When Lucas spoke to her, she looked over at him, smiling softly. "Thank you," She said, still smiling, while placing her bah on th back of her chair. Though she did get her wand out of it, placing it on the table infront of her. A witch always had her wand at the ready, no matter the enviroment. She perked up again she the teacher mentioned there wasn't going to be a lesson. "Oooo, fun," She said happily as the other Kitsune adressed her. "It's nice to meet you too Kit." Luna had become content with being the first to arrive to class. At this point in her life it was nothing but the usual routine. She was early, the teacher was missing, and students piled in only after the second bell. Of course, Luna preferred her solitude and simply chose to enjoy the silence of the classroom before the stampede appeared.

To think it was her last year of coursing through this routine however, caused her to contemplate her decisions so far. With her brother doomed to be left behind to attend the school by himself, she could only imagine the possibilities of trouble he could manage to get himself into. But of course, she was once again acting like he told her once before. Ridiculous and overprotective.

With a sigh, Luna shifted her gaze to the concrete yard below the window, simply watching as scattered students rushed into the building to get to their classes. Luna managed to make this into a game. She would examine the person, and attempt to guess their reason for running so sloppily across the school campus.

It had only been about ten minutes since her game stopped, before her attention was directed to Ezra. At this point, she had known him every since she first arrived to the academy. Thinking back to what he brother said this morning, Luna gaze at Ezra for mere seconds, before turning her head forward, shutting her gaze away with a deep breath as she spoke.

"You're always late Ezra."

"Fun? What's fun?" Kit asked, cocking her head. "No lesson is fun? I don't get it... Isn't learning the reason we are here?" Kit asked, confused. Why would they come to school if they don't like it? She wondered. I have a lot to learn about being a student, I guess...

Her tail resumed its pattern of swaying back and forth, a subconscious movement similar to tapping one's fingers. She glanced up at the teacher again. Meeting another Kitsune was not a common experience. The fact that not only was she meeting one, but he would be teaching her, was stunning. What are the odds of that...?

"What element are you?" Kit asked suddenly, addressing the teacher. There is no way that he's fire... But maybe...

Lucas could be seen now leaned back in his seat, both hands resting against the back of his neck, the collar of shirt sticking up as a result. Lucas had never been one to properly wear the school uniform, and regardless of how many times Luna made him aware, he still managed to be extremely oblivious.

While Nova and Kit conversed, Lucas found his gaze directed to the clock on the wall, counting the minutes he had left until the first break of the day. All in all, it was entirely too long, especially to sit in a classroom with little to converse about. Aside from that, he was reluctant for the question to pop up from either Nova or Kit. After all, he was sure Mr. Hokkaido was already well aware of what he was.

Regardless, it was only bound to happen. Just as this thought crossed his mind, Kit spoke up from behind him, this question aimed towards the teacher. In this sense, Lucas gaze traced back to the teacher, a puzzled look on his face. 'Element? How was this guy an element?' Well, he was about to get the answer in a few seconds. Listening tentatively, Lucas slightly cocked his head to the side.

Hak looked around the room after miss Saunders had asked him a question. Waiting for a minuet to see if any other kids would introduce themselves, after a small minuet of reluctance from the class Hak let out a small sigh. Deciding to answer Saunders question before picking a kid to introduce themselves. Slipping his hands into his pockets as he walked to the front of his desk and leaned back, sitting on his desk and crossing his legs as he spoke, his eyes locked on the girl.

"Well miss Saunders this year it will be a good mixture of both, though it will mostly be focused on the magical side. Teaching you all the basics of how to control your abilities, how to keep them hidden in society once you all graduate this year. Any more questions?"

Happy with his explanation to her he scanned the room once more his last question directed towards the room as he brought his arms to his chest and crossed them. Deciding to wait a minuet or two to give the kids time to ask more questions or introduce themselves. If none of which happened within the next couple minuets Hak planned to start calling students out to introduce themselves.

Rei Heartily​

Instead of asking asking questions, Rei was more focused on introducing himself; he was too nervous to speak and too hesitant to say that he was a human. Rei slowly stood up and spoke, "M-Mr. Lightening if you don't mind I-I'll introduce m-myself." Rei was a little shaken up to speak about himself but, he wanted to get his introduction out of the way.

"M-My name is Rei Heartily," he said nervously, "I have the ability to boost my speed, heal others, and control wind. All of these abilities stem from an ability I have called Eye Seals." Rei was almost going to leave his introduction at that but he felt like he couldn't hide the fact that he was human. "A-A-Also," he stuttered, "I-I'm a h-human..." Rei then sat down in complete silence as he looked down at his desk in shame, he knew what human have tried to do to these kinds of people and he was a failed attempt to eradicate them.

