(Wait, are you actually Shōyō Hinata?)

"Hey, so what's your name?" Mac asked, as he poured his guest a cup of tea. "Also, are you a god?"

( we have the same jersey number, height, and obsession w/ vb.. I'm trying to get his vertical, too.. So, I may or may not be the female Hinata )

"Ah.. Niklaus," she replied, albeit hesitant to do so. She hasn't even shared her name with the crocodile, yet she supposed it was all to come in due time. The giantess blurted it out, in fact, so it wasn't as if she could stop herself. Klaus had another name, although degrading, and she had always gone by it before. It was different being able to say her given name aloud. "Am I a god?" She repeated, giving him a questionable glance. "I'm.. cursed, I believe."

(I thought we were talking about Hinata from Naruto for a second, then I remember she doesnt have the name Shoyo)

Under the water, Magnus was kicking up clouds of mud with his angry tail. That fight, of course he wasnt going to win. Why? Because his opponent used magic, powerful magic. He snarled at the thought, nobody was truly powerful with magic. All they could do was stand around and say a few words and let their damned spells do the fighting for them! But if that magic was broken through, the user would easily be cut down and killed. He hated magic, but when he thought about it he didnt mind how Niklaus used it. She mixed in magic with skill, knowing archery with iced arrows proved such. But anyone who thinks their powerful just by saying some stupid word, and it works, it fucking pissed him off. All he wanted right now was to destroy that stupid elf, crush his skull in his jaws or rip his guts out with his claws. Tear him apart limb from limb and crush his bones, beat him into nonexistence, not one biological atom to show for him. But even in his anger, he had to remember that the same person spared and healed him. Plus, he had left someone there. As he made a move to climb out of the water, another thought came to mind. Why did he even care to go back? He was supposed to be a lone hunter, but his actions in the past toward his companion showed otherwise. He was almost confused now by any type of affection shown towards her, so why did he do it? Did he not want to be alone anymore? Did he find someone who would willingly travel with him? Did he find an actual companion? Well, the answer was obvious to all those questions. He climbed out of the water, his scales now shiny with the water, and headed toward where he ran from. He had made a deal to become less human, to turn him into the supposed unstoppable monster he looked like, but it seemed after so many years his human nature may be making an appearance again.

"Nice to meet you Snow, and Niklaus. Feel free to sit down wherever you feel comfortable. No matter what it looks like now, there's plenty of room for everyone; space manipulation magic, so don't think about it too hard." Garren headed towards Tallah's room with Snow still in his arms. Knocking on the door a few times, he called out to Tallah. "Lah, everybody's coming in. Also, this delightful little Snowflake needs a little more care, and I can only remember where the potion chests are, not what's in them." He was answered with silence. "He'll be out in a few, and you can thank him then, Snow." Walking over to the table, Garren sat in the chair closest to the hearth and and arranged Snow into a sitting position, so that she could lean back against him for support. Wrapping his left arm around her waist comfortably, he poured a cup of tea for Snow, placing Magnus's scale in his vest pocket first. "You don't need to be afraid of me; I'm not gonna hurt you. Just try to relax, because you aren't going anywhere until you're healthy." Garren whispered in her ear delicately as he placed the cup of tea on the table within her reach.

Within his room, Tallah was looking at his glass cabinet, and its two most recent additions: the bloody knife from Mac, and the bloody, chipped tooth from Magnus. This was the first time he had had to make an addition in 5 years. It had been nice to almost forget all the pain and suffering he caused alongside the healing and care. He originally kept the collection as a reminder of the all the great, and terrible acts, he could enact with a thought and a precious few words. Now, it had become his own personal wall of achievement; each memento a trophy from a powerful foe or inconsolable masses. "I am a monster parading in healer's robes. How can I show Mac who I really am? What would he think of me?" Tallah asked his reflection in the mirror.

