Agrios, Celena

Alias:
Physical Age: 25
True Age: 41
Race: Bestial Centaur
Gender: Female
Physical Characteristics

Height: 7'9

Weight: 1,180 lbs

Figure/Build: Mesomorphic

Hair Color: Dark Brown

Eye Color: Black

Skin Tone: Creamy Olive

Distinguishing Features: Weird looking jewelry that she never seems to take off.
Personality

From an outside point of view Celena is a very boring looking and acting individual and somehow still gives off that feeling of majesticness, though the quite few people who do know her/she cares enough about that they will probably know that Celena is very a prideful and surprisingly kind.

Head strong.
Simply put she is a very hard woman to faze, being born into a tribe where the strong kill the weak is normal and expected danger to her life doesn't scare her.

Hunter.
Due to her having hunting as a favourite pass time she has becomed very good at tracking and cornering potential targets.

Relentless.
She is the type of woman to try and achieve a goal no matter the situation even if it is a danger to her life or to others just because she was given that task and therefore is her duty to complete it.

Detached.
Due to her circumstances growning up and the fact that she has spent much of her life within the wilderness she has become quite allineated with her own tribe, and even more with the outside world.

Prideful.
She is a very prideful person due to her old position and she takes great offense when people offend values close to her which will most likely end up with a bout with the person who offended her.
Powers/Abilities

Main: Mellee specialist.
Due to being a centaur with a higher than average body and with the training experience from her tribe's culture along with the long exposure to the wild she has grown quite adept at defending herself at closer ranges.

Sub: Hunter.
As aformentioned having to hunt to provide herself for quite a extended time of her life it is quite hard to not be good at it or be dead. She got so proficient at hunting she can tell what predators are in a area by looking at the carcasses of their meals and she can apply most of those life leasons when she has to "hunt" humans for different reasons, though it may be hard to apply in urban situations.

Sub: Survivalist
Having lived in the wild for a relatively large period of her life she has grown a affinity to suriving in the wild without supplies for a long time basicaly living off the land that she is in though it may be hard to use in more barren enviroments or cities
Weaknesses/Limitations

She is a very large female, even in centaur terms. Even though from an outside point of view this may be advantegeous thing for her, good in physical situations but at the end of the day SMITED is meant to keep the peace and force should be a last resort. It also doesn't help that due to her size she cannot maneuver around as much as other agents of smaller sizes expecially in urban enviroments.

Bestial nature
Even as she tries to overcome and undersize the level of influence her more animalistic tendencies have over her she will go into a blood rage when she is pushed too far and try to elimante the target as a last attempt.

Hopeless with technology
Due to the way she lived her life sheltered to the technology of the outside world she has quitea tough time of understanding and using more advanced technology is really out of her way.

History

In the cold night inside of a magical forest protected by the advancement of time for hundreds of years since the time of the ancients, in the middle of said forest there is a village surrounded by 11 pillars signaling the 12 now long gone major deities of Greeks they share most of their culture with, these gods are represented by the pillars in this order, Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Ares, Aphrodite, Hephaestus and Hermes.

Some of the more astute readers of this record may realize that the goddess of the wild, Artemis is missing, that's because Artemis isn't the one to be impressed by vain material things such as ornate pillars or shrines. You see the tribe celebrates Artemis by having her sole priestess vow that her entire life be dedicated to Artemis, she does by having ceremonial bracers literally burned upon her skin to signify her endless dedication to Artemis, defending her pride no matter what and taking jurisdiction of the forest surrounding the tribe.

This is the world Celena was born into, daughter of the chieftain of the tribe.A position that will inevitably end up with her being pampered till adulthood and then married off to some prominent centaur. Something that all female centaurs from a young age wish for, that's why they try their best to advance their knowledge in house keeping and try to hone their beauty in order to seem like the best candidate for child bearing. Something that young Celena clearly didn't seem to understand...

Even for a young centaur, a female at that, she used to spend a tremendous amount of time in the forest surrounding the village and she even dared adventure out of the borders sneaking out at night. On one of those nights young Celena found herself lost in the seemingly endless expanse of the forest and while pushing her way through the bushes she saw the first moment in her life that would make her character. A wolf slowly closing in on a mother deer protecting her new fawn.

Young Celena was so confused by this, why was a girl defending her child? Wasn't that the job of the men? Where is the man in charge did he just abandon her when the wolf came? Why is this mother not running away even though there is no way she would win?! So confused by this show was young Celena that she was still perplexed by it as she saw the wolf jump at the deer's neck and finish her quickly. That sight of savagery born something in young Celena and she charged the wolf out of the bushes and after a small fight blood lost on both sides of the conflict Celena kicked the wolf cracking it's skull.

