A Very Good Boy
Koichi's expression went dark, he didn't want to believe it but it seemed like he had no choice. "Yeah, I think you might be right Goro-kun. But what I want to know is why?" Why bother with any of this? If Diego-san was an enemy then why hadn't he just taken care of them when they first met? There wasn't much time left to wonder why as both the large and small lizard entered the room. Drool hung from the big lizard's lower lip like a hungry dog, while the small one was growling loud enough it could've almost been mistaken for a car engine. Rather than charge towards them with teeth bared, they slowly walked their way towards the boys. They had probably learned by know that reckless attacks wouldn't help.
"Goro-kun, if Diego-san really is behind all this then I think beating him would get rid of these things. We should focus on finding him rather than waste time fighting these overgrown lizards." Koichi summoned ACT3, who stood in front of his master awaiting orders. "I can subdue the big one long enough for us to make our escape while you take down the other with your gun." Koichi glanced at his comrade, looking for any signs of hesitation in Goro's face. "Do you think you can do it? If you aim it just right you could probably kill it in one shot."
Something resembling a chuckle came from Amazo, this MZMA was some character alright. "I wonder, do you really have the authority to call of this invasion of yours?" He calculated the distance between him and MZMA and took into account the speed he was approaching. Using the flat of his sword, Amazo parried MZMA's attack so that it would be directed under his arm. With only a scratch left on his metallic body, Amazo went for the counter and sought to hit MZMA with a diagonal slash from above. "To be honest, I really could care less about the people of this planet. So long as I continue to improve, I will be satisfied." For the most part Amazo truly believed that, yet there was something nagging at him that told him otherwise. Was that really his sole purpose? Did he exist simply to improve himself? Before he could immerse himself too deeply in thought, Amazo shook his head to snap himself out of it. This was no time for that, he had a film enthusiast to be put in his place.
Amazo felt he needed to put some distance between himself and the red man, and was on the lookout for any opportunities to break free from close combat.
