the Syndicate began to understand how impressive the man's talents were and thought of introducing him to SMITED.
It may have been suggested as an option for Usof, but all agents are volunteers. Also, don't assume what they consider impressive ;3 For all you know they could have just wanted your PC to become someone else's problem.

Lovely - I like that last part, gives a tee bit more depth to his character. Something I was clearly struggling to cramp into the backstory so quickly.

PERSONALITY
Dagaz is not very confident in his social skills. Although he is gentle and a good listener, he is usually aloof, and pays more attention to the subtle signs of nature and the spirits than the social cues around him. This can make it hard for him to truly get to know people. He is very dedicated to his magic and works at it all the time. He is passionate about plants and animal care, as well as his studies. However, he still isn't very confident in his craft, being as he only finished his real training a few years ago. He knows he still has a long way to go, so even though he is one of the go-to people when it comes to spirit work, he gets very nervous about it and can sometimes screw it up.
Although he excells at both, he is more confident with his work when it involves solitary rituals and studying than combat magic.

Positive Trait
+Humble. He doesn't think too highly of himself, and sees everyone in the organization as incredible people. He's the first to admit if he's made a mistake.

+Quick witted. Having gone through hellish training to get to where he is, he is quick to adapt and think of solutions for his problems.

+Looks like he could kill you, actually a cinnamon roll. He is very gentle and soft in his interactions. He is used to dealing with plants, animals, and spirits, which need a level of kindness and respect that he translates to his relationship with everyone else. However, this also means he isn't always convinced that someone is a bad guy until he's seen it with his own eyes, and that can meddle in his work.

Negative Trait
-Not very confident in himself. His lack of experience in the organization makes him second guess most of his decisions, and that can completely stop him in his tracks from time to time. He needs reassurance that he's doing ok.

-Overthinker. Because he's grown unused to dealing with people, he's never too sure if he's doing it right. A weird comment or a mean joke can get him to overthink to the extreme and cause him anxiety. He wants to be friends with everyone, but he's not sure if everyone wants to be friends with him.


POWERS/ABILITIES

Main: His wooden staff is imbued with the Isaz rune of ice. Although he knows all the runes and can use them proficiently in his work, when it comes to magic combat only four come naturally to him. When he invokes them, they are governed by the Ice aspect of his staff:
>"Kanuan", summons ice spears and throws them at his target. Can only make one at the same time.
>"Hagalaz", summons a hail of devastating capacities, but it's only big enough to cover a 2 by 2 meter ratio.
>"Z", summons a thick wall of ice to protect himself or his allies. It only lasts for 30 seconds before it melts away.
>"Eihwaz", grants a weapon a deadly icy coating that lasts for five minutes. It boosts the attack of the weapon.
In order to summon the power of these runes, he needs to write them in the air with his staff.

Sub: Seidr, the ancient technique of asking the gods for answers. This doesn't always work, and if it does the answers are usually cryptic and cofusing, and have to be interpreted. Seidr takes a long time to achieve, and it's very draining, so he doesn't do it as much.

Sub: As a chaman of the Nordic tradition, he is able to concoct potions and read nature. He interacts with spirits, usually the ones that come to him for help. He is good at making medicine and taking care of animals.

WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS

-In order to invoke the power of the runes in combat, he needs to finish drawing them in the air or floor. If he is interrupted in the middle of it, the effect doesnt take and his magical energy is spent regardless. Occassionally, it can also backfire.

-Invoking runes can be an exhausting art. After four or five times in a row, he is drained, and needs to rest before he can continue.

-Runic art needs concentration. If he isn't feeling well, if there's something else going on distracting him, or any situation like that, he can't get the full power out of it.