After that she immediately attended to the small deer and try to help it even though it was hungry and it's mom wasn't available to feed and she clearly was getting colder and considering that Celena was also bleeding out.
Unbeknownst to her she was being watched from the beginning to lose consciousness she saw a shrouded centaur appear from the foliage and as she grabbed young Celena she could see her wrinkled feminine hands with two beautiful bracelets on her hands. When she woke up once more she found herself being licked to death by the young fawn to wake up in a primitive tent with her wounds covered by leafs and with the aforementioned old lady in front of the tent sitting sipping on something from a clay pot.

That woman was the 200 year old priestess of Artemis and from that point on her life would take a u turn immediately. In the next few days the priestess took Celena and came back into the tribe after a 5 year absence, she announced Celena right there her successor, much to the dismay of the chief but there wasn't anything he could do as he would not dare challenge the avatar of a god, that would just be a dumb decision.

That night the priestess took Celena with her deep inside of the forest where they found a small furnace, right there the priestess took out her skinning knife and peeled off the bracers revealing the shriveled skin under it which she quickly covered with her shroud. She then turned towards the young Celena and stood up towering over her and then said; "You have seen the nature of the wild and you still decided to protect that fawn, and you know why young one?". Celena quickly shook her head in response to which the priestess responded by sighing. "Of course you don't, it's because you wanted to protect the innocence the deer gave away her life to protect. Just how Artemis is the goddess of purity and of the wild you wanted to protect the fawn's purity from being soiled by the wolf.".

After that little explanation Celena looked at the ground and thought to her for a second and after a few seconds of thinking she straighten her head once more and then the priestess smiled, "You are ready", she proceeded to smelt the bracers on Celena which made her now the priestess of Artemis.

The next 5 years of her life she spent learning from the old hermit and once she was deemed fit by the priestess she lead Celena to a deep part of the forest she has never seen before and there covered by all of the trees they found a small open field, but as they walked towards the center she saw centaur bones... This was the resting place of the priestesses of Artemis.

The old priestess slowly walked in the center of the field and laid down next to the relatively newest bones; "That was my teacher. She lead me to here and told me to spend 10 springs here becoming one with nature and now it's your turn" as she then put her arms together and closed her eyes and while smiling knowing she continued the legacy of Artemis let her life escape her, now, frail body.

Surprisingly Celena didn't cry for her master's as you would expect, no, she held back the tears because she knew that her master was now in the arms of Artemis watching over her along with every other priestess before her.
Skip forward 8 springs and Celena was now a great priestess of Artemis, she knew the forest as her back hand and every single living being that lived under it, so she thought... On one of her usual scouts she found a different creature, dressed in a weird attire bleeding heavily. Celena awaited for him to pass out and then took the male to her camp where she treated him. After a week the man awoke clearly surprised by having a spear to his neck with a centaur holding said spear. So after waiting for him to calm himself down Celena said;

"Ποιος και τι είσαι?" the man clearly confused by the language she spoke which only pissed Celena more pushing the spear closer to his neck as the man said "Waaaaaait!!!!!" as he put his hands up. "My name, is John" and that's how Celena first came into contact with S.M.I.T.E.D .

After they're more than dangerous first encounter they spent 2 years together trying to heal John up and teaching Celena English, and also telling her about the world on the outside, the stories of male heroes and great monsters now popping out, it just called to her so she decided that after making sure the forest could survive without her being there decided to travel with this man to S.M.I.T.E.D .

But just before they could leave the forest a horn was sounded, that was the horn to summon the Priestess of Artemis to oversee a duel involving a old chief, she told John to go ahead of her as she will follow suit after her duty in the tribe is over, so he gave her a rough map to S.M.I.T.E.D and then headed back to the tribe.

Once she arrived there everyone in the tribe was gathered in the middle with a young centaur and her now old grey haired father and they were about to fight, so as soon as she made her way through the crowd she started the fight and it was pretty instant, the young overconfident cut the head of the old shriveled up chief, something Celena didn't care about since she barely knew him anyway.

What did piss her off was the now new chief, holding head of her father in front of her after he declared him the winner saying; "Hahahaha Look at this priestess, I killed the weak chief and the father of the worthless priestess, you should've just been married off. I guess a worthless goddess must have worthless followers....".

As you can assume what followed suit was a duel between her and the new chief where she beaten the ever living gods out of him due to the fact that he wasn't fighting a old man anymore but a well trained huntress who hunted stronger animals. After winning the duel but not killing the man outright as she didn't want to become the chieftess she left the tribe completely and headed to where the map headed letting us where to the current moment in time.

At the most basic level, Andrianna is a fighter and nothing else, whereas you would find centaurs her age go looking for suitors or learning the trade of looking after a house she will spend her time training. She is to onlookers, an eerily loyal representation of the same named greek goddess. And much like the goddess she is named after she is also an avid hunter and warrior.
Can you expand on this? It feels like most of her personality is just about her life, not her personality. What personality characteristic does she share with this Goddess? What Goddess is this? What makes her desire to be a fighter and not a house-mare?

seeing how Artemis was too strong for her to be married to any of the men in the village of her
Need a name change here. X3 I even missed it my first quick read through.

now the current chief, and challenged him to a fight which after a grueling 2-day battle she penetrated his chest with her spear.
If the common practice is for the winner against the chief, to become the chief, wouldn't that be her? If not her, then who took the position? Why?

