known for one thing and wishes to step out of his mother's shadow and be something new. Yeah azani is similar but their methods and goals are very diffrent and azani mostly knows herself Amatsuhikone dosent. This will tie into madness wanting to bring down the veil between worlds.

does anyone else have a general character type that they make? like i usually make mean guys like Ekibio, but my gender-neutrals tend to have a spread in personality

Kinda late to this but for me it depends on what type of character I want to make. I'll be honest I make a lot, but usually they're based on one or two certain concepts or characteristics.

For example: Hiroki is mostly based around pink and bubbly/cutesy things, but also...ehh, how do I put it? It's kinda like two sides of a coin that make it whole, in a sense?

Also one of my current interests is Hypnosis Microphone and if you know anything about it then you'd definitely see some inspiration from Ramuda Amemura design wise cause he smol and pink

Yup! Nicely said. Naming generally detonates a new life for a wandering spirit as a god's regalia. Seals their old memories so it won't continue to plague them and eventually turn them into a phantom if they become consumed by their own negativity regarding their death. If you think about it, all pure spirits pretty much died unjustly
