IDIDMYTIME captain America is still alive (he's mentioned in my first post, Torunn's CS and he's mentioned in Booperboy James' CS). He's running SHIELD now. As for x men, colossus and kitty pryde (Viktoria's parents are still alive and running a joint venture with SHIELDS for new mutants, including Vik) so... Might wanna edit your post. We can make it so that SHIELDS and remaining x men think wolverine long retired and is maybe dead.

They apparently are according to Old Logan (whoose old age I still find weird. I mean, he doesn't even age normally. Would only age if his regen got nerfed, not the opposite). He even mentioned the Logan's (the movie) Westchester Incident, that they used to justify killing a bunch of X-Men and getting Professor X to be declared as a walking mass destruction threat.

I mean, it does make away more sense. Logan canon depends on a list of different factors that include the deletion of certain characters who'd make the incident mentioned (ex being Elixir, who could've easily cured the degenerative brain disease that afflicted Charles Xavier as well as basically any of the super geniuses in the marvel verse who could easily cure cancer n shit like that), so would most certainly cause some trouble futurely.
