Raiven smiled, leaning against him "I think there will be a few lightning jokes. They won't be shocked" She looked over at the food "Where are the others anyway" She looked around hoping to spot one of the others but was unable to do so. Twirling the rose in her fingertips she took stock of what was on offer and came to the conclusion that there were not enough sweets. Luckily she had enough for both her and Arcus in her bag. 
"After we've eaten do you want to go practice. I'm a little bit rusty after the holidays. Parents wouldn't let me practice due to my brother being home. He's a total pain" She sighed as she twirled the rose, admiring its beauty "It'd do me good to clear the circuits"

Yeah I would love to "Practice" with you." Arcus said with a wink referring to their practice sessions last year. "Oh and I can help the the current to flow." Arcus said as he winked again, and kissed Raiven on the lips. He had just eaten a strawberry candy, and his lips still tasted like strawberries. Arcus just deepened the kiss and he held Raiven close, before he let go and poked her cheek.

Raiven huffed playfully "I was enjoying that kiss. It better be a good practice session" She stuck her tongue out at him, savouring the taste of the strawberries, they were one of her favourite fruits. Strawberry and candy was the ideal combination "I love it when we get the current flowing, it's really exciting" Her cheeks flushed a pale pink in memory. "What do you want to eat?"

Rina played with his food in the lunch hall, waiting to find out his schedule.


"Hmm. I'm not really hungry. What about you?" he said with a little smirk.


"That joke wasn't funny the last time you said it, or the time before that, or the time before that, or the time before--"


"Alright! Alright, jesus. I was just.. just trying to..." Ri's words tumbled away, as his vision began to unexpectedly blur, his grey hair beginning to turn a bit black. Rody seemed panicked, but Ri couldn't make out what he was saying over the ringing in his ears. He began to hear another voice, it was faint, but he could just make it out.


"Hey! You! Can you hear me? Spiritual wizard? Hey! Concentrate! Is this not loud enough for you?"


Suddenly, Rina snapped back to reality, as he saw Rody staring at him looking like he'd seen a ghost (but, of course, he kind of had).


"What the hell was that, Rina?"


Ri rubbed his head, still taking in what had just happened. Nothing like that had ever happened to him...


"It was... it was like, rather than me trying to reach out to a ghost, a ghost was trying to reach out to me... I've had this power all my life and... that's never happened to me before?"


"A lot of weird crap's been happening with you lately. Sure you're okay?"


"Yeah, just.. We need to speak with a teacher, man."

Arcus just smiled, and kissed her cheek. "How about pizza??" Arcus asked as he smiled and poked Raiven's still pink cheeks. Arcus realized she looked really adorable, and was starting to blush. He started sparking again thinking about Raiven. Arcus tried to shake the thought away, but he couldn't stop thinking about Raiven. So Arcus just grabbed a water and started drinking it.

"Sure, I'll go and get some" She stood up and walked over to the table. She loaded some pizza onto a plate as well as some chips before returning to Arcus. She smiled and sat down next to him "I'm not sure which type you liked so I got several" Taking one she bit into it with a grin. A little dribble of pizza sauce hung at the corner of her mouth as she pushed the plate towards him.


Raiven observed Arcus's outline, noting his physical traits with a smile. He was well toned and handsome.

Arcus just blushed at Raiven. He saw the sause, and leaned over and licked it off. "Perfect the pizza sause tasted good." Arcus just smiled as he took a piece of pizza and ate it while he looked at Raiven. He just blushed and sparked with lightning as he ate the pizza. Arcus then noticed that Raiven was checking him out as he sat there. He just blushed and looked at Raiven with puppy dog eyes, and pouted his bottom lip making it quiver.

Raiven burst out into a fit of giggles "Arc, you look adorable!" She exclaimed, poking his cheek with her finger. Smiling Raiven pressed closer, observing the other students "Who do you think is a human this year? " She asked.


Deep inside Raiven was grateful that she'd confessed to him. She'd liked him since they started training with each other. Hopefully, the teachers would not give them grief over their closeness... if they did Raiven would turn them into a lightning rod. "My roommate isn't here yet, do you want to go up there, away from the others or wait and catch up with our friends?"

Homura looked back at Reno "Because I think it would be nice to all hang out together, hat and I don't remember doing a whole lot of that last year" he said hoping he got his point across. He noticed a lot of he other students all heading to he cafeteria or to their dorms or to any other part of the school "Hmm well Kat, Reno we should get going before Graham tries to kick us from the gym" he said as he summoned a flame and passed it between his hands back and forth. He hated using his power but he also liked it because it would help him protect others....and bake.

Arcus gulped nervously. "Yeah sure that sounds great." Arcus said as he smiled shyly, and held out his hand. He winked at at Raiven before he scooped her up bridal style. He then flashed them to the dorm area, and set her down. Arcus then leaned over to her ear, and whispered, "We can do a little training know if you want to." Arcus whispered into Raiven's ear making sure to breath out every word.

"Sure" She smiled "Let's try not to blow anything up" Raiven had a tendency to blow things up if she wasn't focusing hard enough. She once knocked out the schools generator when she lost her temper. Leaning in Raiven pressed a kiss to Arcus's lips, taking advantage of the fact that the others weren't around to make jokes. "I'd love to practice aiming my bolts" She winked and stood up, clearing a space for her to create the bolts in.

