Miu is already phantom so revealing who she was doesn't corrupt her, it just wouldn't mean anything to her. I essentially have it as by binding the greater phantom with a name they are stuck in the weird middle ground where they aren't fully a regalia becuase they aren't pure but they aren't the same phantom they were.