SMITED agent picking him up who gave her a business card.
As much as this makes me cringe, I'll let it slide.

Dakviak, Zolona

Alias: Zole
Physical Age: 25
True Age: 41
Race: Dragonkin
Gender: Female
Physical Characteristics

Height: 5'5"

Weight: 155lbs

Figure/Build: Wide bone structure defined with toned muscles.

Hair Color: Silver

Eye Color: Right red, left blue

Skin Tone: Sickly White

Distinguishing Features: She bears curved horns atop her head, horns of a ram that branch out to mimic a deer's antler, a lizard's tail, and a pair of spiny wings that hold a span of 36 feet.
Personality

Zole is the epitome of a calm before the storm. She has an unnatural calm about her that tends to disturb others. The calm is akin to a dreadful silence, angrily demanding yet comforting. She tends to speak what is on her mind and cares not for the reaction or reply she may receive. Additionally, she bears the inability to be patient, a downside to her calm demeanor as it entices short tempers. Although she will never admit it, she is an analytical perfectionist with the inability to hold empathy. Admitting personal flaws and conflicts are what she deems as a weakness, and she detests weakness. This outlook tends to push her to prove herself and others, rather they require it or not, and this often drains her of her mental and physical energy.

Loyal
Loyal and dedicated, Zole values respect and trust and once she has found someone to depend on and to protect, she will do anything within her power to stay by their side.

Charismatic
With a quick mind comes a quick and sharp tongue, something that Zole is known for. She's charismatic to the point where she has rather high influence on others and, at times, even herself. Talking herself out of tricky situations or encouraging a depressive comrade is as easy as counting 1, 2, 3 to her.

Relentless
Zole is persistent, a borderline broken record. She does not take "no" for an answer and finds failure or mistakes unacceptable.

Perfectionist
A perfectionist, Zole accepts nothing but the absolute best in herself and others. However, she often pushes herself too hard and stifles her self-esteem and sense of security. Her perfectionism makes her feel as if she will never be good enough, but good enough for what, she's not quite sure.

Apathetic
Apathy tends to get her into trouble often as she cannot get a strong hold on emotion. Then again, she doesn't care for emotions to begin with. Nevertheless, she has learned the act of deceiving by mimicking the emotion of those around her, if the situation requires it.

Powers/Abilities

Main: Hell Fire - the ability to breathe and conjure fire at will. In her dragon form, it tends to range in 1500 °C temperatures, and can be used continuously for a five second interval before breath must be taken. Despite its high temperatures, it is still surprisingly and incredibly weak to water, and is unable to have an effect on magically enhanced weaponry or true metals. Its range varies from 5-25 feet radius. However, in her humanoid form, she can breathe up to five second intervals, but cannot due this action repetitively. It causes dizziness and fatigue, and its range and temperatures weaken over constant use. Her human form can use this ability within a range of 5-15 feet and can reach up to 600 °C.

Sub: Transformation - the ability to transform into her "true" form, a white, crystallized dragon. In this form, she weighs approximately 940lbs, and is clad in tough, translucent scales that are immune to severely hot temperatures and the effects of lightning, depending on the voltage. However, her underbelly is bare, appearing as human flesh.

c9bbb64405474daf7902e0735c02894c-d9tkxf6.png

Sub: Flight - the ability to fly at great heights and speeds in either form. Although she is much faster at flight in her d form, dragonkin Zole is able to reach speeds over 125mph. Her humanoid form only allows her at least 100mph flights and a flight duration of 3-4 hours. Nevertheless, her dragonkin form does get tired, and her limit is 4-5 hours of continuous flight.
Weaknesses/Limitations

Cold Vulnerability
Ice and water, especially cold temperatures, tend to effect her greatly. Additionally, she fears water as she cannot swim in either form.
Close Combat
She may be fast on her feet, but she is not adequate or adaptable in hand-to-hand combat. This is especially evident in her dragon form as she moves slower.
Transformation
Although she has two forms, she cannot stay in one for long periods of time. She must switch between forms to maintain a stable amount of energy.
History

Zole hails from a tribe of Dragonkin shifters who value wisdom and perfection above all else. A cold and calculating tribe that is considerably close-minded as they were not entirely fond of change. They believed that an alliance meant admitting vulnerabilities and fear of war. They found that the Accord meant that they were viewed as monstrous and vile, fearing that the mundanes would not be reprimanded for their actions as well. No matter the promises and changes in law regarding the Accord of Amalgamation, her tribe did not sway. However, the chieftain of her tribe began to think differently, expressing that an alliance meant that there was much more to learn, a chance to expand on wisdom and experience. Although there was reluctance, the tribe gradually came to share the chieftain's outlook. Nevertheless, a coup was made and the chieftain was overthrown.

