Well, I wouldn't say he wants to watch the world burn; he just wants the mages to suffer for a while. Although, fire might be included in that suffering. (And maaaybe the same for some PG in the future, but we'll have to wait and see.)

Is it just me or all the peace-guards really really scary....like no joke kinda scary...like I am going to have nightmares of flashing red eyes, Pallas declaring mages not human, and poison in my water, etc etc.

About the animation/reanimation magic, how exactly does that happen? Does the Mage have to transfer energy from a third-party source, and does that source need to be alive? Can they transfer electrical (or some other form of) energy to bring something to 'life?' And are there other details, like a 'ritual' (for lack of a better term) or can the mage just do such on a whim? Just some curiosities~ I find this roleplay has caught my interest. :3

It's magic, so there aren't exactly strict rules how it works. Though, if the mage is tapping into their own energy, I imagine they'd be temporarily weak or even need to go into a trance-like state. A ritual probably wouldn't be necessary since magic is more akin to superpowers in this rp.

I can not speak for @Saccharine Cyanide @Guydaguy but I would say that sounds right...my character just entered the city and she heard absolutely nothing. Though I imagine rumors spread pretty fast...I guess it is up to you how fast those rumors get to your character.
