Suddenly, there was deafening silence as Tallah halted his assault. Tallah strode over to the broken crocodile and kneeled down beside him. He pulled Magnus's head into his lap, caressing the shattered scales softly. Picking up one of the bloody teeth he'd knocked out, off the ground, Tallah used it to cut a gash in the palm of his hand. "Blood for blood. Killing you was never my intention, but you are stronger than I realized, for that I apologize." He spoke to the barely conscious Magnus, though his words were heard by all.

Using his own blood, Tallah wrote out a complex healing rune spell, which glowed as he wrote along Magnus's snout. Writing the final few runes around Magnus's empty eye socket, Tallah leaned down and whispered to the spell. "The cost is 2." He kissed Magnus's empty eye. "Heal." The spell roared to life and blazed with healing fire that engulfed Magnus, rapidly healing all the damage that Tallah had wrought on him, even replacing his eye.

Knowing that the spell was in full swing, Tallah rose and strode towards his cottage. As the healing spell reached completion, the magical chains binding Magnus faded. Hands full of healing fire, Tallah flung one handful onto the healing matrix for Snow, and the other he pressed into Mac's chest as he walked by. The cottage door swung open to allow him passage; there was a chipped crocodile tooth visible in between his fingers as the door closed behind Tallah. Another one for the collection.

Mac looked over at Garren

"Is... Is he mad at me? I think he's mad at me."

"Mac, you are delusional. Tallah doesn't get mad, and even if he was, the only one he's mad at is himself. He hates having to resort to violence for anything, but he hates it even more when he starts to enjoy it. He doesn't like to admit it, but the High Elf half of him enjoys subjugating the masses. It's a bloodborn need to rule, which is why true High Elves are all extinct. It's probably best if you just give him a moment to pull himself together." Garren groaned painfully as he stood up. Sliding a finger along the healing matrix beside him, he swiped a bit of the healing fire and popped it into his mouth sighing. "Much better."

"Okay, but between you and me, did you know that he likes hair pulling in bed? I thinks that's why he never cuts it." Mac said with a laugh, stretching out his back. "Ooooh, Jesus. I think my back just popped."

"Really think Tyr would let you get away with that?" Bailey chuckled, while Miley shot him with a hard glare.

"Just... Just don't tell him." Mac said, being serious about this all. "Plus, Tyr told me a bit about your kinks."

"Heh heh.." Tyr laughed with an embarrassed grin. "You're funny, Mac..."

"Oh really?" Bailey chuckled, "I could tell you a few things about Tyr. Like how he likes to be tied to the bed and dom-"

"Okay! Lets not ruin your marriage!" Miley said loudly.

Magnus took a few to open his eyes, and when he did he noticed something. He didnt feel pain, in fact, he felt like he had been untouched by any weapons. And he also noticed he could see on the left side again, did that mean...? The only thing he could think of was that the healer helped him after almost pulverizing him. He pushed himself off the ground, looking around at the crater his body had made. He climbed out of it, his muzzle actually pointing to the ground in shame. Not for what he did, but for being so weak. He wanted to leave, and he wasnt going to wait for his companion. He found the nearest exit into the trees and ran away on all fours. He was second rate against everything, he had never realized how easy it was to be defeated until he had been majorly injured both times and was spared both times. Being spared by your enemy, something he never did. As thought so much, not realizing how fast he was running. His instincts led him to a wide river, in which he slipped in and disappeared from sight, now on the riverbed. He just simply couldnt win a fight with any god he had come across. @Valefar

Szaktal watched everything silently, deep in thought about everything until he chose to tune in on the conversation at hand. He tilted his head, "What are.... Kinks?" He asked anyone willing to listen to him. @FireMaiden @Safety Hammer @Delacare

"Something that you like when its sexy time," Mikey explained. @SnugglyKnight

Szaktal may think a lot, but he never did learn anything about stuff like this. So he didnt know what she was talking about. He just kind of went silent, his head still tilted and the attachment on his head quavered as he was just utterly confused about the words she had just said.

"Ya know, what turns you on, gets ya hoing....going. Anyway, its something that you like to do with another person in bed."

"I cannot be.... Turned on because..... I do not have..... A on switch" He said. Did humans have on switches? Thats so weird. "And I do not.... Sleep in a/.... Bed"

"First off, I know all his kinks. Second, he doesn't cut his hair because it wouldn't improve anything if he did." Garren walked over to the group. He watched as Magnus made his getaway. "That's one of the few times I've seen a walk of shame that didn't follow great sex." He said wryly with a smirk on his face as one of Magnus's scales appeared in his hand. "I think I'll save this for later."

