Nyx stopped at the School gate,internally debating whether or not he should leave If i leave, then i won't have any chance of ever turning back.


Sighing Nyx turned around and started walking aimlessly hoping he could find a Quiet area of the school to be alone in.

Columbus sighed, "Sorry about that Jay...I-I panicked, this girl is something else." He rubbed the bridge of his nose, "I mean, I WOULD say no, after all, she said she'd help me...But, this body is scary, my senses are too clear and there's something scary inside her. If you have a solution I'd LOVE to hear it."

"It's a quest for my survival...," Corvus answered the fairy before leaving, determined not to let the spider take over him.


He stepped onto the courtyard, Az following behind him. The air was charged with tension, the sun directly in the zenith of the sky, as if it was overseeing the major battle that was about to take place. Corvus took note of a burned tree as well as the grass swaying ominously in the wind. Standing in the middle of the grass field, Corvus brought his hands and feet together and closed his eyes.


A large clock glyph surrounded the area, while before revealing a crack in time in the middle of the field. Behind the crack seemed to be a strange looking room overlayed with lots of static, making it hard to see inside. Corvus focused, as the wind picked up speed, a large clock glyph appearing on his forehead and his eyes turning a bright blue and green color. He took a deep breath, and the world stood still.


Suddenly, he jammed both of his hands into the crack, and began to pull it apart, planting all eight of his spider legs into the ground. The sky turned a slight tint darker, as static kicked up around Corvus, his hair flowing in the intense wind that came from the dimensional crack. He grunted and wheezed, summoning all of his magical and physical strength to open the crack, while the wind and static grew stronger and resisted his will more fiercely. It was as if the universe itself resisted Corvus's will, but no, his will to survive was stronger.


With a loud shout, he forced open the crack, the sound of thunder escaping the now wide open portal. The skies calmed and the tempests and thunders ceased their roaring, for the portal was already open. With his back still turned to his familiar, he said, "This is a portal to another space; another dimension where time doesn't flow." Corvus stepped into the crack in time.

There's no one in the room Ray enters, its some kind of lobby, so he sits down and waits patiently, This seems oddly unlike me He thinks. Probably the lack of sleep. He instantly conks out as soon has he hits the chair

Azilernyo Did his best to keep from throwing up right their, he usually got sick when he saw something that looked similar to a portal. "Corvus I-I cant go through that portal, it just makes me sick"

Jay grinned. "Well, it's a good thing you asked me. I've watched so many cheesy body swap movies, I'm sure I can fix you!" He stared off into the distance. "Oh god, I think I've actually watched too many... what have I done with my life?"


Ten seconds later, he was roused from his depression and got to work talking. He picked out a miniature whiteboard and dry erase marker from his bag. "Now," he said, "In most movies, something had to cause the body swap. It might have been a mad scientist, a lightning strike, an emotional conflict, or a pervy old man. Now, which one are you?" He stared at Columbus. "I mean you're old, but not pervy, right? Right?"


On the whiteboard, Jay drew three different pictures. One was a stick figure being struck by lightning, another was a guy with a bowl on his head, and the last one was a guy and girl... with a heart between them. "Well, Columbus, I'm sure it's obvious by now. Pick your poison."

Columbus examined the picture very seriously, "Well Jay, I wasn't hit by lighting, there was no emotional conflict, and unless you count my lab teacher there was no mad scientist." He stared at the last picture, "....Well....I guess I'm old in a way.... I am like 200 or something so....I guess I'm a old guy? Does that mean the only solution I have is to fall in love? Maybe come to some understanding of the person that I didn't have before?"

Corvus was surprised to hear this from Az, but he quickly replied, "It's fine, I can go through it. I need to in order to fight the enemy that awaits me inside this necklace."


The room was a military supply room. Ballistic vests, guns of all shapes and sizes, and other military equipment were all stacked neatly in shelves in an organized manner. Corvus quickly began to grab at the supplies, almost too eagerly and over-indulgently.


He loaded himself up with a ballistic vest, made of a lightweight, yet very durable material. It was made of adminium, a new alloy stronger than steel, lighter than aluminum. He took hold of a very futuristic rifle, resembling that of a marksman's rifle, but was far stronger than any of its assault rifle and LMG contemporaries. Corvus held in his hands the Storm PSR, able to see through walls with its hi-tech heat-detecting scope, fire very powerful rounds, as well as being able to fire even stronger rounds by holding down the trigger and charging the weapon. Perfect. A heavy duty weapon for a heavy duty enemy.


Corvus grabbed other necessities, like flash grenades, contact grenades, and most importantly, shots of adrenaline to pick him up when he was downed. When he finished loading himself up, Corvus looked no different than the soldiers that plagued his hometown. But he knew full well that he wasn't one of them. However, he spotted a strange item in the corner of the room, that on some strange pedestal. It looked like an exo-skeleton, complete with a jet-pack as well as a PDA. "Woah," he breathed aloud. "It's an exo-suit. So they did have those!" He also grabbed a machine pistol just in case he ran out of ammo on his main gun.