Although the exposure had made her wary, Zole has stood by the chieftain's perspective. She'd went against her immediate family and had attempted to prevent the coup. The majority of the tribe saw the chieftain unfit, and after they coup the tribe's outlook changed from wisdom to power. This, as well as her family's animosity toward her trying to prevent the previous chieftain's fall from leadership , encouraged her to leave her tribe's territory. She sought out the previous chieftain, the Dragonkin having left after being removed from his position as leader.

Yet she never found him, and when she'd finally given up searching for him, she looked for another goal. Leaving the tribe made her feel worthless and vulnerable. She felt no purpose. However, when she'd happened upon a mundane region, she discovered her purpose. She realized on her own that mundanes were not a threat and it wasn't a weakness to side with or aid them. Using this as well as her former chieftain's perspective, she journeyed far and wide to find the agency and become a member.

Firstly, not saying this in a mean way, but I have to ask if you actually read any of the lore for this RP? There are so many issues here...

Physical Age: 25
True Age: 358
The age is massively incorrect, there is a provided formula for Bestials, if your character actually fell under the Bestial race with and physical age of 25, she wouldn't be 358, her true age would be 41.

Race: Draconian
Transformation Although she has two forms, she cannot stay in one for long periods of time. She must switch between forms to maintain a stable amount of energy and sanity as her dragon form tends to have beastly instincts and destructive cravings.
This is not a Bestial race trait, this is a Shifter, specifically Kin race. If your character has multiple forms they can transform into, it's a Shifter, not Bestial. Bestials are creatures such as Centaurs, half-human/half-beast that cannot change their form at all. Your character would fall under Dragonkin.

The entire personality is contradictory. Timid and quiet yet charismatic? This whole section needs to be revised as well.

This character would not have been alive when SMITED was originally founded. The founding and the revelation of supernaturals never occurred at the same time. The agency was just rebranded, not founded at the revelation.

Then there is the issue of the FC image used... as it's actually a reserved NPC image for a planned mission. X3

To be honest, it might be best to scrap this entire CS and start over. Read all the lore, ask me questions. I have a thread specifically set up for helping people and answering questions regarding character creation.

Fable Fable
I won't get butt hurt, promise. Your question is understandable. If you see fit, I will accept rejection as I tend to overlook criteria and details when I am at work and on a cellphone.

As briefly mentioned, I am currently at work, and had read part of the well-written content. One of the parts that I did not read because WolfSol gets too excited and distracted and stupid when multi-tasking is involved properly was the race content which referred to age and structure.

Pretend you saw nothing previously (the original). It was but a grotesque figment.

Race has been changed.

About the FC, changed.

Referring to the personality, yes, extremely bad wordage. I have omitted/altered that.

Can you expand on this? It feels like most of her personality is just about her life, not her personality. What personality characteristic does she share with this Goddess? What Goddess is this? What makes her desire to be a fighter and not a house-mare?
I see your point and have made it to describe her personality, the goddess and her connections to her ill probably go over through in my remake of her history since it makes most logical sense to me.
Need a name change here. X3 I even missed it my first quick read through.
I also missed when I control + f my cs for the name change, I have done it again and from what I can see her name is now fully Andrianna, guess 3rd time the luck......... This is later doggo, I've found that Andrianna is a way too tough name for me to spell and it doesn't make sense to me from a character point of view, so I changed her name, again, to Celena. Which means moon which is one of the symbols of Artemis.
If the common practice is for the winner against the chief, to become the chief, wouldn't that be her? If not her, then who took the position? Why?
As much as this makes me cringe, I'll let it slide.
Grammar fix when you can.
I also felt like the history part of it was quite lacking so I just spent the afternoon today expanding on it to a level where I am happy with what I've done and how I've kept with the lore. Thanks for telling me how cringy it was.... a business card kek.

Selanlar, Tarrin

Alias:
Physical Age: 21
True Age: 30
Race: Elf - Navaar
Gender: Male
Physical Characteristics

Height: 6"5

Weight: 170 lbs

Figure/Build: Athletic, slight muscle

Hair Color: Auburn

Eye Color: Green

Skin Tone: Fair (freckled)

Distinguishing Features: Left ear piercing.
Personality

To an outsider, Tarrin would seem calm and collected, while inside his mind he is forever processing information. He prefers to keep himself composed while silently listening to those around him, taking in free information, with a firm belief that every lesson has its use.

Positive Trait
Curious - Tarrin has a constant need to learn new things, with his nose buried in books or spending his free time listening to tales from the village elders.

