Nation Building Ogigia in Flames

editted: got rid of a speciliazation and I lowered my military to be 15%

I think my population is alright for a nation that claims the deserts and savannas. Yo I'm ready.

Time to review these bitches.

I’ll start with my hidden guidelines!

Population: Must be below 20 million

Military: Cannot be beyond 15 percent of your population

Now on to the actual reviews!

@The Suspicious Eye

Refer to the guidelines

Synthesia does not work in the way that you had it, nor shall it. For one it is a mental disorder, not a blood trait. It works so that if you see the word plane you might see it as mint green. Or if you hear a violin you’d feel a tickle on your knee. The nature of this RP does not allow any special abilities like that anyways.

Fine.

@Atom Okay I'm done. Lol, BTW I do know what synesthesia is I was basing it off of the anime Canaan.

13 episodes super good.

@Anyone

Sylvara is open to relations with other nations. Historically it's mostly peaceful, and it's strongwood (original name, teehee) is a valuable resource to any nations who need tough wood for any reason. Of course, if any races have something against Elves (or visa versa), that could be a less peaceful relationship as well.

Corvago is open, nay, dependent on relations with other countries. (Because why make things easy for myself? I like playing the underdog) I want to make a city-state where you can find anything (and I do mean anything) for the right price.

Well I'm not cleared, but I would love for your nature killing, hunting monsters to be enemies against the Natives of my land.

I think you and the Central City people would get along well.

If you've made the edits I stated you needed to then you're cleared.

My nation would benifit greatly for your nation's export - since they live in a focking desert of all places. What would the trade be? My nation can probably give away some Iron or proccessed steel if not exotic animals.

Listening to all this discussion is motivating me to get off my lazy ass and work on mine...

And I'm sure you need ships for transport and a harbor for supplies. (>BD)

Hm... Sylara could probably use metals for practical uses, and they love animals so exotics would probably interest them, keep morale up and what not.

Sounds good!

@Atom how is this land thing going to go?
I have no idea yet. We'll all just need to talk about it when I'm done.

@The Suspicious Eye , I'm sure my pureblooded tree-dwellers would love to be the enemy of you unpure mutts! :D
xD , cool. I know if you targeted the Natives of the land (the tail and ears guys) that more than 3/4ths of the kingdom will hate your, snobbish simple minded murderous ideals.

Good cuz I have my area planned out. And it's randomly shaped. Like really randomly shaped.

Location is going to be very important to me, when we have worked out the process I will probably harass you all with walls of text.

I'd also like to warn everyone: Elves think of themselves as "higher" or "more pure" than other races. They look down upon the others, though they don't express this unless they're trying to denounce another nation or race.

@Shadowborn Omen Do your elves take kindly to a bunch of green haired Shaqs that barely wear anything on them?
Depends on interaction really, and how they act or see themselves.

Get in line mate, we look down on them right back. As long as it does not affect any profit that can be made.

We're used to it, but we'd rather let our actions prove you wrong.

Our ideals of unity are strong.