HISTORY

Dagaz was born to an icelandic couple who loved him very much. He had three older brothers who took care of him during his childhood together with his parents, and who taught him all he could learn about the world around them. However, from the very beginning it was evident that there was something different about him. He would sometimes speak with people that were not there, or talk about creatures which no one else could see. He had nightmares and weird dreams which worried everyone, especially when what he talked about ended up actually happening. None of his older brothers had manifested anything like it, and although his parents wanted to be supportive and accepting of their youngest son, they were at a loss regarding what to do. Luckily, an old woman caught wind of a young child with the gift of sight, and before long appeared in their frontyard, introducing herself as a norn.
The norn explained to the Sturlusons that their son had the potential to become a magician like her, and after demonstrating some of her abilities to the sceptic couple, they decided to let her take him to train with her, with the promise that he would keep in touch and come back as soon as he was done. Dagaz was six years old when this happened (and to this day he suspects the norn magically influenced his parents' decision of letting him leave with a complete stranger).
Like that, Dagaz began training under the norn, which he came to know simply as Ashe. She taught him everything she knew about the gods of the Nordic people -their people-, the flow of magic and nature, the truth of destiny, and the art of rune magic and Seidr. She was an extremely stric and stern teacher, almost starving him to death more than once, occassionally leaving him to his luck stranded in the middle of mountains, or telling him to go befriend a bear before the end of the day. However, it all paid when little Dagaz started being able to talk to spirits naturally, communicate with plants and animals, and call upon the might of Odin for his magics. When he turned nine years old, Ashe started to train him in combat. Hand to hand, swors, shields, spears, maces, everything. He demonstrated proficiency in it as well, but did receive various serious injuries during their sparring matches. He ended up preffering to use a bo or staff as his main self-defense method, and trained specifically in its use for the rest of his years with Ashe. When he turned 15, she started showing him the use of runes outside of rituals and divination, to manifest their power in the real world in real time. It took him many years of training before he could do it right, and at 20 he could only really manifest 2, "Isaz" and "Mannaz".
With 25 years of age, his training officially ended with him being introduced and made a member of the Syndicate. He bid Ashe goodbye and went back to his parents' house, with which he had kept in touch with letters and photos during the years. They welcomed him warmly, and filled him in regarding what had happened in the last few years. That's when he heard about The Revelation, when the human world had learned about the existence of the supernatural, three years before. Ashe had taught him that one of his responsibilities as a norn was the mediation between the human world and the world of magic, and feeling his calling he joined SMITED.

Ruleta is beautiful visually yet as you stare you realize more and more that she has a dark aura around her. This young lady is defined by her loud, outspoken attitude noticeable even from a distance. She is proven to be very expressive in her speech; often imitating the sounds of things when she does not know what to call it, and shouting loudly when she is upset. She also has a considerable temper which is comparable to a volcano: sudden, destructive and with many casualties. Even with all that she is a peaceful character she is invariably shown as cheerful and pleasant. Ruleta can sometimes appear oblivious but has also been shown as highly perceptive. She may keep a cool head and cheerful attitude to help maintain the tranquillity. Above all, she is brave and will step into any situation to save another even if she knows the odds are against her.
"I'm afraid of the world. I'm afraid to put my guard down. So I hide and put up a wall that is so high that you will never see my pain. I create this character and she is perfect, she's invincible. Cause that's easier than admitting I have a problem. "
Brave
This isn't as good as it sounds Ruleta might be brave but this courage that she has will most likely get someone killed. Most think she is truly brave while others claim she's an idiot who causes trouble where ever she goes.

Genuine
Ruleta although not honest about her own feelings of sadness noththeless she is honest and sincere speaking whats on her mind.

Merciful
Ruleta has always considered everyone as a friend even if they actually aren't she would save someone who tried to kill her. For that, she is considered soft and at times vulnerable.

Stoical
Ruleta won't ever show her emotions, not the bad ones, she keeps all the pain and hardship. At times this can take its toll on her but can be of strength to others when situations go for the worst.

loquacious​
Not only does she talk to much Ruleta tends to get everyone in trouble, she isn't one to fear those around her and will let her tongue go wild. She isn't one to stay quiet for too long and has to talk. Surprisingly she can keep secrets.

The user can release/use blood to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc.

Sub: Speed
Users are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally faster over their race because their capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level, making them immensely faster than normal members of their species (in that 'verse) without the need to train.