To which the mirror Tallah frowned and answered back. "There is nothing to tell. This is who you are, but he does not need to know everything about you for him to love you, does he? Just keep on showing him the healer you try so hard to be. Flash a heal, give him a kiss, a smile, and he is like so much clay for you to mold, however you wish. Then, once he has outlived his usefulness, you will place him in our trophy case with the rest of our conquests." Mirror Tallah smirked and there was nothing but cruelty in his expression.

"But that is not what I want. I want him to know me, to love me, all of me. I just need more time to tell him. He will understand, and then I can show him the cabinet, and he will understand that too. I will have no need to manipulate him any longer. I shall not want to control him." Tallah glared at the mirror Tallah in defiance.

"I do not care for what you think will happen. I am telling you what will be." The mirror Tallah snapped harshly. "You asked me for advice; I did not come to you. If you are so sure that some god-cum-human abomination will even be able to understand our greatness, then feel free to share the truth. Just remember that if he rejects you, you will have to silence him. Either way, he will become a long addition to our collection, and once again, I shall be victorious." Mirror Tallah laughed cruelly then melted back into a simple reflection. Tallah gazed at himself in defeat; his reflection was right, and he was a fool.

The cottage door remained open for Miley, Szaktal, and Bailey's group.

Snow: She sat on his lap and looked at him with a frown on her cracked lips. The dehydration and starvation had not been kind. "I'm not a snowflake. Snowflakes are easily destroyed." She whispered, her mind flashing to what her parents would call her. The name hurt her heart in places she had tried to turn to stone. Her hands reached for the cup of tea, greedily drinking it down. It wasn't that she was not grateful... it was just that she trusted no one. "I am not afraid of you." Lie. "I am relaxed." Another lie. "And I will survive another few months with nothing Garren." She spoke softly, her eyes looking at his shifting ones as he whispered into her ear. She didn't particularly like the shivers of nerves that ran down her spine when he invaded her personal space. "I don't need to be healthy to survive. And in those months before I die I will be able to find some dirt or bugs or left out rain water and extend my time even more."

"So, you are the friend of The High Prophet, huh?" Nate said with a rather serious expression. "My name is Nathan Grey. I am supposed to be your new guard. The High prophet said something that you are forseen to have a better future by your side or something? I do not remember correctly.."

@FireMaiden

Miley cocked her eyebrow, "Bailey said what?" She asked, glancing at Bailey, who winked and gave her a thumbs up. "Uh....yeah. I'm Miley, Miley Mark, the confused elf said, looking back at Nate's face. @Safety Hammer

Garren chuckled at the sight of Snow's tough front. He poured her another cup of tea. "I'm not saying that you won't survive on your own, but I would prefer it if you thrived. So, moving towards that end, I've decided to kidnap you until you are back in good health." He snuggled into Snow as if she were a life-size teddy bear. "Don't worry, though, I'm a nice captor. I'll make sure to take good care of you." With a carefree air, Garren had opened several small portals simultaneously all over the table and was transporting an assortment of fruit and bread onto the plate he planned to share with Snow. "What kind of fruits do you like to eat Snow? We can't start with anything heavy until Tallah says what you stomach can hande. Grape?"

((Aww thanks lol))

Snow: She frowned at Garren and crossed her arms in defiance. "You can't kidnap me. I could just leave, you know?" She yelped, blushing as he snuggled into her. She pushed at him in vain, her strength that of a butterfly trying to ram into you... but still, she tried. "A nice captor is a juxtaposition. You can't be nice if you are doing something the other person does not want which leads to you capturing them." She tried to tell him logically, fighting his arguments until... well then there was food. Food was good. And she needed food if she were to survive those that chased her and wished to own her, which now included Garren due to a mental addition via Snow. "I like all fruits but grapefruits and lemons and limes... they are much too sour." She whispered softly, eyeing the grape. "I'm... um... I'm not that hungry, though." Lie. But she was trying to put her foot down with Garren. Her stomach growling gave her away but like a good politician... she simply acted like that didn't happen and went on with the lie.

