It was about midnight - it had been four hours since Elch and her had started working the night shift, and the result had been disastrous. Haru started to call up a cab.
(I was thinking that maybe Haru goes to the drag racing spot again to see what had happened, and was relieved to find out that the mess had cleared up, but feeling guilty that she'd left Adam alone, she goes drag racing herself. Hiro walked on the sidewalk. He observed the fast food places that were close. " McDonalds will do" he said as he walked inside. After ordering his food and eating , he went outside.

Gena sat in the waiting room, still processing what had happened as the scene replayed in her mind. She couldn't believe that this was real but she hoped that her friend would still be okay.

She smiled at his words. "I hope so too. So...one watermelon iced tea coming up!" She left the room and took the elevator to the first floor. She bought the iced tea and bought a balloon as an afterthought. She caught the elevator once more and made her way to Adam's room. She saw Gena sitting in the waiting room. "Gena! You must have heard about Adam's accident. If you want to see him, you can come with me."

Gena looked up and followed Luxe. "Hey! Is he okay? I haven't heard much. I'm trying to process everything." Gena asked, worried.

"Yeah, he's fine. He's not in any pain, so that's good! Not sure how long he'll be here for." The walk from the waiting room to Adam's room was a short distance. They had arrived in a couple of minutes. Luxe once again knocked on the already opened door to signal their arrival. "I'm back! I brought your iced tea and I got you a balloon also!"

Letty's emotionless face turned into a soft smile, not knowing what to do.


"Well... Thank you for to the compliment." Letty replied, then paused again. "I wasn't thinking anyone was around at this hour..." She started rubbing the back of her arms, looking up at the sky. Everything was fading into darkness, the sky starting to wake up. I was beautiful to stare at.

But I don't have any repercussions on my police job. " he said, "I hope I get out earlier than the current date... But you guys will visit me right? " he asked, a little concerned.

Letty's emotionless stare disappeared into a soft smile. She thanked him for the compliment, at least she didn't react to his compliment like Haru did when he said that her name was unique. Though Letty added that she didn't think anyone would be out this late which caused Jackson to notice how late it actually was. "Yeah I gue-" he was saying, but he stopped mid sentence when he looked over to Letty. With the backdrop of the sunset she looked astonishing, 'Was she always this pretty?' he though to himself, sure Jackson saw her as being attractive, but now it's like she's on another level. Though he couldn't say anything, there were thousands of words to describe this moment, but he was speechless.

Letty hadn't even noticed that her hand was still gripped onto Jackson's, since she had been so distracted by the brightly lighted night sky. It was like a dream almost, until she noticed that she hadn't let go of Jackson yet. Her cheeks instantly turned pink, as she let go and pulled away quickly from his hand. She was a forgetful girl afterall, especially from after being distracted.


"Eheh... Wonderful evening, isn't it?" Letty sputtered out quickly, trying to change the subject. Why was she so nervous all of a sudden? She had never felt nervous before, especially in front of a boy!!!

Seems that Letty forgot that she was holding his hand as she looked up at the sky, and honestly Jackson forgot too since he was lost in her.... He watched as Letty's face turned pink, and he could also feel his turn color. "Eheh... Wonderful evening, isn't it?" She quickly said, obviously trying to change the subject, and Jackson wasn't against it. "Y-yeah it is" he said as quick as lightning. She clearly saw him staring at her, but she was staring at him yesterday...? No it probably wasn't like how he was staring at her just now.