Sub: Night Vision
User has excellent night vision, the ability to see in low light conditions or even total darkness. Whether by biological or technological means, night vision is made possible by a combination of two approaches: sufficient spectral range, and sufficient intensity range.


Weaknesses/Limitations

Speed || May be negated by Speed Cancellation. High-speed movement may be hard to control and adjust to. Unless the user has Supernatural/Absolute Stamina, their body produces toxins faster than normal, giving them a time limit. Weak agains tSpeed Theft. May be vulnerable against Gravity Manipulation.

Night Vision || May be sensitive to sudden flashes or bright light. Might take some time for the eyes to re-adapt to regular light. May not be able to see in complete darkness. May cause eyes to glow/reflect light. May not be able to see colors.​

History

Ruleta was born into a happy family of 4, which consisted of her parents her and her brother, Trifle. The Feodorovna family was known for their hair colour which they all seemed to have. Her family seemed small but that wasn't the case with her parents which said everyone in SMITED was a family member. When the news of the organization surfaced Ruletas family was the first to come forward. Ruleta at first thought nothing of it and brushed it off to the side but it seemed her family had other plans. Ruleta's family became well known in SMITED mostly because they all had the same hair color it wasn't hard to distinguish who was and wasn't a part of the family. Her cousins were all involved although they were family Ruleta didn't get along with her cousins their fights would get immensely big it wasn't something that you should enter.

Ruleta entered SMITED with her brother and both were quickly shamed for being half of what they were supposed to be. It caused her emotional damage her self-esteem was low too, say the least she wouldn't respond back to the hateful comments. If it wasn't for her brother she wouldn't have survived it. Trifle was dealing with much worse than Ruleta could even handle. She became stronger slowly gaining a backbone and began responding quickly to those who go against her. Her parents blame her brother for her turning out exactly like him both in looks and actions.

When she first entered SMITED Ruleta was clueless as to what she thought of it. Ruleta started to have an opinion on the matter the longer she stayed there. Not minding the thought that it became public thinking that it's the right decision. In her opinion, it's their right to know whats going on hiding it wouldn't have been a wise choice.

You will find it hard to have your character engage with others with this personality trait. PCs like this generally don't work well in groups if you have expectations to have other PCs always be responsible for social engagement within posts. You may find your PC the odd man out, but if you are fine with this and won't get upset if they aren't brought into other PC conversations, I'll allow it. This is just precautionary since many PCs under this unsociable spectrum personality get bothered when other PCs aren't constantly paying attention to them.

It would be more reasonable, as you are stating he has just finished he training, that he knows of multiple runes, but is only capable of using 4. To say someone knows all the runes means they can potentially pull a rune out of their ass later on in the RP under the claim of "he knew it, he just wasn't a master of it." It's a loophole to me stated the way it currently is.

As the GM, I would basically be NPCing as any deities, so having a PC with a "commune" ability is OP. I can see him say, throwing rune stones to try and predict an outcome, but that would be the same as tossing a coin. There would be no godly influence over the runes. So, his questions to the "gods" would actually just be him asking himself and interpreting it as the "gods" replying.

Then there is the idea of communing with spirits as well, this is a HUGE HUGE HUGE no-no unless you want to have your PC imprisoned by The Syndicate. This would fall under necromancy (use of undead/dead/spirits in any way), which was ruled as illegal magic basically.

The way I would suggest is break down the powers as thus;
Main: Specific rune that is most often used, such as a favored element. Which appears to be ice, so he would say have to cast a rune to access the element, which you currently have.
Sub: Rune power under the main one
Sub: Rune power under the main one

This give access to a total of three runes.

Then I have to ask, how long does the Ice spear last for? Once it hits, does it vanish? Remove "deadly weapon" because that infers one-strike-kill rather than what it actually is, just an ice covered weapon enhancement.

If this is along the lines of spirits, I already mentioned why this wouldn't be permitted.

Being a Magician is hereditary. A direct parent would also need to be a Magician, at least one in order to also be a magician. It isn't a recessive gene that sporadically shows up.