Viv felt assured by Mr. Lightening's answer. All I want is to be able to talk again...until then learning more skills about being with humans and getting better at water bending. Her thoughts ended when Rei stood to introduce himself. She could feel how nervous he was. You got this Rei, just when she thought he was done Rei said something that both shocked her and gave her a deeper respect for his confidence. He's human, that's different but, he has powers...how does that happen? Viv was a little confused but, she was curious to find out more about Rei too. She turned to look at Jane, then Alex. Alex was the only one left to introduce himself, unless there was going to be more late arrivals. She finally shifted back in her chair and peaked over at Rei.

He looked ashamed for being himself. Well that's no good... Viv reached into her pocket and unfolded his note back to her. While Mr. Lightening was busy looking over everyone else, Viv replied to his question "Species doesn't really matter, we're all here just like you so, that makes us the same. Btw I've never met a human before and I think your pretty cool" She folded the note back up and quietly placed it on Rei's desk. Then reached into her bag and took out her water bottle to sip on. I hope our break is soon, I'm starting to feel dehydrated...I wonder if I'll have time to take a quick swim...well if I can even find the pool haha

Mr. Hokkaido

Ren's ears perked up at Kit's question, His element. Well. He'd never thought of it was an element, but he supposed different Kitsune have different abilities, and hence, elements.

"I am a Light element. I can manipulate light. Here, I'll show you."

He stepped around his desk, before walking in front of those of the students. He stepped a few feet away. And began to concentrate. A small ball if light began to flicker, the room surrounding growing darker as the ball increased in light. He waved it around, wiggled it, turned into two.

He let the light go, and the room flooded back to it's previous state. He bowed.

"It takes light from the surrounding area, and allows me to manipulate it. I can't do so in the dark."

He glanced at the clock, noticing it wouldn't be long until first break. There wasnt much to do today...

"It's not technically first break yet, there are five more minutes, but as we have nothing to do currently, you are dismissed. Be back before the second bell."

Jane didn't need to be told twice, and was off like a shot. Unfortunately, she didn't actually know where anything was, so she sat back and watched the other students go by. It was so odd to see so many different species in one place- her experiences as a human had taught her that it was often different for people of different backgrounds to get along. She wished she could have shown it to her friends back home.

Well she wasn't wrong, he was always late. However that meant nothing to him, she actually said something new towards him for once. "I see we've finally made some progress breaking that ice cold shell of yours." He chuckled, "To think it only took three whole years to achieve such little progress..." He looked out the window to see other students piling in, some of which he knew would sneak off later to do one thing, and others simply being late on the first day. "This is gonna be our last year... got any regrets? You know... things you'd like to have done, but passed the chance when it hit you. That kinda stuff."

He had passed up a few chances like that. One such opportunity was to return to a school specialized for his race and their complex assortment of abilities. Other races were able to attend, but typically never did since the environment was violent and often times discriminatory. What would have happened had he transferred? He'd never know, but in the end maybe it was the right choice not going.

To think it only took three years to achieve such little progress... Ezra

Today was bound to go horribly wrong and Ariana new it. Sitting there silently in the back seat of her fathers car as he drove her to school a small concerned look adorning his face as he looked back in the mirror. "Ready Ariana?" He asked which immediately got a head shake from Ariana that said no which made him sigh softly. "Don't worry Ariana. This school will do great things for you. Plus you don't have to worry about people messing with you cause of daddy's little present to you." He said as he looked to the three stitched up stuffed bunnies that sat next to Ariana all slumped against each other, each bunny adorning shiny red eyes and a rather freaky looking smile

Nodding Ariana gently reached over and grabbed one and pulled it onto her lap and held it close. "Don't worry Ariana they won't let anything happen to you." He said as they pulled up to the school and he parked. Quickly getting out Ariana's father went to her side opening the door and helping her out. Ariana still holding the one bunny looked back silently to the other two who sat there for a second before they started to move. Slowly getting up as they both let out little ravenous growl before they shit out of the car and landed by Ariana's feet. "Take care Ariana ok. Be safe!" Her father called as he hopped back in the car and left leaving her there alone. She had to admit she was nervous yet excited. After a minuet of sitting there she turned and started for the school, the two bunnies at her feet running after her growling the hole way.