Niklaus could only watch as the crocodile ran off, not even sparing a glance back at her. She reached an arm out, just inching to chase after him, but then, she'd be wasting an opportunity. How else was she to get home? The portal-user was standing a few feet away from her, and yet, she desperately wanted to follow the crocodile. The thought alone made her confused momentarily.. She would much rather be home, where she could sleep without worrying about the damages and skate without a destination. It was planned earlier for her to take the reptile with her, but she wasn't sure how her brothers would take that, even if he was human. The giantess knew that if he didn't return or if she was kicked to the curb by the mage and his group, she'd go to find him; until then, she needed that ride home. Besides, she had just threatened an elf who was probably the scariest being on the planet for him, and he ran away. If and when he comes back, she was certain that she was going to kick his ass. Walking to the group, she bowed quickly, rising to comment, "I'm.. sorry for his behavior. But, how can you talk about the mage's... kinks so freely? Aren't you afraid of him?"

"Why would we be afraid? Tallah's really a pushover. As strong as he is, he only ever likes to help people. Above all, he's never cruel, spiteful, or jealous. Plus, mentally he's about 110 years old most of the times; our childish ways don't faze him usually." Garren looked Niklaus up and down carefully. "You are not really used to rolling with the big dogs are you? The way you were shaking when Tallah was beating that croc made me think you were going to shake yourself into snow."

Snow: She had witnessed all of this in the safety the healer provided. Her body was nourished again and hydrated. Of course, her limbs were still weak and her skin still pale... but she would live many more days. She opened her rose eyes, sitting up and looking around in silence. She blinked slowly taking in the scene around her... and felt a pang when the Crocodile that had saved her ran off. "I'm better..." She said softly to herself and really no one else.

The giantess tilted her head as the portal-user went on and on, and as she heard of the mage's apparent mentality, her eyes grew wide. Perhaps she judged the elf too quickly, but the fact that he could mumble a phrase and strike you down with lightning was a bit disheartening. She opened her mouth to retort, but it hung for a moment, for what he said was true. It took her back for a second, mainly because she had never really thought about it. Before meeting Magnus, the only conversations she had were with villagers, and even then, they were short and simple. Her time was spent mainly in solitude, so displays of ability, especially from someone of Tallah's ranking, made her feel threatened. "I've never seen power like that," she admitted. "I.. don't go out much."

((Lol that was supposed to be 110 not 11.))

Garren gave Niklaus an encouraging smile. Her thoughts were practically written across her forehead. "I can tell that you don't spend a lot of time around normal people, because you'd know that powerful people like Tallah are extremely rare. To put things into perspective a bit; the last mage as powerful as Tallah died 759 years ago, and she was only that powerful because she gave up her life to cast a spell." Garren flashed over beside Snow looking down at her healthier, but still weak, frame.

"You look much better, too. This is gonna make Tallah feel a bit better about himself. Come on, let's get some food in you, and a potion or two." Garren lifted Snow up bridal style with complete ease. "You're light as a feather." Garren carried Snow towards the cottage. "So, I get the feeling that we should exchange names. I'm Garren and Tallah's the one who healed you, so what's your name? Nice eyes by the way" Garren's wyes shifted to match hers, though his eyes continued to swirl like endless whirlpools.

"Since we've cut down on the drama, everybody should come inside. Tallah's place prepared refreshments. You too, Frosty." Garren called over his shoulder as the cottage door swung open to let him and Snow in. Though he phrased it as an invitation, it was obviously an order.

Snow: She looked up at this strange man holding her and her eyes flashed blood red in nerves. She was nervous of anyone. She nodded slowly and bit her lip, looking down and away from this stranger's gaze. "I haven't eaten much recently..." She whispered, her words laced with a quiver of fright. "My name.. is um... it's Snow. I... I would like to say thank you to Tallah, the one that healed me... but th-then I can be on my way as soon as need be." Her body shook in anxiety. She looked over Garren's shoulder towards the frosty giantess. She was really the only one Snow knew. She hoped she would come in with them... but the giantess might end up taking off after the Crocodile.

Looking at the smile, she felt like a child, and whether it was his charm or the rememberance of childhood memories, she strangely didn't mind. Garren's words had managed to soothe her, now that she knew that she wouldn't have to watch out for others like Tallah. What he said about her was true, though; "normal" people were intimidated by her, to say the least. She felt a wave of relief that her height didn't infringe on her conversations here. After watching the frail girl being carried into the home, she glanced back at the woods, seeing her creation begin to melt. Niklaus considered whether she should chase after the crocodile or not, but she decided to follow the technical command of the portal-user. She trailed behind them, lowering her head to go through the door without any complications.

(Wait, are you actually Shōyō Hinata?)

"Hey, so what's your name?" Mac asked, as he poured his guest a cup of tea. "Also, are you a god?"