As the RP takes place years after SMITED announced magical races and such, for her to do this to mundanes would be illegal at this time.

I am actually going to stop reading here, because I feel this is a huge influence on the rest of the background history and as it would need to be changed, highlighting the rest when it most likely would be changed as well is silly.

To communicate with plants and animals would be a magical power itself, but he would have no control over them (plants could possibly be controlled, animals no). I know what I've typed has probably most likely destroyed your character's entire concept. :\ 90% of the history needs to just either be rewritten or removed entirely. His parent (who was a Magician) or another trust Magician would have been responsible for training him, or The Syndicate would step in and have him placed within a Magician boarding school to train him if there was no one to do so.

If you want to stick with the Shaman type, consider having more plant based nature powers perhaps. Ice is fairly destructive to nature, so why a Shaman would want to have Ice as a main power would be very odd.

Change Genuine to Outspoken and it fits the description more.

Night vision should just be Low-Light vision, and as for speed that's just a common vampire trait.

I would for her abilities look for things she's trained herself in. Has she had any combat training? Does she know how to use a gun? Sword? Martial Arts?

The first paragraph needs some commas, endless run-on's so it's a hard read. X3

Now then, onto the main point. If you want a sort of 'legacy' vampire family to be a part of SMITED, that is fine, but you need to explain the family itself. You character is half-vampire, so which parent was mortal? Which was the vampire? Based upon the correct age calculation, the mortal parent would have already been deceased for a few decades. How would this affect the family? Also, the hair color wouldn't actually be enough for them to stand out as, for example, Vysterian elves have white hair.

It would be more believable for the siblings to be known because they are half-vampires (which is rare). And this brings me to the next point, SMITED is an agency of acceptance, so for them to be shamed would never happen. Honestly, SMITED would be quite eager to have the join as sort of a"bridge" or "ambassador" case. If you are looking for some painful history, focus on the deceased mortal parent. Would your PC blame your immortal parent for their death when they could have made them into a vampire? It leaves that pain you want for your PC while staying within the universe.

Half-Human/Half-Vampire (Dhampir)
While being half-human removes the pesky issues of problems with sunlight, there is still a desire to consume blood, though they can eat human food to survive. While vampires do not age, humans still do and so half-vampires will still age, though more slowly than normal mortals.

(Total Age - 21) / 10 + 21 = Physical Age
(Physical Age - 21) * 10 + 21 = Total Age

The parenthesizes are important.

If you want, that is perfectly fine. It'd be a go[o]d fit for a vampire in modern times, got that good eyesight and all and with low-light vision could come in handy. ;3

When I write lore regarding races being used by multiple players, I feel an age scale is needed, otherwise you can have one character aged 21 and be 900 and then another also aged 21 but only like 50 total years. X3

Distinguishing Features:
The rather strange coloration of his eyes seem to leave an impression on those around him. Additionally he is typical seen in a form about a quarter of the way between fully dragon and fully human. Meaning that his horns and several scaled sections of his body are visible, on occasion his tail may also be seen.
Personality

Personality summary here.
Ryuichi is a fairly simple individual to figure out, earnest and straightforward he brings himself as he is to those that he meets. His personality is such that if one meets him they have a air understanding of his parents, Taking the dedicated and fierce drive of his father, and blending it with the kind, compassionate intelligence of his mother, he possesses a healthy mix of the two. Ryuichi's father instilled in him a fierceness that is evident in the way he carries himself. The ideals of strength, dignity, and the pursuit of excellence have made Ryu into an individual that can achieve great things, but is all the more hindered by any shortcomings. An intolerance for failure causes Ryuichi to push himself to a degree that borders on unhealthy, obsessing about doing things right. The pressure from his father to always be his best makes him very hypercritical of himself. Ryuichi is primarily able to temper himself through the traits he inherited from his mother, however he is much better at extending them to others than himself. The first is a distinct compassionate patience, which has surprised some in the past. Knowing firsthand the stress that comes from lofty expectations he can become a seemingly endless reservoir of support and encouragement. Ryu does for others what his mother had done for him throughout his life, reinforcing others when doubt creeps into their minds and spurring them onward. This is not to say that Ryuichi will not reprimand those around them if they have fallen short of the expectations that he has for them. Whether it is his place or not he will let his thoughts be known to those among his peers. The gentle, nurturing side of Ryuichi is often overshadowed by his fierce internal drive and dedication to his fathers principles. Intelligent, ernest, driven, compassionate, authoritative, calm, and occasionally brash are all strong descriptions of the individual known as Ryuichi.