When they entered the school the two bunnies became more protective, sticking close to Ariana's legs and eying down each and every student that passed them as they headed down the hall. Soon getting to her designated class room she walked in to the presence of two people near the windows. The bunnies immediately letting out a small synchronized growl as Ariana made her way towards a desk away from them. Though one of the bunnies at her feet had other plans, having snuck off once they got into the room the bunny found itself sitting under the desk of the girl with long black hair and staring up at her. It's head tilted to the side a little and it's smile as wide as can be hopping to scare the girl at least a little bit

Luna was silent for a moment, having listened to his reaction to her bland statement. But of course, he would mention the wall she placed between herself and others. At most moments Ezra sounded like her little brother, always reminding her of what she did to shut others out. With a gentle sigh, Luna's irises were released from their prison and allowed to roam and bounce off the bodies of those little scattered outside.

It was basic of course, to have shut him out for so long. However, unlike most, Ezra still spoke to Luna, regardless of how much she shot him down. It was proven admirable, and thus Luna realized she had no means of getting rid of him. Not that she wouldn't, however, she came accustomed to having him on her classes.
"Three years and yet here you are."

Luna found her lips being touched by a slight smile, one of content. If there was anything she could say she accomplished, it was proving her idiot of a brother wrong. Or, at least somewhat wrong. Luna was bound to go back to her solitude, before Ezra spoke again, this time with a question. Regrets? Perhaps. Of course she would. In all honesty Luna wish she would have spoken to Ezra, at least having someone other than a relative she could confide in. But she would never allow herself to tell him that.
"Not of my knowledge. Do you?"

While awaiting her response, Luna could hear motion towards the door of the room, slightly angling her gaze to watch the girl enter and separate herself from them. Unbothered, Luna's gaze returned to her desk, only to spot some sort of bunny style contraption near her feet. Contemplating, Luna was bound to immediately set the little creature to flames, but with another glance to Ezra, decided otherwise.

Slightly shifting her positioning in her chair, Luna placed her elbows on the desk, before setting her head down on her hands. It took her a few more seconds, before she finally closed her eyes once again and spoke up aloud, intending for the girl to hear.
"I'm not too found of strange things. And I'm not sure where this bunny came from."​

Ezra Seymour

Ezra chuckled when she asked the same question, lying straight to his face. "Sure, I got plenty of regrets just like anyone else. Remember that tournament I entered and lost on the first round? That's one I regret." Then another girl, someone unfamiliar to Ezra, had shown up. Along with three stuffed rabbits from the insanity ward. Striding over to the newcomer as if he were one of the cool kids in school, he tripped over a desk at random before reaching her eventually. "Hey there new girl, pretty cool bunnies you got. I'm Ezra, and my less than friendly friend over there is Luna." Now that his cool kid act was over, he chuckled, "Anyway, welcome to Moonlight."

Of course he didn't want to sound like a nuisance, granted Luna deemed him such, but he wasn't going to pretend to be something he doesn't want to be. The last time he did that he somehow got stuck in a relationship with a psycho with trust issues. That one took a whole summer to fix, and he didn't want to repeat a messy situation like that again. "What's your name?"

The bunny by Luna's feet immediately growled when she said she didn't like it. Ariana looked over when Luna spoke of the bunny her not even noticing he had ran off in the first place. Just as she was about to get up and go collect the bunny a boy walked up to her and complimented her. The two bunnies that were sitting on her seat were busy screweing around with a pencil till he came over then as if they were on triggers as soon as he spoke there heads shot around and locked in staring position on the boy that had walked up there smiles wide and big as Ariana gently waved a hand up to the boy. Turning her head up to look at him even though she couldn't actually see him through the blinders or talk to him due to the facial wraps she knew it was at least a sign she was acknowledging him and responding to him.

Meanwhile the bunny that had been by Luna had ended up on the girls face right infront of her face staring the girl down. When the boy asked Ariana her name she reached out towards her desk and a bunny handed her a pencil and paper in which she wrote her name on it and handed it to him before noticing the other bunnies actions. Slowly it was crawling towards the girls face it's mouth slowly starting to open which worried Ariana so she decided to act. Quickly standing up she started making her way across the room bumping into desk after desk as she made her way over to the girl. Times like these were when she really hated these blinders over her eyes but they were there for a reason so she never made any attempts to come up with other ideas of how to seal her power.

