Fantasy In The Land of Fin.

Thewarsword

War's Word
For millenia many people have warred over the three stones of nature, hoping to claim the power themselves.

Long ago, the great leaders summoned the armies into three countries and gave each a stone to protect themselves.

peace had swept the land and all was prosperous for centuries.

The country of Constantium lost its great mysertiously over one dark night.

Now our story begins...will you fight to restore peace? Or war?

Reirruc Put away his reading glasses. They were simple enough devices, just some metal holding glass, they werent complicated and didnt really help him much other then to read.

His guild was contracted for a job, and his luck was he was chosen to go find this "stone". He hired a bunch of the guild lackeys to help him sift through legends about this stone and where it was kept. He didnt mind all the research it was dealing with others that made it lame. Sometimes he wondered of it would be easier to read all the books himself.

He had been riding for a few days now, and was about to give up his quest when he got lost in the woods. Before he knew it he found elves and assorted races. He wasnt sure if he had found the right place, but he couldnt exactly ask them about it.

Then he ran into a elf named Laucian.

"Hello, i am a traveling researcher im here to study a grove such as yours"

Laucian sat in a quiet grove, alone, meditating. He inhaled deeply, held it for a moment, and then exhaled. As he did so, his the barrier in his mind dissolved and his thoughts expanded, touching upon the life of each creature of the forest around him. The darkness behind his eyelids became specked with small points of light - each one representing an individual life form - like stars in the night sky. Laucian breathed again, this time in content and peace. This peace was only momentary, however, as he felt an unfamiliar consciousness pass within the forest. He retracted his mind, and stood, mumbling several words in elvish as he prepared to confront the presence.

Luaian found the presence, a human male, wandering seemingly aimlessly about. The man, though armed, didn't seem much of a threat, but Laucian stayed on edge nonetheless before stepping out in front of the man. To his surprise, the man spoke up first, his claims of research slightly comforting the druid.

"Are you now? I've been doing the same, you could say, for many a year now." Laucian smiled, "What is it you seek to learn, child of man?"
