Leah was thrown to the ground and struck in the head again, throwing a developing headache into action. She felt a small bit of blood trickle through her hair, and it began to sizzle.


'What?! I just transferred here today and this is my greeting?' Her head was beginning to pulse with pain while her skin heated again.


'Look... I came because a student was kidnapped, and I'm a student too. That makes it an obligation to keep them from dying, if I'm asked. Now find Jay before he's killed! You can torture me later!'

Oh crap..., Corvus thought as Nyx was going to kill the girl. Quickly, Corvus dashed towards the vampire boy that was attacking the innocent girl, silver combat knife in one hand and wooden stake in the other. "You're outta control!"


With one swift motion, Corvus lunged and jammed the knife into Nyx's back, the blade cutting slightly into his heart. Then he held the wooden stake below Nyx's chest, its tip marking the place his heart rested. "Keep this up this stake is going right into your heart," Corvus threatened, his voice and vision tainted with rage as he pressed the tip into the vampire's chest, breaking skin and soaking the wood with blood.

Leah stood, her hand holding the back of her neck, and glared at Nyx, now stuck against a wall.


'If nobody else cares to, I'll be finding wherever Jay took off to.' She finished by muttering, 'Somebody here has to make sure people live in the stead of dying...'

Nyx's skin started to blister where the silver knife had cut him, upon seeing the wooden stake, Nyx got became absolutely livid "So you're going to kill me? You're working with her aren't you? Is this some sort of way to get revenge on me? Because i'll tell you one thing if you wanted to kill me you should've never brought Jay into this" Nyx said as he grabbed the wooden stake with one hand and ripped the silver Knife out of his back, before summoning Richard just out of sight so no one saw him "Because until i know he's safe i'm not dying" Nyx said as he saw richard creep up behind Corvus using the shadows to hide himself.

The elf grunted as the vampire boy managed to wring the knife and the stake out of his grip. Suddenly the PDA on his suit beeped with large red text reading: "Check your six!" Immediately Corvus glitched backwards, hoping to reappear behind his assassin.


When the elf reappeared, he saw a disoriented panther like creature, likely summoned by Nyx. Making use of the opportunity, Corvus drew out his Desert Eagle and fired a silver incendiary bullet into the panther's head, instantly killing it. Immediately Corvus pointed the gun at Nyx's head as the panther's somewhat astral body effervesced into the dank atmosphere. With sinister sounding words he spoke, "If you want to see Jay alive, you have to stop attacking your own teammates."

"Oh and who would they be?" Nyx asked, glaring at the elf boy "Because i'm not too sure you're my teammate" Nyx said as he broke the wooden stake in two "So far you've stabbed me and threatened to kill me, and to be honest it sounds like you're trying to threaten me using Jay. Now as i'm sure you remember from last time, pissing off a vampire isn't a good idea, or do you need a reminder? If you do come find me after this"

Leah, by now, was far down the hallway into which she believed Jay had disappeared. Her glow was bright, as she rounded several corners. It felt as if she were enclosed in a cave. She called out Jay's name a few times, walking through halls that looked identical to each other.

Watching the scene unfold Enki became quite pissed off by the fighting and thought that he could try something, to be honest he was confused why they haven't spotted him yet, he wasn't a spy or anything. Enki walked over to Corvus and Nyx sarcastically clapping. "Good job you two, this is really accomplishing a lot. While you two fight Jay could have been saved." Enki walked between the two, annoyed by there actions. He looked at Corvus "Threatening to kill him isn't a smart idea on a rescue team, as much as I hate it we do probably need him" Enki clearly pointed out before turning to Nyx with disgust "If Jay is still alive, which I can assure you he most likely is, how would he feel about you killing the rest of the group, and if you want a fight now that's longer for Jay to die when we can save him. So do you want to save your boyfriends or fight them and let him die?" Enki pointed out again, hoping that Nyx would at least think of the two sides.

Nyx glared at Enki "You always have to get involved where you're not wanted don't you?" Nyx growled at Enki "And what would you know about saving people anyway? Shina died because of you" Nyx then turned to Corvus "I'll Kill you after i've saved jay, so make sure you're ready" Nyx said as he tried to get a blood trail to find Jay.

Enki was about to lash out at Nyx but stopped himself as he know that it would only make things worse and this was not the time or place. He sighed "I saw him get lifted up by some sort of fleshy monster, he was then dragged away. He seemed to go that way." Enki pointed in the direction of which Jay was taken.

Nyx glared at Enki "Thanks for your help" Nyx replied sarcastically "But i suggest you leave now" Nyx said as he walked in the direction Enki was pointing hoping the smell of blood would get stronger the closer he got to Jay.

As Enki watched Nyx walk deeper into the bunker he gave a slight sigh, glad that he left. Enki turned to Corvus "I know that your worried about Willow but there is no need to kill him, no matter how aggressive he was. There was other ways to settle this with out killing him, all you did was add was more fuel to the fire. Even if he was about to kill the girl she could have sorted that out her self, such as she did." Enki said with annoyance. He paused as he waited for Corvus to make a counter argument.