Luckily getting to Luna in time and snatching the bunny up in her hands before it could attempt to bite her as she tripped over the girls chair and went tumbling to the
Floor, the other two bunnies attentions immediately locking on Ariana before they hopped off the desk and ran over to Ariana who quickly got onto her knees and into a sort of bowing position hopping it would suffice for saying sorry. She didn't want to cause trouble but it seemed her fathers gifts had other things in mind, she was just hopping this girl didn't decide to try and rip said bunny apart or worse, bully Ariana

Luna's gaze was Locke duchess in on the mischievous bunny hovering near her feet. The mention of Ezra's regret caused her to reminisce, the scene of him being defeated crossing the front of her mind as he spoke. With a sly smile, she almost giggled, before clearing her throats and regaining her composure. Ezra was an odd fellow, and for some reason Luna found comfort in knowing this. It was almost a sense of happiness, that someone, knew she was t as bad as she actually had to be, enough just to talk to her.

It wasn't long before Ezra's attention went to the other girl as well, which allowed Luna to let her gentle giggle out. While he tripped over desks, Luna's gaze traced the storm in his wake, watching as the desks shifted and the chairs toppled over to the floor. His introduction involved her name, which called for a gentle blush to cover the surface of her cheeks. However, this moment wouldn't last long.

Just seconds after their conversation started, Luna's attention was once again taken by the strange bunny. However, it was becoming an annoyance. Inching closer to her face, Luna became more and more irritated. Within seconds a sharp glare overtook Luna's irises, staring the said bunny down. Before long, the bunny was staring right back out her with a disgusting look on its face.

Luna had lifted her head by now, a small flame popping up in the center of her gaze. She was mere seconds from obliterating the creature out of annoyance , before the girl had appeared, grabbing the bunny in her hands. Luna had been oblivious to the noise the girl made as she ventured over, due to being occupied by the bunny. The girl however, was now in a bowed position, with Luna staring down at her with a blank expression.

Her irises returned to normal, resting her head back down on her hands while still holding her gaze. With a soft sigh, Luna then parted her lips to speak in reference to the silent girl.
"You can get off the floor...it's dirty."

Luna wasn't the best at communication, nor with strangers. However, she didn't want Ezra to go back to thinking he was at square one. Even if it had nothing to do with her, she didn't want to regret that one thing. That one thing that she would eventually have to face. After all, three years was a long time for her to shut him out.
"Ezra...after class- Nevermind."

Luna wasn't entirely prepared for conversation, and it was evident in her face. Forcing her irises to look elsewhere, Luna took in a deep breath, forcing her thoughts to settle down after running rampant.

As Ezra read the note he chuckled at the sight of Ariana rushing towards her rouge rabbit. "Well those bunnies of yours are sure to be entertaining." Then she bowed to Luna, an obvious attempt at an apology. Ezra walked back over to his seat in front of Luna beside the windows and sat down. As he walked over, he could have sworn Luna had said his name, but if that were the case he was sure she'd be glaring at him by now, which wasn't the case. "If either of you need me, I'll be sitting here pretending to pay attention to whatever the teacher has to say when they show up."

It wasn't that he didn't care for school, nor was it that he didn't try, in fact his grades were almost as good as Luna's were, if not better in specific aspects, he simply had other things on his mind. Often worrying about every little detail, so much so that he would replay his own actions in his mind to reassure himself. Such as his latest act of clumsiness. Was it believable enough? Granted Luna should know he's a capable fighter, but even she was unaware of what truly made him such a good fighter. Perhaps he over did it, perhaps nobody really cared. Regardless, the detail that most struck him as odd was if Luna was going to ask him something... was she finally warming up to someone?

Moonlight Annoucements:

The headmaster is officially created! Be prepared for random pop-ups of strange girls in your classrooms. Teachers and Students are to dismiss for a five minutes break. Meaning each character should post at least four-five times before returning to class. Teachers, when the students return, have some sort of activity prepared to occupy the students for another session. Another announcement will be made for the next break.

The bell rang before Mr. Lightening had the chance to call on anyone else. Jane had rushed out before she even had the chance to talk to her. Maybe I'll run into her later. Still Viv was determined to find the pool and she figured the boys would be up for a little adventure around the school. She wasn't sure how much time they'd have but, even just getting her feet wet would suffice. On a sheet of paper she wrote, "Pool??" and turned to show both Alex and Rei. She smiled hoping they'd accept her invitation. If not maybe she'd bump into someone new on her way there.

