Rae nodded and pulled Sonya in for a tight hug. It felt odd, she was so warm, and Rae had grown used to the coldness of Edward and Alice's bodies instead. When she pulled away she couldn't help but frown at the young woman before her, usually so fiery and passionate and now she just seemed drained and so sad.
"Your dog is cute," She commented, sighing as it only continued to bark at her. "I won't stay, then. I don't think he'd like seeing me here." She didn't mention Edward was waiting down stairs. "I'll be there, Wednesday. Promise."
