Oh yeah I'm thinking of doing a non-canon combat session with one volunteer against a character or two in a 1v1 one fight to show off the bells and whistles and demystify everything.
 
Ok but first what I'm gonna need you to do is finish dumping your points on skills and virtues and buy your 17 bux worth of stuff. I'll take care of the calculations.


Anyway for skills you got 6 points which at 2 points per +5 isn't that much. And you got 3 points for your virtues which also ain't that much.


Now for your purchases on that 17 bux it'll go fast but I got some recommendations in fancy tabs:





  • Exceeding the Shadow (5)


    • This style’s Footwork bonus increases to +15.


    Holding the Shadow (4)


    • If your initiative is higher than the attacker’s, this style’s


    Toughness bonus increases to +10.


    Reflecting on Freedom (5)

    • If your initiative is higher than the target of your attack, this

Holy.. All of that is needed for one match?? Or do you only need to focus on battle stats?
 
I'm listing all the stuff for transparency and because it's going to be all used at one point or another for the demo.


In the real game it just depends on the character and what stuff you want to use.