Ariana had quickly gotten up when she was told she could by the woman. Bowing her head to the girl once more as she held the bunny tightly to her chest to keep it there as she started back to her seat. God this was a disaster but at least no one had mentioned her bindings yet so that was a good thing indeed, maybe this place wouldn't be to bad after all. As she got to her seat she sat down as the two bunnies that weren't in her arms had hopped up onto her desk, the first one having landed first followed promptly by being ran into by the second. Both starting to growl at each other as they stood up tall and started pushing against each other. Then the first one shoved the 2nd off the table and jumped off after the 2nd. Imeedietly the 3rd bunny (the one in Ariana's arms) squirmed from Ariana's grasp and hopped onto the desk before hopping of the desk as well. Starfishing the hole way to the floor before joining in the rabbid stuffed animal fight that was going on by Ariana's feet

Kit perked up. Of course, he wouldn't be the same element as I am. Of course not. That would just be crazy. But light! That's cool. I prefer my fire, but that's still amazing.

The teacher demonstrated his abilities for the class, and Kit smiled. That's nothing compared to what I'm sure he could do... But still a cute little display. She thought. She wondered what he could do if he was really angry. If someone stole his essence. But let's not test that out...

The teacher dismissed them to first break, and Kit hesitated. Really? They were just... allowed to go? She glanced at Lucas. There wasn't enough time for their tour yet, was there?

"What do we do during break?" Kit asked, meaning to ask Lucas but really just asking aloud. And how long are these breaks? She wondered, but didn't ask aloud.

Nova had too look at Kit and chuckle, "If course. But sometimes teachers like to get started right away. It's nice to let us have a bit of time to get ready," She explained, before Kit asked about what element Mr.Hokkaido was. She was confused for a few seconds, before remembering that Kitsune were elemental spirits, and that they had the ability to manipulate whatever element they were. As she had this little remeberance, She sat he's at the teacher stepped before them to show them how he did it. It was pretty cool to watch actually. Before this, she had never seen any other type of power besides that if her mother's, and even that was the same type of magic as her own. Just...the lighter side of the spectrum. Anyway, soon after they were dismissed, so she stood and grabbed her wand, leaving her bag since they would be coming back. Luna, with a bland gaze, shifted her attention over to the new girl. It was only a matter of seconds before the bunnies began to attack one another, which only left what one would call a bad impression for Luna. With a roll of her irises, Luna quietly removed herself from her seat at the sound of the announcement, leaving her chair removed as she exited the room.

On her way out, she managed to catch a short glance of Ezra, who was sitting silently to himself. Disappearing through the doors of the classroom, Luna took a turn down the hallway, calmly reaching the vending machine located at the opposing end of the hallway.

It was evident that Luna had something on her mind, something of which she couldn't manage to shake. Reaching into her pocket, Luna pulled out her funds, entering her desired drink before purchasing it and pulling it out from the dispenser. Was it possible for her to actually care about someone other than her brother? Or was she simply losing sight of who she was supposed to be?

With a soft sigh, Luna opened her drink and walked across the interior, only to settle down on a nearby bench that overlooked the schoolyard. Quietly watching at lowerclassman went in and out the building, Luna found herself immersed in noises through the halls, students entering and exiting as they pleased for the break.

Lucas yawned, watching as the teacher demonstrated his ability. It wasn't much of him being bored, but more of the sense of drowsiness he found himself feeling. It wasn't but mere moments until the teacher finished, and the announcement to be released was made just seconds after the teacher. With another yawn, Lucas got up from his desk, pushing his chair backwards as he moved.

Listening to Nova and Kit speak, Lucas stretched his arms upwards, before placing his hands behind his head, shifting his gaze towards them both. He hadn't thought much about it, but he had yet to figure out what made them come to the school. After all, everyone had a backstory. However, if he were to ask them, they were only bound to ask him in return. And that was something he truly didn't feel the need to discuss.

Breaking the silence, Lucas sucked in a deep breath, before releasing it as he spoke.

"I say we go get food. Cause I'm starving." ​

Lucas grinned cheesily, making his way towards the front of the room after his suggestion. After all, one could never go wrong with food in mind. Or at least, that's how Lucas felt.

Kit nodded to Lucas' suggestion. "Food sounds good! What kind of food?" She asked, tail wagging happily.

She liked most human foods, especially meat and rice. Liking meat was pretty obvious, being a Kitsune, but she never understood why she liked rice. Truly, she liked all human foods, and had something of a sweet tooth, but the tiny grains always tasted best. Aside from meat. Does that make sense? Maybe not.

Rei smiled at Viv's note about him being human and he smiled, he never thought that someone would be so nice to him even though he was human. When the bell rang he didn't know what to do he was almost going to leave the classroom and explore a bit until Vic showed him another note. "A pool?," he asked, "I'll accompany you but, I don't think I'll be getting in myself." he replied with A smile and slight blush. "Although I don't know where the nearest one is."