Positive Trait
Calm - Preferring to avoid violence and conflict, Tarrin pushes himself to stay calm, assess every situation and solve his problems rationally. He would much rather talk his way out of a conflict than have it solved with brute force.

Neutral Trait
Proud - Tarrin has an undying pride for both his race and his own background. He is very aware of the work his parents had to put in to give him the comfortable life he had growing up.

Negative Trait
Untrusting - Believing all he reads (and hears from his elders) to be true, Tarrin grew up learning others' opinions of the different races. These beliefs - being the only ones he ever knew - were somewhat transferred to himself, causing him to be suspicious of races outwith his own.

Negative Trait
Submissive - Tarrin would much rather follow than lead, afraid to have failure blamed on himself. He grew up under leadership of King Sinaht Keljeon plus his village Chief, as such it is in his nature to follow the rule of others.

Powers/Abilities

Main: Close combat - As with the other agents, Tarrin was trained to defend himself should the need arise. His weapon of choice is a pair of daggers, more suited to his natural agility and dexterousness.

DEFang.png

Sub: Agility - As mentioned, Elves are naturally more agile. This allows Tarrin to move quite swiftly with ease, nimbly dodging attacks and helping him get close to targets to deal small blows with his daggers before retreating.

Sub: Enhanced hearing - Tarrin's elven ears allow for better hearing than most. With some concentration he can isolate particular sounds. While generally humans will hear noises from 20 to 20,000 hertz, Tarrin's hearing allows him to pick up noises from 14 to 30,000 hertz.
Weaknesses/Limitations

Inexperience - Due to his dislike for confrontation, Tarrin is inexperienced with real life combat. In practice he is improving, however he has little knowledge as to how this translates into real life situations.

Hesitant - Another issue arising from his aversion to violence is that he may become a hindrance to the team in potentially combative events. Tarrin may slow the team somewhat, preferring to suss out the situation, calculating alternatives to fighting.

Loud Noises - Tarrin's ears are sensitive to loud noises, meaning he has to concentrate more the louder the noise is in order to remain focused. Extreme noise may cause damage.

History

Tarrin was raised in a village built on the outskirts of the Simpson Desert, Australia. He grew up assisting his father in their family run butchery during the day, and visiting his grandmother - and the other elders - in the evenings. Tarrin loved to listen to their stories, absorbing all the information he could gather from them. They began to give him old books, hoping to fuel his curiosity further. As he got older, the stories gradually changed from fairy tales and folk-stories to real life experiences and opinions of the world.

One morning, a village informant returned with news of an organisation aiming to aid and protect both supernaturals and mundanes alike. This news was the most exciting they had had in a long time, provoking Tarrin to do everything in his power to become a member of this SMITED group and finally catch a glimpse of the world his Grandmother spoke of. His parents, agreeing that they would prefer to see their son get out in the world and experience life instead of wasting his curiosity in their small village, presented him with the money he needed to make the trip to none other than the SMITED main hub.

Now a member of the organisation, Tarrin has a new mission to ensure his parents' hard work and generosity doesn't go to waste.

Okay going over this newest version this is what I spotted my first read through. I did a mild edit for formatting since the history paragraphs were clumped into a wall of text.

about that Celena is very a prideful and surprisingly kind.
Pridefull.
wouldn't date challenge the parley of a god
Once she arrive there
I gotta note what I catch. X3 Grammar stuffs.

In the next few days the priestess took Celena and came back into the tribe after a 50 year absence
There are issues with your timeline. If Celena is only a true age of 41, how can she be absent for a total of 50. Unless you meant the priestess, which needs to be clarified since it reads more that Celena is the one taking an absence.

she does by having ceremonial bracers
"You are ready", she proceeded to smelt the bracers on Celena which made her now the priestess of Artemis.
Just wanted to be sure on the bracers thing that they aren't really smelted into the skin, skin doesn't work that way, it'd be like a branding where the bracers are, unless it never heals and then you have an issue of infection.

After they're more than dangerous first encounter they spent 2 years together trying to heal John up and teaching Celena English,
If SMITED didn't come looking for him and find him within 2 years, that's pretty bad. John must've been disliked, lol. Also, why would she spare him? An intruder in her forest, that is not of her tribe or a centaur.

Mistake I meant to write 5 sorry

Imagine like the bracers are heated up put around the wrists and then rapidly cooled down and to match the skin but also damaging the skin.

Because he was hurt, she is a defender of the forest but she couldn't let him die so she interrogated him and after 2 years, also I wouldn't blame him too much, it took Celena years to completely memorize the layout of the forest getting lost is really easy

The skin would still be burned, it'd just be... a bracer brand hidden under the bracelets. :p I mean, it's a minor detail, not a biggie to me really. I just have to point it out cause should said bracers ever get popped off, burns are gonna be there.