But there was only one problem... It was an exo-suit for humanoids. Corvus was still half spider, his lower body consisting of eight legs and other spider parts that he couldn't name without nauseating himself. He sighed in disappointment, but was quickly met with a good idea. He already had everything else he needed, so he slung the lightweight exo-skeleton over his shoulder and walked out, closing the time gate behind him. He set it on the ground near the center and stood in the middle of the field, his left hand holding the gemstone attached to his necklace.


He turned to his familiar and gave him a plan. "Az, I'm gonna need you to distract him or her as soon as she appears. I can put on the exo-suit if summoning Arachon or whoever it is will take away my spider body, but I need you to cover me. You got it?"

Corvus held the gemstone and breathed deeply, to center and prepare himself for the battle. The wind was now gentle, but the sun beat down harshly. Opening his eyes wide, Corvus tore the necklace off of his neck and threw the gemstone forward, glowing like a meteorite as it collided with the ground. A bright light appeared, enveloping the field, and when it subsided, Corvus was back to his elfen form, while a giant spider drooling with a radioactive venom stared viciously at him. Corvus shouted, "Now!" before running for the exo-suit that lay on the ground.

Enki looked over the edge of the roof "Looks like the commotion has started to end. Seems like the students are splitting up, for some reason. We can join one of the groups if you want?" Enki said looking back at the bird. He gave a smile.

Ichiro hopped on his skateboard. He didn't understand how Willow opened the gate so easily because when he tried, it didn't even budge. From thinking too much, he crashed onto the ground. He slammed on his injured leg and gripped it. After he made it to the admission finally. He saw Ray sleeping and started to snap his fingers to get his attention. @AngelofDebt .

Ray grumpily arose. "Oh, Ichiro." He blinked a few times and rubbed his eyes. "What do you need?"


Ray notices his injured leg. "Oh, geez." He pats a chair next to him. "You okay?"

Ichiro is very optimistic and his leg injury was in awful condition. "Um.... I need more bandages or something" he says smiling. Under all the wrap it was black and blue. He puts down his skateboard and sits on it. "We can wait Ray. Someone will come to help." he smiles.

Seeing the massive spider through the portal Wilow sighed and ran through after Corvus and Az. The spider didn't look very friendly. Miyuki growled and jumped through after her, concerned for her owners well being.

"Nonsense, the school must have an infirmary." Ray looks around, wondering why there is no staff in the admission office. He turns back to Ichiro.


"I'l going to look around." He dashes to the cafeteria, there's nothing useful there.


"Ugh, I don;t know this campus!" He exclaims. He spots Willow and runs up to her, barreling into the portal


"Willow! Willow!, Ichiro is injured. I need to-" He pauses, amazed by his surroundings. @OceanBunny

"He could of just waited..." he mutters. Ichiro just sits there rolling side to side. Ichiro grew bored of just sitting so he began to hum."When's he comingback?" he sigh. After a short while he pulls out a top and starts rolling it. He just figures he'll wait by himself then. @AngelofDebt

(@OceanBunny it's half animal, half-demon. You can't really control it. Maybe you can distract it by playing with its mind or something)


As Az jumped onto the back of the gargantuan spider, Corvus made his way for the exo-suit, feeling great that he was using his own two legs again. Standing it up, he turned around and let the frame capture his arms and legs, as well as lock around his torso. A HUD appeared before Corvus, with a small console appearing to his bottom left as well as some other peripheral information.

Azilernyo was still bull-riding the spider's back while Corvus took aim with his PSR and started shooting it. The gun kicked violently as powerful bullets were hurled at the spider. Red-purplish blood spilled into the grass, turning the courtyard into a field of blood as Arachon roared demonically.

"You guys seem...occupied...with other things. I'm just gonna go." Ray exits the time portal and returns to the somewhat familiar Lakoria high.


"Well, seems like a nice time to explore..." He heads toward the residential area, before remembering about Ichiro.


"Shit, Ichiro is still hurt, well, he didn't seem that worried." He heads back to the admissions office, and plops down back in his chair. @Sedinger

'Oh goddess that doesn't look friendly..' Willow thought as she stared at the gargantuan spider. She saw that Corvus was getting into an exo suit and decided she might be able to help distract the creature at least. 'Hey!! Over here you eight legged creep!!' Her voice boomed through the creatures head as she took to the air.

Office secretary walks into admissions office from her lunch break and sees two boys sitting in the waiting area. "May I help you?" She asks with a bright smile.

Azilernyo did his best to not get shot by the bullets at the same time. He twisted his body the best he could and tried his best to stay on the spider for a distraction, He didnt even realize Willow was around either.

"Yes, Hi. My name is Ray." Ray stands as he says this, searching through his messenger bag for his letter of acceptance. Why didn't I pull this out before hand. Idiot. Upon finding it, he shows it to the security guard and smiles widely. "I was accepted to Lakoria high school last week. Just looking for someone from admissions to process myself and..." He gestures to Ichiro. "My new friend here Ichiro, who I assume was also accepted." He extends his free hand to shake. "Can you help us?"
