"Azale, let's go find the rest of the crew before something happens. Sona, take care of our new guest. Zero, go with Azale." Before anyone could object, Sun ran off.

The ground beneath Ryuu cracked and cooled before it caved in and Ryuu fell into the hole. As soon as she did Raticon shoved her down a formed tunnel and collapsed the hole behind them, melting it together.


"Time to go." Raticon said, stepping in front of her and starting to lengthen the tunnel.

Azale glared at the captain and then looked at Zero, "Piss off." He growled.

Ryuu gave a slight shrug then headed down the tunnel following the strange man.

"So. Why was smokey and his lackey after you?" Raticon asked, doing his best to melt the tunnel behind them too, "Warn me if this gets too hot." He added.

"Hell if I know why they want me," Ryuu answered, "guess because I used to be of some interest, 'a pirate is a pirate'. Even if real pirates wouldn't agree..."

"He's an idiot. Too set on his goals to realize that I set a great lot of the city on fire." Raticon grunted.

"Why would you do that?" Ryuu asked.

"He wouldn't pay attention to me. It was irritating." Raticon grunted.

"You're hotheaded," Ryuu mumbled.

"A bit. I was aggravated that he was after you and ignoring me. I don't see why he thought you were a threat." He grunted.

"He told me that in the end he wasn't all that interested in me," Ryuu shrugged, "I do not know what was going on in his head."

"He's an idiot most likely." Raticon grunted, "Not worth my time. I need a new target...or maybe I should finally start a crew... eh, who knows, but smoker is an idiot." Raticon grunted.

"Out of a crew huh? What's your story?" Ryuu asked.

"Got a fruit. Killed some marines. Haven't been in a crew or created a crew yet. Just been hunting marines. " Raticon grunted.

"Waste of your time and reckless, you don't need to start a crew you need to just join one. You don't know what you're doing," Ryuu scoffed.

"And you do?" Raticon asked.

 

[Dagfinn]

"I do, at the least I know more than you. I have been training to run a ship since I was ten, been out on the water for even longer than that," Ryuu answered.

"Then I guess you're the captain." Raticon said with a shrug.

"W-Wait, really?" Ryuu asked surprised.

"Yea why not? You know more about it than me. I'd be a fool to continue on and try to captain a crew." Raticon said with a shrug.

"Just seems odd since you don't know me, but I'm not ganna turn down the opportunity," Ryuu said.

"Wonderful. Too be honest I have a ship. But i haven't been able to really use it." Raticon replies.