Liotta, Rosalia

Alias: Alice Montano
Physical Age: 22
True Age: 160
Race: Vampire
Gender: Female
Physical Characteristics

Height: 5'11

Weight: 142 lbs

Figure/Build: Rosalia consist of a lighter build, but she is not just skin and bone. She is athletically toned with lean muscle, perfect for speed and agility.

Hair Color: Light ash Brown (Varies)

Eye Color: Brown

Skin Tone: Caucasian, slightly paled

Distinguishing Features: The most notable feature of Rosalia is her sharpened fangs. Another noticeable trait is her very colorful tattoo sleeve running down her left arm, with the most notable tattoo being a dark green monster face running down her right forearm. She also has a small cut scar that runs slightly horizontal at the center of her left cheekbone, just beneath the eye.
Personality

A woman who believes very much in the ideals of order and justice that is SMITED. Rosalia, or 'Rose' for short, follows her ideals valiantly. In spite of the rather dreary stereotypes around vampires, Rosalia is not some dreary, shadow-dwelling emo constantly romancing and searching for her next meal. She's a sophisticated, well-educated lady, with deep spiritual beliefs and a passion to better the world in spite of its glaring flaws. Never afraid to voice these passions, Rose always speaks her mind even when it might not be popular opinion.

Honest
Rose is honest at heart, and will always speak her mind truthfully, even if it might not be a popular opinion. She does not take fancy in deception, and rarely lies unless absolutely necessary (Such as in the case of a mission).

Experienced
It might not look like it, but Rose has been alive for 160 years. She's survived plagues, world wars, radical humans, and much more. During this long life she's also gone through multiple college educations in various countries, held many different positions, and loved and lost many. Over the years she's picked up lots of tricks that make her experienced in her abilities and duties as a SMITED agent.

Loyal
Rose will never turn her back on any organization or friends that she follows. This also means that she will do whatever she is ordered to do, as it is necessary. Such loyalty is both admirable and dangerous if unchecked.

Vampire's Pride
A proud vampire, Rose has a lot of pride as both an individual and as a member of the vampire race. She follows plenty of the customs and beliefs of vampires, and shares many of the views and prejudices toward other races typical of vampires with almost blind pride.

Misanthropy
Over the years, due to her experiences Rose has developed a distrust toward humans. She dislikes associating with them, and firmly believes they should be kept separate from the supernatural as they are untrustworthy.

Judgemental
Rose is very quick to judge others by things such as their race, actions, or outward appearance. Being an honest individual, she's also not afraid to voice these judgements if she feels the need to.

Resentful
Rose doesn't let things go easily, and that's putting it slightly. It's one of the reasons she distrusts humans so much. Whenever she's wronged she'll remember it, and often times contemplate how to get even.

Powers/Abilities

Main: Stealth
Rosalia is very good at sticking to the shadows and remaining undetected when she pleases.

Sub: Pleasurable Bite
A bite from Rose does not hurt, in fact it's the opposite. Her bite could be described like ecstasy, extremely pleasurable.

Sub: Medical Experience
Having at one point in her life gone through medical school, Rosalia is experienced in healing and treating wounds on most humanoid creatures.
Weaknesses/Limitations

Sunlight
As a vampire, Rosalia is allergic to the sun and it's heavy beams. Maybe it's the Vitamin D, or perhaps UV radiation. Whatever it may be, she can only take exposure to the sun for so long.

Thirst
It is said that a vampire's thirst is undying. Blood for Rose is like cocaine for a drug addict. Taking it in is both a necessity for nourishment and a source of pleasure. The greater her thirst, the greater the urge. Everyone has their preference, with Rose favoring Elf blood and Human blood the most.

Struggles with Modern Tech
Most people from the older generations struggle to adapt to modern technology, such as the computer and cell phone. As clever and bright Rose is, she is no exception to this. She has very little patience for cell phones, computers, ATM's, you name it. Rosalia much prefers simple things, like paper documents and hand written letters.

History

Rosalia Liotta's history is a very long tale, due to her very long life. She was born a long time ago, to an Italian noble family in Florence Italy, on December 29th 1856. Her family name, Liotta, was a proud and ancient line that could trace its roots back to the Renaissance. This heritage was a large theme of her childhood, and Rosalia (or 'Rose' for short) found out very quickly she'd never have to work a day of her life simply because her name was Liotta, and that their family had a very large fortune to its name.

The early years of her life were nothing significant, just a typical life of a spoiled noble child. From a young age she was taught how to be a proper lady, given a general education (Though for a girl that was a rarity at the time), and went to church every Sunday. Of all her siblings, with three brothers and one older sister, the only one she was close to was her younger brother Leonardo. Despite their very large age gap, the two were thick as thieves. Rose would feed him, read him stories, and put him to bed. Things in her life changed at the age of 18 for her however. Women's rights was spreading through Italy, and her father Aldo decided to contribute to the cause in an effort to enhance the family name.