Garren pouted, feigning hurt, as Snow struggled against his snuggling. "Fine. Then I'll just be nice, but you won't get away, no matter how far you run. I'll be your friendly neighborhood stalker." Garren said to her in a disturbingly cheerful voice; nothing about that phrase should have sounded positive, not even the delivery. Garren was perfectly aware of the fact that Snow probably thought of him as another threat to watch out for, but he continued to treat her in his usual manner. He didn't go slow for anybody but Tallah. "Everything that's happening to you right now is your own fault. You're just so cute and huggable, even all thin and dirty like a street waif." Garren continued to snuggle against her wishes, though it was obvious that he meant no harm. It was obvious that Garren had a slight obsession for cute people, while also having very little concept of personal space. After waving the fragrant grape under Snow's nose to elicit a few more stomach growls, he tossed it into his mouth, leane in cose to her ear, and crunch on it with excruciating slowness.  He proceeded to toss in a few more. Punctuating his sentences with juicy bites."Are you sure you wouldn't like just *Bite* one *Munch* bite? *Crunch* " He teased her mercilessly, knowling full well that she was hungry.

((Damn him haha))

Snow: She watched each grape go into his mouth and her mouth watered in jealousy. She finally gave in, frowning at him as she grabbed a grape from his hand and ate it, her eyes wanting to close in the bliss of food... oh god yes. She bit her lip and looked at the other plates, wishing she could reach them but at her size of 5'3 and sitting... yea no her arm span was not that long. "It is not my fault. I am not cute. I am a disgusting girl with demon eyes." She threw back at him the words her village had told her. "You are just deranged. If I ran from you, you would not find me. If I truly... truly do not want to live in the presence of another then I would rather die and be eaten by wolves then let myself be captured. I avoided capture by staying in the woods, not even stopping my travels to eat or drink." She said proudly, sitting up straighter in her smugness.

((He doesnt really have an off switch. Lol))

Garren continued grinning as he handed Snow a handful of strawberries. "Yes, it is your fault. You are absolutely adorable. Your eyes are beautiful and unique. Never allow anyone to say otherwise." She was used to being by herself,  so he wasn't surprised that her public face was so paper thin. "I am not deranged; I simply like to find pleasure in everything I do, and there's no way you could escape me. Pathfinding is what I do, and anything that can be tracked leaves a path to be followed. Besides," he held up a few strands of her that he'd woven into a ring, when she wasn't paying attention, "I have a key to track you with. I can follow you anywhere, but I won't have to because you aren't going anywhere. Now, eat your fruit and feel better." He mirrored her smug look mockingly before winking and popping a strawberry into his mouth.

Snow: She grumbled in defeat, her eyes narrow slits as she took a strawberry and bit into it. She, of course, marveled at the taste, a hunger in her as she began to eat more and more, her body craving more and more, but she tried not to show him that she liked what he did for her. She looked around for the healer or the giantess. Perhaps they could get her out of the clutches of Garren. Now again, it wasn't that she was afraid anymore. He seemed to be too silly to be afraid of. But she wanted to be able to leave as soon as he grew bored of her. And as long as he never found out anything about her... he would grow bored right? He seemed to be the type to loose interest. She wiped the juices from her fingers and mouth onto her dirty white dress, not caring for it at all. It was torn and tattered and the ends covered in mud.

Szaktal watched Garren and Snow, his head tilted and the attachment on his head quavering. He moved from his corner and came up beside them, though his focus now on the food. He could only see the strawberry's color, everything else was black and white. He just kind of stood there and stared as he thought.

After a bit of walking, the large croc reappeared. He kept to the foliage at first, noticing nobody outside and could here sounds from inside. Great, so he couldnt just maybe slink in, snatch Niklaus, and leave again just like that. Ugh, of course. Now, if he hadnt run away the first damn time like a dog with its tail between its legs than things would have gone different. His tail slammed the ground in irritation at the situation, then pushed himself from the darkness. He really really REALLY did not want to walk inside.

Mac rapped gently upon the door, not wanting to disturb whatever Tallah was doing inside. He had only been gone for the shortest time, but Mac felt a bit worried about him.

"Tallah? Are you alright in there, babe? If you need time alone, I'll leave if you want. I just wanna make sure that you're doin' okay."