Driven
Once Ryuichi has set his sights on a goal he will pursue it pushing himself past his limits if need be. His personal growth be it mentally or physically can be directly attributed to this. Such an individual tends to continuously grow, which for Ryu is a goal in an of itself. This can be harmful to him should Ryu's drive give way to overzealousness as it has in the past.

Compassionate
Ryu's compassion is a strong asset for him, it allows him to overcome his limited interpersonal experience and branch out. Connecting him to more of the people around him he can get a better understanding of the world, and more importantly the people around him.

Earnest
Personally preferring to keep things simple, Ryuichi is often straightforward in his words and actions. This is not to say that he is incapable of lying, but that he refrains from doing so unnecessarily. It also allows him to be more convincing on the occasion that he does need to lie.

Temper
Ryuichi, have his fair share of faults, one being his temper. He is slow to anger, but once his patience has reached it's end his rage will be quite explosive. In this state he can be very destructive, putting little to no effort into checking his physical strength. Calming him down is a task which requires finesse, a fair knowledge of what makes him tick, and most importantly his trust. Isolation is of course highly recommended when dealing with Ryuichi in an agitated state.

Gullible
Due to Ryuichi's own straightforward he does seem to have a naive belief that others will be the same. Taking everyone at their word, he will not treat others with suspicion unless given a reason. He grants his trust until it is broken by the individual.

Powers/Abilities


Main: Martial Arts are the primary means of combat for Ryuichi due to his upbringing and the training he received from those involved. Having studied at monasteries throughout Japan he has developed skill with the staff and sword. He personally favors the katana and studied both bushido as well as Ittō-ryu a single sword style. As far as hand to hand combat goes Ryuichi is and avid practitioner and somewhat of an expert in kyokushin karate, having personally identified with it's philosophies.

Sub: Physicality - Ryuichi's natural strengths are what have aided in making the young dragonkin as formidable as he is. Aside from the typical physical traits of the dragonkin, a unique trait is his fine control over his shifting, having almost complete control over his shifting as well as the specific features that he wants to repress or reveal. namely his, claws, fangs, tail, horns, wings, and scaled patches. He can of course breathe fire in his shifted form. The dragonkin’s fire breath is very strong coming out as jets exceeding 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. He can bump it up to 2762 degree breath for a full minute. At that temperature the flames come out blue and are extremely harazdous to everyone in the vicinity. This makes his breath attacks a last resort in extreme situations. It does not help that his range is consistently 15 feet . Additionally on the occasions that Ryuichi does draw out his wings in a humanoid form, he is capable of flight.

Sub: Stormcloak - A lightning style spell that generates a powerful electromagnetic field around Ryuichi’s person he can utilize that charge and direct it’s flow through himself, conductive objects or Directly towards a target. Should there be interference from grounding agents this spell and it’s external uses then become ineffective as the bolts will strike the conductors instead.
Weaknesses/Limitations


Deception
As mentioned Ryuichi can be misdirected by those around him. He has some trouble detecting a lie especially if he has come to trust the individual. He takes others at their words which ca easily be used against him.

Strategy
Ryuichi is not one to consider strategy before every encounter, mission, or fight. He is very clever and skilled and will use those traits to navigate as a situation unfolds, however he is susceptible to the plans of a capable tactician.

Personality​
The harsher side of Ryuichi's personality can become self-destructive if not dealt with properly. His standard of overachievement while beneficial to an organization can cause him to be bullheaded in the pursuit of an objective. A focus that can be exploited by those around him and of course he can be aided by those that he creates bonds with.