By pulling a few strings he was able to get Rose into a University. At this University, during the winter of 1879, she would become reborn into the life of a vampire. Studying under medicine, Rose met a rather peculiar professor by the name of Abraham Van Bronn. Over the next few months the two would develop a strong friendship, the likes of which lasted until December. It was then, that on her birthday, December 29th she was offered a gift: The eternal life of a vampire. Rose accepted, and her new life began. Abraham took her under his wing, and showed her the vampire world. He taught her how things worked, introduced her to the ideals of the council and taught her the laws. Over the next year she began to notice things she hadn't before, and become well versed in the world of the unnatural.

After graduating her and Abraham parted ways. Though they would always be friends, they knew that their different statuses as individuals would only draw suspicion and eventually compromise their cover. Returning to her estate back in Florence, where she would operate under the guise of a nurse in order to gain her blood from humans. She continued on like this for years, until the November of 1893. People were beginning to take notice of how the 33 year old noblewoman turned nurse still looked like a blossoming 22 year old. There where whispers and suspicions of deeds with Satan, and some even rumored she was a vampire in the community. Abruptly that night she left Florence, after spotting suspicious men watching her house with rifles and many holy ornaments. The only thing she told her parents was that she was going away, and would not be coming back for some time.

She went North East to the canals of Venice. Once again employing her skills as a nurse and under a new alias with forged papers from the black market, another decade passed with her gaining her blood from unfortunate patients or street scum. Eventually she was discovered, caught in the act of feeding. Men with rifles came after her again, this time opening fire on her as she fled for her life across the streets in broad daylight. Though it was difficult, she did evade her pursuers by hiding in the canals until nightfall, when she could navigate without the sunlight encumbering her. That night, on the warm night of July 1903 at the age of 46 she fled South to Rome, where once again she picked up a new alias. This time however, she wouldn't be a nurse.

When in Rome, she met Abraham once again, his familiar scent catching her attention as she walked through the streets. Her life took a turn for the better, and instead of living among humans she then became apart the vampire culture. Before she'd felt like an outsider, unable to live among other vampires. But with Abraham's help she found her place as a healer. Working as an apprentice under one of the elders, she soon learned to spread her knowledge of medicine beyond humans, and help the other races of the world. As a healer she was valued, and she'd all but forgotten her ties to the Liotta family. Then the Great War broke out.

Vampires were not involved in the Great War, it was only a Human affair. However, the strain of the economy put a strain on Vampire life. Things were harder to get, moving around was a lot harder as well. Italy was never invaded, but the paranoia of potential invasion by sea increased patrols and made smuggling a nightmare. Humans with rationed food became hungry, and hungry Humans become paranoid and irrational. Wasn't long before the rumors of vampires in Rome started to frighten people, and the streets at night became dangerous even for the vampire hunters. Zealous Vigilante groups, similar to the ones that chased Rosalia out of Rome and Venice now patrolled the streets. Truth be told, the vampire community of Rome thought nothing of these Vigilantes until they found Abraham and shot him to death. It was a hard lesson, and a tough loss for Rose that would leave an empty feeling inside of her. It would be the first of many losses in the long life of a vampire.

The Great War ended, but its troubles did not. Italy was bankrupt, the streets were poor. Death was everywhere due to the Flu Pandemic of 1918. Radicals were becoming a rising problem for the Vampire community. While slayings were not common, they were becoming more and more frequent. The governing elders called a meeting, and action was demanded to be taken against these radical groups. A unit was formed, one that would operate in the shadows and combat the radical hunters of Italy. Rose gladly took up arms as a medic and joined the unit, eager to avenge Abraham. Solutions weren't always violent, most of the time it was just simple scare tactics or intimidation. When the need for violence came, it was always done with firearms to frame humans for the killing.

In 1922, the Fascist took over Italy. Things calmed down then, for a while at least order was restored among the humans. With order restored, the unit was disbanded. The pain of Abraham's death was gone, yet she still felt empty inside. Deep down she knew that she needed to make amends with what family she had left, in whatever way she could. So, in the spring of 1923, at the age of 66 she returned to the Liotta estate, under the guise of Alessandra, 'daughter' of Rosalia Liotta. All she did was simply change the color of her hair from an Ash Brown to a very light brown, almost blonde looking. Once she arrived at her estate, it looked almost exactly the same as she left it. Mother and Father were gone, they died without knowing where or what happened to their daughter. She regrets that to this day. All that remained was her youngest brother, Leonardo, who was now an old man in his final years. They were the only two members of the Liotta family left. Everyone else had either died of the Flu or had been killed in war.

Rose hated lying about who she was to her brother. Lying to a stranger was one thing, but to someone she knew growing up...it was different. There was always a feeling of guilt looming over her whenever she answered to the name Alessandra. But the truth was worse than the lie, and she decided that in order to make spiritual amends for abandoning her family she would take care of her brother until his ever looming death. Over the year Rose stuck to the lie, as much as she hated it, and took care of Leonardo. To pass time she'd tell him stories about what her 'mother' (When in reality it was really just her) had done all of the years away and how she came to be. When he became weaker, she would feed him his meals, and read him stories just like she would when they were children.