As he approached closer to the smell, Nyx found himself in a room full of cells. Barely lit, he couldn't see any of the inhabitants, but something moved withing.Glowing yellow eyes watched from inside the cells, and the smell of rotten flesh was overwhelming.


However, it was not the same room that Dhaylian, Willow, and the Doctor were in... In a far corridor, there was a faint light with the sound of metal clashing.

Leah eventually came upon another room that, not that she knew, was similar to both one that Nyx had wandered into and that Willow was kept hostage in. It was, however, the room in which she found Jay. Hiding in the shadowiest corner of the room was the fleshy best.

Nyx was stunned by the repulsive smell of rotting flesh If Jay is here then i'm not going to be able to track him by smell anymore Nyx thought to himself as he started to look around, he came upon a pair of glowing eyes inside one of the cells, Nyx decided to ignore it for now "Jay you around here?" Nyx called out, worry evident in his voice

As soon as Nyx called out, he was tackled by a hunk of flesh. From the dim light in the back, he could see its silhouette... It looked like it once could have resembled a human, but it was not an abomination. Its skin was stretched tightly against its skin, its bones showing through its emaciated body. The creatures arms were abnormally long... and its face was missing eyes, instead having massive bloodied fangs. It screeched as it raised its hand to pound Nyx's head into the concrete

Nyx felt himself get tackled to the ground before he could do anything however he felt his head get slammed into the concrete floor sending a wave of pain through his head, Nyx shoved the creature off of him and got up shakily, the wound on his back stinging even more now, Nyx cursed the elf boy for attacking him earlier. As his eyes adjusted to the dark nyx saw the monstrosity that had attacked him, Unsheathing his daggers Nyx got ready to defend himself.

Corvus remained there for a bit, as Nyx left the scene in search of Jay. Now it was only him and another mysterious boy left there. "I.. I guess I shouldn't have attacked him," Corvus admitted guiltily. "But he was such a pain in the ass that he rapidly drained my patience. And once I saw him attacking that poor girl... I lost it."

While Leah was wondering what exactly she should do, she heard a screech. It was impossible to tell how far it had traveled in the snake-like hallways, but she sprung up and sprinted away without hesitation. As she left, she called over her shoulder that she would bring Nyx. As she jogged down the tunnel, she dragged her hand along the grey wall, creating a dark black mark where she touched it. After a while of wandering, however, she could hardly find the source of the noise. She sat, panting, and much brighter and hotter than before. She seemed to be bringing herself to her known limit of temperature-- roughly 1000 degrees. The tunnel was becoming very difficult to breathe in, even for Leah somewhat. Another person would have had to flee. As she sat, she began to cool herself. She was shining like a lamplight, and she needed air.

From behind her, Leah heard a chatter in the darkness. She suddenly felt two hook like tendrils swipe her legs and throw her to the ground...

The monster quickly turned and disappeared into the darkness. A moment later, it leaped at Nyx again, but from a different angle. It started to swipe at him with its deceivingly powerful arms, trying to reach in to bite his head.

Nyx saw the monstrosity retreat into the darkness, A moment later he saw something leap towards him out of the corner of his eye, moving out of the way Nyx saw the thing go flying past him. Seeing an opportunity Nyx ran towards the creature, swinging his daggers at it, intending to do some serious damage.

When her ankles were pulled out from under her, Leah's head went flying into the concrete floor. She was knocked unconscious, and was now bleeding from both her forehead and the back of her head.

Nyx's daggers stabbed deep into the creatures back, tearing through its weak flesh. The creature writhed in pain as it madly flailed about to get Nyx off of it.

Leah was slowly dragged against the ground back into the darkness... When she woke, she was in a room hanging upside down. In front of her, she could see a large humanoid figure in black robes. It swung a cleaver at huge hunks of flesh, trying to tear it apart. Next to her, she could see several dead bodies hanging the same way she was.

Miyuki had slipped into the shadows, while the girl and Nyx were fighting, to search the corridors for Willow. Hearing the sound of swinging chains she headed towards it. Looking into a room she saw bodies hanging upside down as a figure swung a clever at them. 'No no no no no' She thought, quickly scanning the bodies for Willow as she tried not to panic. Images of the hunters coming after her and her parents flashed through her head as she crouched in the shadows outside the room. A thick frost and light layer of ice started to spread across the floor and up the walls around her.

Leah let out a yelp, blood rushing to her head. Her pulse was loud in her ears, and she shut her eyes against the gross sight. By now, she had nearly returned to her typical temperature. A fever temperature for a human. Her hair was a tangled and floating mess that she had to try to force out of her face. As soon as she saw the figure near her, a gasp stuck in her throat. It wasn't entirely of fear, however, it was of fury. She growled under her breath. This abomination must have captured this Willow, and taken Jay.


Soon, a frost began spreading through the room. Now she was afraid. She tried to stifle her whimpering, nearly failing.