Clair had been walking down the halls of the dorm building , a normal thing one does to reach there dorm room. However , something peculiar happened to catch her eyes. Oh yes , two students both of opposite genders and both holding the position of elite flirting wildly in broad daylight. Just what did they think they were doing ? The school hadn't even been open more than three hours at this stage. With a quick clap of her hands lair encased the two in a purple box , somewhat see through but more solid than any wall a mere mortal would ever witness or experience. "Arcus ,Raiven. Just what do you think your doing ? Are you not aware of the strict PDA rules in place ? Any violation results in a detention of twenty minutes at least."

Raiven put a hand to her hips and grouchily muttered "Spoilsport" under her breath before brightening into a cheerful grin "We were not Clair. Sorry, it won't happen again" Raiven apologised although inside she was itching to give Clair a rather nasty static shock. "Can you let us out now. I promise we won't PDA again" With that Raiven took a new lollipop out and shoved it into her mouth before sitting on the floor with her arms crossed. Raiven may be cute but she could glare down businessmen who thought themselves higher than her.

Arcus just lightning flashed out of the box with Raiven and kissed her. "Sorry nut I don't take instructions form my peers. I only take them form people above my in power or skill. Sorry Claire you know me." Arcus said as he built up pressure and shattered the box with a blast of lightning. "Maybe we can have a battle sometime, but for now me and my Queen are gonna go hang out." Arcus said with a rebellious smirk, and lightly shocked Clair to make her hair stand on end.

Raiven burst out giggling at Clair's appearance "Oops. You didn't know that Arc had learned new skills" She slotted her arm through Arcs and leant against him "Thank you. that box was rather small" She smoothed her hair down as she spoke, the lightning had kind of messed it up. Taking the lead she walked off with Arc towards the dorm rooms "Mine's bound to be empty. I'm not sure where my roommate is but you're welcome to hang out with me there until they show up" When they reached the door Raiven unlocked it with her key before showing Arc inside. She locked the door with a click.

Arcus just held Raiven close, as he put his forehead against hers. "Hey Raiven wanna try and merge our powers again like last year??" Arcus asked with a shy voice, and blushed. They had tried last year, but Mr. Tesla had walked in on them, and then ended up frying each other. Arcus still remembered hold Raiven in his arms as the watched the lightning around them flash and swirl with happiness.

"Yeah, it was nice while it lasted, before Tesla shocked us" she giggled at the pun.  Wrapping her arms around him, she pressed a kiss to his lips, her lollipop forgotten on the side table.
"At least it's not PDA anymore" She had wanted to merge their powers last year but after the incident they'd left it well enough alone, surely it wouldn't hurt to do it again.


"Let's do this" Looking deep into his eyes she nooded, letting him know she trusted him.

Arcus smiled, and planted a kiss while pushing his power towards Raiven. He rested his hands on her hips and held her close as his lips moved in sync with Raiven's. He continued to push his power towards Raiven, and was ready to accept the power she was about to push towards him. The control, and the uncontrolled finally coming to an equal.

Raiven relaxed, accepting Arcus's power into her and gently pushing hers towards him. She smiled in their kiss, enjoying the balance that came with this precious act. The electricity crackled and sparked around them, mixing together as the two currents merged into one. Here, in his arms, Raiven felt safe and protected.

Arcus just deepened the kiss as he fell down holding Raiven. Though they never touched the ground. Arcus was holding the two horizontally in the air with the combined powers of the two. Arcus broke the kiss, and said, "Raiven I can safely and honestly say I love you." Arcus eyes swirled with a mixture of gold/silve/and electric blue as the power of the two flowed through him.

Reno was about to say something until he heard an explosion somewhere. When he looked past the doors, he noticed some electricity from the stairway that leads to the dorms.


"Maybe later," he shouted as he rushed towards the disturbance. When he arrived, he noticed Clair standing with hair looking like she touched an electric generator.


"Clair," he shouted. "Are you okay?"

Raiven smiled, her hair now had a few gold streaks throughout. "Arcus. I loved you since that first spar we had, the one where we didn't want to hurt each other. I love you more than both my parents" She touched the floor with one foot "It pains me to say this but we should go seek out Reno, Kat and Homura. I haven't seen Adrian this year."
 


She gently pushed them both upright with the flow of electricity before giving him another quick kiss. "I think Clair will still be outside so we better flash to the others"  She thought carefully before picking up her black gloves, sliding them onto her fingers "Seeing as I'm supercharged, I don't want to go electrocuting Reno." A shout from outside interupted her "And there he is. I think he found her"

Seeing that Homura was trying to get the group together, Kat was happy that he was at least trying. Being the leader of the Elites, Kat figured none respected her which she didn't care with. Having the thought in mind, Kat figured it was time to do something different and grabbed Homura's wrist. "Say, Homura. Since Reno is gone we can just hang out. I am sure we can collect the other Elites on our way to dinner." She smiled even though she wanted to go back to her dorm to finish unpacking and changing her attire to appropriate clothing for nighttime. "So what do you say?" She asked. "It's not a date or anything like that so don't get the wrong idea." Kat mentioned not wanting it to be awkward between them.

Luka wandered in beside Reno, attracted like a magpie to the bright flash of light. Upon seeing Clair she squeaked and hurried over, pushing past Reno, and retrieving a small hairbrush and attempting to brush Clair's hair down.


However it didn't work so Luka dropped the hairbrush and strung several harsh swearwords together in sign language, showing her displeasure at the situation. Once she had shown her displeasure she calmly returned her hairbrush to it's bag and sat down on a nearby chair, her eyes focused on the others. Hopefully her new friend Clair would be alright. It didn't look too bad to her at least.