Death came to Leonardo eventually, and when it did Rose was right by his side comforting him. In their final moments, the truth finally came out. She did not tell him everything, only that she was Rose. In his final words, he said he'd known for a while who she really was. To end his pain, Rose bit down on his left wrist, and filled his body with the pleasure of a vampire's bite before his heart stopped beating. It was the hardest thing she'd ever done, but that empty feeling was gone. All of her human ties were now gone. She took control of the estate as Alessandra through blackmarket documents obtained via a few underworld connections. During these years her Estate became a haven for the distraught, and vampires from all over flocked in during the hours of night.

Nothing lasts forever. War broke out once again, this time under the name of 'World War II'. The Allies were coming, and Mussolini's fascist regime was growing desperate. They needed money, so they turned to the nobles of Italy. Those that refused had their property taken, such as Rosalia, were forcefully evicted and their homes burned down to ashes in front of them. With the Estate gone, all of her human ties had ended as well. With the invasion of the Allies, Italy became a full blown war zone. Rose thought she knew what humans were capable of, but she couldn't have been anymore wrong. Bombs dropped from the skies, and destruction was everyone. No where was safe, not even for vampires and a state of emergency was declared by the governing elders of Italy.

Sick of war, lies, and destruction Rose decided it was best to leave Italy. She stole an allied nurse's uniform, and hid below the deck of an American medical ship, treating patients as if she were a normal nurse. Rose rode that ship all the way to America. Upon landing, she came into contact with the local vampire communities and moved place to place, where she was needed as a medical expert. From the moment she touched American soil she decided she was done with trying to be human, and more importantly she was done trusting humans. Over the years she learned English, got very into 60's culture (If you know what I mean), and went back to college to earn a degree in criminal justice. For the rest of her life, up until modern day she became part of the police-like force run by the Elders that kept order and peace among the Vampires across the world.

When SMITED formed, she immediately applied to join. In her mind, it was the only way to ensure that the world of the supernatural and the world of humans were kept separate, and in peace. Humans could not be trusted, and if they ever found out about the truth of the supernatural world the results would be a disaster. They could barely get along with themselves, imagine if they found out that they weren't alone?

She's charismatic to the point where she has rather high influence on others and, at times, even herself. Talking herself out of tricky situations or encouraging a depressive comrade is as easy as counting 1, 2, 3 to her.
Be careful wording things like this. Because other PCs may actually not find her charismatic, but annoying. You never know. ;3

Hell Fire - the ability to breathe and conjure fire at will.
I would say the version of this in her humanoid form needs to be weaker. Less hot, less duration, less distance. As a dragon, she'd have bigger lungs to breateh more, hotter, longer.

Do you have an image to use for this? 940lbs is about the weight of a light horse, which I am perfectly fine with. :3

Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Brown
Skin Tone: N/A
Since it's hard to define an elementals appearance, I'll let you leave the hair and eye color. Though I imagine if he actually does hair, it's probably a pain to deal with. X3

teleportation
Expand on this. Another character could create portals, but limitations were required. The same would go for this. Is it like a blink? He can move X feet in a direction?

Sub: Detective- Able to come up with sound solutions to almost any problem
I just want to note to be careful with this one. If a skill is being a detective, basically perceptive, and in the RP the character constantly fails at missing clues you might later regret making this a skill.

though at times he prefers to handle things by himself, but they're okay with it as long as he gets the job done.
The issue with this is that the RP here is mission based, meaning your PC will be grouped with other PCs, no solo missions. As such, it would be strange for them to suddenly make a 'solo agent' work with a group. It's also assuming on behalf of SMITED still. Just leave it as "though at times he prefers to handle things by himself."

Heh, well, if I have a bad roll for CHAR and WIS then she's SOL. (charismatic people can be annoying at times so that's fair and realistic, I think!)

Ah, I didn't think about the main magic differing between forms. Thank you! Agreed, I will add that in.

I added the image as well and changed the fire breath.

"Let's do this team!" - team groans- It's fine, just wanted to note that since I've encountered players who get upset when people don't react to their PC as they want them to. X3

Her human form can use this ability within a range of 5-15 feet and can reach up to 6000 °C.
6000 °C is hotter than the surface of the sun...
The 1500 °C is fine in dragon form, that's actually about the estimated heat of dragon's breath from GoT deduced by science (not even joking). It's hot enough to turn bones to dust. More than enough fire power there. So I would suggest halving the 1500, or making it less for her humanoid form.

Whoops Fable Fable sorry! Did not mean to have that extra zero, hot damn! Will change
I was hoping that was the case, that your phone decided that no, 600 wouldn't do!