History

Ryuichi's upbringing was in a word nomadic, traveling throughout Japan from one monastery to another, he had limited interactions with common people. His father the dragonkin Ryujin insisted on training him in combat as well has his principles. little is known to Ryuichi about the lives of his parents except that his father was a powerful individual in the past. Beyond that he knew Ryujin as his sensei and father, a stoic man of principle who didn't rest until his goals were met. Ryuichi not wanting to disappoint his father went through with the training, studying martial arts, magic, and the traditions of the japanese people. While his father trained him alongside monks, his mother, a mundane by the name of Alexandria took responsibility for his formal and emotional education. Essentially homeschooling him in order to give him the education he was unable to receive otherwise due to their lifestyle. It was through Alexandria that Ryuichi learned english, and japanese, his studies sparked an interest in world languages. It was also a result of his mother that he was able to function for so long undertake harsh training and high expectations of Ryujin. Ryuichi's life had been occupied the cycle of his fathers demands, mothers education, and their collective travels until his twenty-first birthday in tokyo. They were staying at a larger shrine near mount fuji, where his mother and father would say their goodbyes to him. Turning him loose on the world to make his own path with only one directive to "find something you can dedicate your life to, pursue it with all your strength, and make us proud." That moment at the summit of mount Fuji he experienced a rare moment of considerable paternal love from Ryujin. Being told that he had already made him proud and a few other sentimental comments. It was strange to Ryuichi as he had mostly always seen his father as his teacher, and only ever received sentiment from his mother. It was a welcome change and one that helped to solidify his resolve.

After that time he wandered the world for six months, doing odd jobs here and there to keep enough money to provide for himself. He then caught wind of SMITED, after watching a news report that encompassed the revelation and their activities since. Hearing of their mission Ryuichi felt he had found what he was looking for. Despite feeling skeptical about the revelation he ultimately decided that the only way to deal with it would be to regulate life in the aftermath. Taking an additional month in seclusion to retrain and ready himself Ryuichi made the trek from the Himalayas to Smited headquarters. Confident that his parents would be approving of his decision, he finds himself now forging his new path forward. To fulfill his parents wishes, but more so to follow a passion he has found for himself.

Personality

Micha grew up in a secluded society, making his home with other discarded male harpies. He was cut off from the world for a long time, living in the sides of mountaintops and seeing only what their perch had allowed him to see, never thinking to venture beyond. After being exposed to the 'real' world, instead of regressing and becoming anti-social, he took it in full stride, making it his mission to explore, learn about the world, and potentially make it a better place.

Other races fascinate him as much as the world does, and he makes it a point to learn as much as possible without questioning others enough. He has a rosy view of other people, assuming them to be honest instead of putting everyone up to the same deal of scrutiny.

He doesn't see life as life without taking risks, having spent so long wasting it in a frigid mountaintop.

Optimistic
Often optimistic to the point of annoyance, Micha is able to make light of most situations.

Bold
His middle name is 'Risk'. Not officially, but that's what he tells everyone.

Blunt
Micha is socially maladapted, meaning that he often doesn't take into consideration others' feelings when conversing or taking actions, being particularly honest. Sometimes honesty is the best policy, and sometimes it isn't. That isn't to say he's not empathetic - if he hurts someone, he's actually a bit more empathetic than most are and is quick to apologize.

Airhead
Micha is particularly good at overlooking small details, with no regard to importance. Useless, important, trivial, or crucial; if it's small and detail-oriented, he tends to lose track of it.

Naïve
Not a lot about the world was revealed to Micha at a young age as he had been encapsulated in a small seclusive society of harpies. As a result, he's curious about the world, and perhaps too curious, as he's liable to believe most of what people tell him.

Powers/Abilities


Main: Strength
While not the best flier in particular circumstances (especially ones that require tight turns and precise maneuvers), Micha makes up for what he lacks in wingspeed in strength. He's a heavy-hitter and possesses talons, so while finesse isn't his strong suit, he can take a beating and give one out. He's capable of carrying others (of lighter or similar weight) through the air, though at a severely diminished speed.

