Elysia uses copper, nickel, silver, and gold pieces. One ounce, or one piece of copper is worth .25 in our world money. One piece of nickel is worth .50. One piece of silver is $25. One piece of gold is worth more than $2000. All the pieces can be broken into five equal-sized slices as well.

I'd say he'd be comfortable, but not exactly rich. Unless he also owns the club or brothel or whatever. He'd have to give some portion of his pay to the owner. And I imagine he'd be a part-time worker.

Fair enough, and no, he doesn't own it. I'm debating if he should own any businesses or anything or if he's invested his money anywhere.... Because I'm not sure what all he'd spend money on besides food xD
