Yugioh, Pokemon, Vanguard, MTG for Commander games, yada. It's all there for those who wanna look. Mod's are free btw and constantly being updated.

super late to this little discussion, but I think Katsuyori would call his partner Gen, Short for Sushi Gen, seeing as he is in a public tournament with many eyes on him he thought he would advertise his "fathers" sushi stand.