Sub: Unmovable Endurance
Micha is tanky. His feathers supply a deal of protection against blunt combat as well as his strength, leaving him to be able to take more hits than someone smaller than him. Living in a harsh mountainous environment as a child had left him with a higher tolerance for pain, and being a bad flier had left him used to taking minor hits. He's good at braving difficult temperatures, though he tends to run hot rather than cold, acclimated to the tundra environment.

Sub: Heavy Weaponry
Micha is acclimated to throwing nets and bolas and using wide-range 'ancient' weaponry, though he's not particularly good with anything requiring extreme accuracy, such as swords, bows, and guns.
Weaknesses/Limitations


Flight
Because of his build and weight, Micha has a hard time flying with finesse. He prefers not to do so unless it's necessary, making him also particularly untrained in it. He's prone to running into things and flying too slow, completely unable to do anything particularly useful with his wings other than traveling vertically. The only thing that offsets this is that he's strong: with a great deal of effort, he can carry other people through the air, but that doesn't mean they're going to be safe from obstacles in-transit.

Finesse
Micha isn't the most graceful of people. He prefers to use larger weapons with wider spread due to this: with a sword, bow, and especially with a gun, he isn't accurate. Additionally, it's hard for him to dodge most things, preferring instead to take and deal hits before trying to dodge much. It isn't impossible, and his feathers are capable of absorbing some of the blow of hits, but it's also not likely that he'd be able to dodge someone that was faster than him.

Age & Experience
Being young at 26 (and 22 in physical age), Micha hasn't had an extreme amount of experience when it comes to training of most sorts. He had been taught the basics as a child and left his people early enough in his childhood to get normal training as far as knowledge skills go, but against someone that knows what they're doing as far as martial training goes, he wouldn't have the upper hand.​

History

Micha grew up in a harsh, frozen, mountainous environment, under a matriarchal flock of harpies that detested The Revelation, instead preferring to keep to themselves without being forced into relations with the outside world. Unlike most Bestials, his flock congregated together, making seclusive, tight-knit societies in which outsiders were not welcome. Because of this, even after The Revelation, his harpy flocks had been shielded from the outside world, some in particular not knowing that the mundane had existed at all.

Because Micha is male, he hadn't been given a proper place in the matriarchal society of harpies that he had been born into. Instead, he was passed down to be taken care of by the other males in his society, segregated from the higher level of technology and awareness that the women of his society had been exposed to. He lived in seclusion in a relatively simple life with his brothers, until he had been traveling outside of his nest and came across a wounded hiker.

Young at the time, Micha could do little to help them. He was sent down the mountain to a small town of humans to gather help. It was a shock to them to see a harpy, but the news he had brought was more pressing at the time. When they had come back to the hiker, the man had perished. Still, it opened up a world of possibility to the young Micha, who hadn't thought to explore outside of the small realm that the harpies had established for themselves.

He spent longer and longer spans of time away from the nest studying the human world, unbeknownst to his flockmates. He had been opened up to a world of food, technology, and images of a world beyond the eternally snowy hills and mountaintops he'd been accustomed to. He had seen images of sprawling fields of green, of planes, trains, people without wings, and massive steel buildings. He learned the language, eventually spending days and then weeks at a time amongst humans.

The villagers of the town had been weary of Micha's presence and some had outright treated him cruelly, reciting the danger of allowing a harpy within their village, but he had found a place amongst the family of the fallen hiker, who had recognized that Micha had only been a curious young harpy, trying to help. Then, he had been discovered to have been associating with the humans. He was told not to come back to his flock, and Challenged by one of his brothers from his flock, who maintained the old ideals that The Revelation was a mistake. He was defeated and banished, realizing later that if it had been anyone but his flockmate brothers to challenge him, he would have been killed where he stood.