( played six hours straight yesterday.. I have another tournament today, but I don't know how long I'll be gone for )

Niklaus watched as the pair conversed, finding the display odd and unnerving. That may have just been her, though - for she was never one for affection. Even a slight nudge from her partner made her face flush uncontrollably; with that in mind, she thought back to where Magnus was. The giantess hoped he wasnt in any type of trouble, knowing him. Klaus let out a sigh, her thoughts being shoved away.. She needed to speak to the portal-user before any complications appeared. Despite the offer and the obviously comfortable seating, the giantess stood completely still. She was afraid that relaxing would result in her falling asleep, and then, she'd end up surrounded by strangers and weakened from the heat. Considering the events from earlier, she was already far too weak for her liking. "Garren," she called out, miraculously remembering the name, "I have a favor I need to ask you."

Once Magnus got over his pacing and growling, he finally stepped up to the door. And he wasnt one for knocking, if he did any knocking it was to knock down a door. Instead, he just kind of opened the door and walked in. He made no eye contact with anyone if they looked his way, scanning the room for his companion. He wasnt going to speak to anyone there either, what had happened didnt curb his hate for all of them at all. Right when he walked in, he heard Niklaus's voice and his eyes quickly found the ice female. He didnt care for who might have been in his way, they would be out of his way soon enough once he made his way over to her. Though, he honestly didnt know what to do when he did.

Garren noticed Szaktal's pacing, but paid it no mind; he was quickly becoming used to the way the creature observed thing he couldn't understand. Garren was enjoying himself immensely just being with Snow. He'd never really felt the need to be overprotective of anyone but Tallah before, and that point was moot, seeing how powerful the elf actually was. He was handing Snow a few orange slices when Niklaus aproached him asking for a favor. He looked up at the giantess with an easy grin on his face. "Hey Frosty. You need a ride somewhere?" He was used to getting portal requests; it came with the territory.

Meanwhile, Tallah looked at himself in the mirror for the umpteenth time. He nodded as he smoothed out the wrinkles in his new robe, which was red with blue and silver accents. The other robe was completely soaked through with blood. The robe he had on was much less sedate than its predecessor, with wide sleeves, a plunging V-neck feathered mantle that ended just below his navel, and right leg slit that reached midway up his thigh. "This more accurately captures who I truly am."

Tallah's bedroom door swung to reveal the elf with a serene expression and a slight smile for Mac. He reached up cupping Mac cheek briefly before kissing him. "I am fine, Mac. Besides, I have a patient to look after and guests to attend to." Tallah strode into the room heading for Snow and Garren when he spotted Magnus open the door and make his way into the room. The tapered tips of his ears twitched slightly. "I did not expect you to be back so soon, crocodile." There was no emotion behind the words as he continued  making his way over to Snow, the air around him glowing with prepared in depth diagnostic analysis spells ,which he cast on Snow as he helped himself to an apple slice.

"Hey, Croc." Mac said, as he looked over at Magnus. He was calm in his approach, not wanting to start another fight. He simply wanted to speak with the god. "I promise, I'm not gonna fight or anything. I just need to talk. There is a child here after all."

(AH! CHILDREN!)

Magnus, standing beside Niklaus, instantly wrapped his tail around her ankle when Mac approached. He looked up, thinking it pathetic if he didnt, and made eye-contact with Mac. "Talk of what?" He growled, keeping his hands down and at his sides. He completely ignored Tallah, not wanting to regard him.

"Let's not beat around the bush. You are one of the strongest fighters I know. If Tallah hadn't intervened, I don't think either of us would have gotten out alive." He said with a smile. "It's been too long since I've meet someone that's as strong as you. So, I'm thinking while we're here, we should make up."

Nate cocked his head, before touching her left ear. "You.. you aren't half elf, are you?"

She hrabbed his wrist, pushing his hand away from her head. "No. I'm not."

Nate let out a smirk. "I thought that you were a snow elf like myself." He wiped his brow and crossed his arms. "Uma lle quena tel'quessir vee' eithel?"

"Do you speak elvish too?"
