I guess Fox Spirit Song and the Crane and Flowing Universe externals would make the most sense; I mean, they're cats, so they probably can't take hits, so they probably use the tai chi externals if anything.


Also FSS is all about being a sneaky git and Naruto cats are supposed to be illusionists so it fits better than Wind and Rain Pact for the the "learn all techs" clause. I'd guess most would be medics, since they're sort of more based on felynes/melynx from MonHun.