Micha was forced to leave his homeland, including the small town he had grown to love, which had laid within his flock's territory. So he traveled south independently, taking himself far away from his tribe. At first, he was bitter. Then, he developed a love for knowledge and travel. Eventually, he had come to the town of Schmitten, hearing whispers of a society that had sought to meld an agreement between the mundane and the supernatural. He sought it out, further finding himself at SMITED, looking for a place to fit in that would fulfill his need for interaction and travel, amongst a people that had shared his ideals.

Remove this as this assumes on other player's reactions. :3 I know it's a bit nit-picky, but it sets up an expectation that may never happen. You can say perhaps he has gotten a few reactions where others have been caught off-guard.

With him being only 21, this is a bit excessive. Even from being taught at a young age, choose a few he particularly has specialized in rather than a "jack of all trades, master of none."


He can of course breathe fire in his full form.
Expand on this power, as there needs to be a limit. How long can he breath fire for? What range? How hot? This would be affected by being human, half-shift, and full dragon form.


Sub: Lightning magic - A specific selection o spells encompass Ryu's entire use of magic.
Bolt, a spell which is as simple as it sounds, it permits Ryuichi to send a bolt of lightning at an intended target at varying potencies. the average blast stuns the typical living target, an may leave burns, at the point of contact. these bolts are not very taxing and thus can be used up to five times without pause. Should he fork the lightning or chain it the damage dealt is halved requiring forethought and additional power prior to usage. If Ryuichi put all of his strength into a single blast he will be unable to use any magic for 10 minutes or longer. The bolt is fired a a straight stream of intensified plasma and works more like a high powered laser burning through substances such as steel.

Pulse is a collection of electromagnetic energy pulse is a more concentrated ball of energy that deal greater voltage to a singular target. a spell that can be used a max of three times the standard cool down after such exertion is five minutes.

Field is an area spell that creates a ten foot radius of excited electromagnetic energy. It can be used to lessen the exertion of greater spells by channeling the latent energy he has excited, however this spell is more often used as the ground work for a defensive dome. The duration of this dome taps out at three minutes standard, this time limit allows for continued use of Bolt or a single Pulse. Five minutes maxes out all magical energy Ryuichi has. Fields third use is called wave, five seconds after the initial agitation of latent energy there will be a rapid buildup before the forcefield expands rapidly from about three feet around Ryu. it will expand to fifteen feet before fizzling out.

Channeling, Ryuichi is capable of channeling energy through conductive objects, namely his sword, and his body. This allows his sword to heat up and to deliver shocks of varying degrees, he has been practicing using the magnetic field generated to manipulate the blade itself but so far he has only managed to warp the blade with no real results. This skill is one that puts his blade out of commission and weakens any magical spell that he would use afterwards. Ryuichi is much more capable of channeling energy within himself, though without any outward applications. When channeling energy within himself Ryuichi is amping up his own bio-electricity, increasing the feedback rate and essentially throwing his body into hyperdrive. His speed, strength, perception, and processing are all amped up for a period of five minutes. Any longer than this and Ryuichi risks permanent damage to his nervous system, or even death. Repercussions include weakness, fatigue, and dulled senses as his body readjusts to the normal flow of bio-electricity. the period of time that this is in effect is often equal to the amount of time that he used this spell for.

This would be a main power, not a sub-power, and there are too many sub-powers under this. As a main power, he would be capable of lightning magic with only a few under that since otherwise it very easily becomes overpowered. I am not saying he can't use a magical ability, but reference the other two accepted dragonkin CS to get an idea. ( Xaira / Zole [Removed] ). Choose a main lightning ability, something versatile perhaps and work from there to determine how he would manipulate it to do other things. Such as "charge" as the main, he could charge a weapon with electricity or even himself as sort of a lightning aura that covers his body as well as use this charge from himself to, within a certain range, zap someone.

For a limitation, if there is something naturally more conductive than his target, the energy would go towards that to ground itself rather than the target as lightning will always choose the path of least resistance. So, if there is a metal rod nearby, it'd likely skew slightly to that target rather than say a tree. There is a PC's will that can come into play, and these are suggested alternatives to consider.

The history itself is alright, though with the incorrect age it would need to be adjusted slightly. :3
