[Paravine]

Jay stared at him wide-eyed. "How'd you move so fast?" She was quite surprised at his speed but then again, who here wouldn't? "Anyway, I mapped all the locations he attacked." She points to the red marks that were made on the map. "It looks like he's attacking camp by camp so his next score would be.. here." The destination was at Xander's village.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"How sure are you? What if he goes toward the mountains instead? After all our clans are enemies" Xander said looking at the map. "The choice is yours though princess" He said trying to decide in his own head. Maybe they SHOULD go to his camp. At the same time that would be kind of risky for Jay.

 

[Paravine]

"We can split if you want," she sighed, knowing that her mappings were right. There was not a time she got them wrong. "I'll head into the mountains and you can do whatever you need at your camp." The words came out harsher than she meant.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"No we stay together. Fine we'll head to my camp. Don't start venturing around alone though...who knows what will happen" Xander said referring to his camp. "Shall we go now?" He asked.

 

[Paravine]

Jay nodded. Why was he so worried about her? Its not like she was gonna go out and get raped anytime soon, but she complied to his wishes. Xander knew more about his clan than she did so it was safe to stay close. "Where to first?" she asked as she set foot into clearing.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"Here" Xander said turning left and walking. "Do you know if he's attacking today? Or next week?" He asked Jay trying to think of where she can get assimilated without having many people interfere with her.

 

[Paravine]

Jay thought back on the killings and their time apart and finally came up with a reply. "His latest murders were 4-5 days apart. Each one happened at night just after everyone is asleep. He targets people who are out alone." She had praised herself for knowing Ashe's tactics.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"Very well then. How much more time do we have?" Xander asked picking up his pace.


"Ryu you promised!" Hazel screamed. "Ah quiet! Dad said to wait until Xander gets back. He'll go with you. I have better things to do than to go coat shopping with you at the mountains" Ryu replied harshly. "Besides I'm not even old enough yet" he added.

 

[Paravine]

Jay looks at the sky. It was about 7 in the afternoon. "A bit of time today and a full day tomorrow," she commented looking at Xander. "Why? You aren't planning on facing him one-on-one do you?" She stopped dead in her tracks. "Tell me you aren't." It would be a miracle if he did survive Ashe's attacks and came out alive, but no one outlived it. Not even Kane.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"What if I say that was what I was planning on doing?" Xander asked raising a brow. He smiled, "We'll see what happens when the time comes. I can't wait to meet Ashe again". He had a calm tone supporting his words.

 

[Paravine]

Jay sighs and continue walking. "When have you guys met?" she asked curiously. It must've been a long time ago, but, how did he even remember Ashe?

 

[RyanJXavier]

"When my brother died" Xander said looking away but still walking. "Oh look my camp! You have nothing to worry about...until we say that you are from your clan" He stated seeing his clan's area come into view.

 

[Paravine]

Jay nodded once again as they walked into the clan. She hoped no one would recognize her from the enemy clan. Still, she stuck close to Xander like a lost puppy. "Where to now?" she asked.

(BACK HOME ( ))


"My quarters. I'll brief you on my people in there" The teen replied moving a hand through his hair. Suddenly Xander quickly wrapped one of his arms around Jay and spun her into him as he hid behind a wall. "You see that guy over there? Stay away from him" He mumbled. "You know why?" Xander asked peering from the side of the wall viewing a middle aged man. The man was well into his thirties with dark black hair and blue eyes. He had a large structure that seemed to shake the people around him.

 

[Paravine]

"He doesn't look that dangerous but I'll stay away.. why though?" She asked curious. There were plenty guys like that in her village so she was used to it. They weren't of any harm, just very muscular.


Jay was oblivious to Xander's touch.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"They say he sucks your blood at night" Xander smiled and let go of Jay. "Emilio! Hey!" The teen stepped out of hiding and waved. "Ello Xander!" Emilio bellowed and grinned. "Hope you know I was just kidding" Xander said facing Jay.

 

[Paravine]

Jay gave him a slight glare and rolled her eyes. And here she thought he was threat. "I hate you so much," she muttered under breath as she followed Xander out, facing the rather large guy whose supposed name was Emilio.

Emilio's eyes widened at the sight of Jay, "YOU!" He looked at Xander, "YOU! A girl! You brought back a girl! I was wondering when this day woukd come! So beautiful! I'm so hap-" Xander's eyes widened as he interrupted Emilio, "N-no! Wrong idea!"

 

[Paravine]

In normal circumstances she would've tried to shrink back into the background but it was just too tempting not to say. "How do you know I'm a girl? I could be cross dressing for all that matter," she mused staring at him, still slightly glaring from Xander's joke.

 

[RyanJXavier]

"Ah...he/she is lovely Xander" Emilio said waving and walking away. "He's a respectable man. We could have handled it a different way" Xander responded walking into his quarters and shifting a few bags to the wall.

 

[Paravine]

Jay followed him as night soon began to fall. She had been wanting to ask this question since they were walking. It bothered he what he was going to do. "What's your plan?"

 

[RyanJXavier]

"There's no plan. Just go with whatever happens" Xander said entering his quarters. "Beware of my siblings and family....especially my mom" He added. (At a party right now)

 

[Paravine]

"Why should I-" she was cut off short as she saw Hazel and Ryu in the room. "I'll steer clear of their paths," Jay finished off quickly, wanting to shrink into the shadows more than anything.


(Home having a hangover now or still at that party? ;P )

(Home and now having to post forced me to get out of bed)


Ryu looked indifferent when Xander walked in, "Oh you're back. Nice to see you again". He raised a brow though the moment Jay entered, "Who are-" "OOOH PRETTY!" Hazel yelled from Xander's bed and ran over to Jay. "Hi I'm Hazel!" She smiled not caring that she interrupted Ryu. Hazel gave Jay a big hug then let go. She retained her smile as Ryu walked up to Jay, "Nice to meet you....who is she again?" "Jay" Xander said not yet bringing up the fact that she was from the opposing clan. "Oooh Jay! Hi Jay!" Hazel waved with a grin on her face then hugged Jay again.

 

[Paravine]

Jay hugs the little girl back, smiling uneasily but relaxed when she saw that they had no memory of her.


"Uh hi.. Hazel.. Ryu.." She muttered before letting go of the smiling girl, again unsure of what to do.
